Frustrated with this dealership. Purchased a used 75k Tesla Model X from this dealership in December 2025 that had an issue or two to the car that they did not disclose prior to driving to the dealership that they knew I was 3 hours away. Dealership promised to replace the part with a due bill but sent a defective part and still has not replaced. Prior to the purchase the dealership was responsive but now not so much. Would never purchase from this dealership again. Hopefully they see this review and call to correct the issue. read more

I had an appointment at 10:30am and didn't get my car back until 4:00pm. My car was in for a speaker replacement and tire balance and rotation. That took over 5 hours!? Why have appointments? That's a real question! Why have appointments if my car isn't worked on at that time or close to it? I wanted my tires balanced and rotated because when I had it in there several weeks ago and had it done I got it back pulling to the left. I figured I could live with it until the speaker came in and have it fixed then. Well the tires were balanced and rotated, at a cost to me by the way, and they were worse. They were so badly balanced that I couldn't drive over 65mph on the freeway on my way home. My car shook so bad it actually vibrated my change out of the space to the right of the shifter. No joke!! I drove straight to Les Schwab and had them balance my tires. The technician couldn't believe how unbalanced they were and wondered how I was able to drive it let alone on the freeway. Took my 300 in 2 times and each time it came back worse. they tried to get me to buy a whole new transmission and it was never the problem. then they kept it for a week and they told me it had another problem. I agreed to fix that other problem for over $600 and supposedly they did. a week later my car is overheating. I went and bought a new thermostat for $20 which they supposedly had put new for the $600 and they never really did. and it only took me ten minutes to swap it out. they are just ripping people off. If you want to be disappointed, deal with horrible customer service, never know what is wrong with your vehicle, wait days for them to respond, give you a price only to tell you that what they did, did not fix the issue, then charge a higher price when they "found" the problem, then this is the place for you. This place does not care about their customers, you hear it in their tone when they call. I checked in my vehicle on a Tuesday morning, they gave me a curtesy vehicle the next day because my vehicle would take longer than expected but they assured me the vehicle would be ready by Friday. Thursday comes and my Jeep is not ready. I return the rental on my own because I had to go out of town for work, thinking that my car would be completed as promised. It was not. I asked for the rental again and they denied it, saying it was not their fault that my car was not ready and I did not qualify for a rental even after I tried doing the right thing and returning the rental because I had to go out of town. I followed up on a Friday, called 5 times, 5 times on Saturday, 5 times on Sunday, leaving multiple messages. I reached out through text on Monday after 3 failed call attempts. This place will put you on hold and hang up, not sure if its on purpose or just how their system works. Finally someone responded to my text, said they were short staffed. They took no accountability, said they would look into parts that needed to be ordered. If I did not follow up, they would have not taken initiative to find these parts for me. A MONTH LATER and my vehicle is still in the shop. I tried calling, leaving messages and still, no one responds. They have even ignored my text messages. These people truly don't care about their local buyers. I understand that places get busy but I would expect a little courtesy of a call back, a message, a thumbs up. Something. I get nothing. I even bought the vehicle here, thinking that I would be treated differently. Nope. I will never come to this place for anything. read more

Went in to fix one issue and they fixed something else on my challenger. Had it reassessed and was offered some money back to me since it wasn't diagnosed properly. Then no money ever came to me because the cashier only offered me a discount. So the imaginary problem that they fixed cost me over $2000 and then to fix the actual problem was going to cast $4000. Rip offs. Took way longer than they promised. They kept improperly used my breathalyzer so I had to pay all this money in fees. Honestly it was a nightmare! I would definitely not buy here again. I cancelled my service contract in July 2023. It is Now March 1, 2024. They still have not paid me the money owed, The controller states it's in the mail. Not yet. They don't return phone calls either. I have filed several complaints to no avail for a refund. Buyer beware. I may have to take them to court. Oh by the way corporate states it's not there issue, the General Manager won't callback and neither will the owner. They kept their word and they're open with safety precautions during the pandemic. They also offer a warranty others do not. We definitely looked around. We'd been looking for a truck for weeks!! We went to other dealerships in Fresno and everything that appeared to be reasonably priced was sold. What was left was over priced and not the value we were looking for. An online delivery service we looked into doesn't cooperate with CA smog and doesn't take cash. I found the exact truck we wanted at a great price looking through Gill's online inventory. It just needed some repairs and a detail. David R., our sales person, wrote out a note giving us first right of refusal at the listed price of $26k. They did not yet know what the repairs would cost, and he kept in touch while we went on vacation. I saw the truck's price online price go up to $29k so I asked David and he said the repair cost necessitated the price change but because he'd already given his word they were honoring the original price and it wouldn't be sold until we passed on it. I would give 0 stars if possible & wish I read reviews prior to purchasing. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in July. It was $34,000 online. I was put in contact with David who texted me & let me know the car would be ready to look at and test drive When I got there, they got the paperwork ready and it was listed under $35,000. I had to bring it up to my sales person, David who acted surprised & finally changed it. Then they charge me a couple hundred for some auto theft device I do not want but i wasn't able to decline that. Then the whole purchase process took about 5 hours. For what reason?! Whatever, fast forward to when I get home. My car AC was making an UGLY noise. I texted David the next day & no surprise no reply. I called the dealer and they said bring it in, so I did. They checked for a leak etc & nothing was found. Okay cool. Fast forward another 2 weeks later, noise is back & now my AC isnt blowing cold air and making a worse noise. I called Gill yet again on a Saturday and some horrible worker told me they wouldn't do anything to help because they didn't profit off of my sale. Furious, Monday I took it to my own mechanic and they said it was a part under the dash that would be $1700 to fix. I called Gill and spoke to a manager and expected it to get fixed since I bought the car essentially with this problem. They told me bring it in again and they'd see what they could do but made no promise to fix it and basically said it was my problem. I fully believed they should pay for the repair as it was sold to me with this problem but thankfully the service dept was able to contact corporate and they fixed it independently of the dealer with a small deductible. And now, officially a month later my tires are BALD. Not even 1,000 miles on my car. Needed 4 new tires. Icing on top of the cake! Will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. Buyer beware. read more

WORST DEALER EVER!! Was looking for a Toyota Rav4 and they had one. Went to look at the car and the outside was not cleaned at all and very dirty. They also parked it next to a "sprinkler" that's why it had hard water spots and wax all over the car. Looked pretty rough. Regardless they told me they would detail it if I bought the car. Went in signed the papers and put a deposit down. Told me there was a life time warranty on the car for free. Turns out there was more problems with the car and they wouldn't fix it after they said they would considering the warranty. Mentioned it was because they didn't profit off the car. Then they proceeded to give me the run around of trying to get me my check. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get sorted out. Not worth the time! It's a very dishonest company and wouldn't recommend going there. The "Service" Department is a nightmare. The earliest appointment was over a month out which is understandable to some degree because of supply chain issues, etc., but on the morning of the appt. and while I was driving to Gill, the service "manager" Mike Dusan called to ask me if I could drop off my vehicle at a later date re short 6/10 mechanics. They initially told me that it would be within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem of vehicle. after calling every other day to find out the status, they told me that it would probably be tomorrow and this went on for a week. They never returned my calls and could never provide a straight answer. They are completely lost and it showed on all fronts. Finally they said that I could pick up my vehicle if I wanted, so I did, It was never looked at and upon picking up my vehicle Mike didnt even acknowledge me. No apology, remorse or anything for completely inconveniencing my life for a week. I will have my vehicle repaired at another dealership and then trade it in for a $75,000 brand new 2023 model. They not only lost my business to future sales but trust that word of mouth is very powerful and I will be extremely vocal about my horrible experience to come. I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience ever. The staff was great! We went in to buy a used car but ended up with a better deal and a brand new car. We got a bumper to bumper warranty and lifetime power train warranty. To top it all off, we had a trade in that we were a little upside down on. However, their finance manager Rosalind was able to work out a fantastic deal for us. Jim and Jason were both phenomenal. Jim did an excellent job of following up via phone, email, and text. So I was having issues with my car starting, sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn't my car showed that my battery was fully charged so I called to make an appointment to have it checked out since I have a warranty, first off employees are rude I walked around for 10mins trying to figure out where to take my car till Finally the second time I ended up in the previous spot As before till someone finally walked me to where i needed to be it was literally a few steps away from The receptionist desk as if she didn't see me walk out thru the front and around the whole building well anyways I told the service rep my issue he told me that with my warranty I would still pay $100 deductible well imagine my surprise when he called and told me my total was $475 and I said ok so I only pay the $100 and he says no batteries aren't covered under warranties ok thanks for letting me know when I dropped off the car, anyways diagnostic would cost $165 hmmm ok I get back to the dealership and battery testing is $0 he knew my issue was the battery and instead of testing the battery first he does a full diagnostic when it turns out it was just the battery that was bad......long story short make sure you know prices and what your warranty covers cause they ain't gonna help you out.....and my vehicle info still says my bad battery is good..... read more

I called the dealer for a 2018 vehicle they had listed well below MSRP. Spoke to Jim and told him with Tier 1 credit and $3,000 down what can he do for me on a wrangler. He said he's looking around $300 a month. I trusted him gave him all the credit info. Called me the next day saying it's in mid $400 he sounds like he doesn't know what he's doing. They just want your information. I would never ever recommend this place. I got a better deal in Fresno. Don't trust them because they don't care to lie and put a hard inquiry on your credit score. The service and repair shop are very I professional they services our 2016 dodge ram 3500 for a recall and a seal leak 5 months later the truck has been in and out of the shop 4 time the shop dropped a piece of machinery on my truck didn't tell me . I brought it back for the same leak 3 times. They serviced my rear differential and a week later. My rear end went out. My AC don't work . I brought it to third party to find out what's wrong. Today we met with Mike Leap and David Turner to see if they would buy the truck as a trade in. They just offered to try to fix it. We don't trust their work . My rest differential will cost $3,800 to fix The body shop they sent it to to fix the paint bubbled and had to be repainted. read more

Just awful! Yesterday our truck broke down on the I-5 during a road trip from Northern California to San Diego, 3pm 95 degrees with a cat and dog! I called multiple times, kept getting transferred and only able to speak with the operator who was kind but of no help at all. Finally they told me they would have their service manager call me back due to us being broken down and in need of immediate assistance. Almost 2 hours later I get a call back from a man stating they cannot help us because they are closing and will not be available until Monday!!! Ridiculous! Absolutely horrible customer service!
