We happened to come across this food truck at a winery that we are members of. I had never heard of this food truck before, but their reviews on Yelp looked promising so I was looking forward to it! I can't comment on the service, as hubby placed our food order while I saved us a table, but the food came out fast! They rotate locations each day and you can check out their schedule on their website. Hubby & I ordered 2 tacos each. I got the chicken and short rib tacos. The chicken taco has marinated chicken on a 6" tortilla topped with lettuce and salsa fresca for $5. The short rib taco has slow-braised beef short rib on a 6" tortilla grilled with brussel sprout slaw and kimchi for $6. The chicken taco was delicious! It was tender and it was a decent-sized taco. The short rib taco caught me off-guard. It tasted like a Korean-fusion taco, and I should've known that after seeing that they add kimchi. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I expected. Hubby also got the short rib taco and felt he same way I did. In addition, he got the tempura fish and said that was delicious! The prices are reasonable and I was full after eating 2 tacos. I must say this is one of the best food truck I have booked for my company's private lunch catering event! My colleagues gave nothing but positive comments on the food and their lunch experience. Portions were huge, definitely full size lunches! I went with the catering package #3 that offered a wide variety of food items to be chosen from. GNRT was even very accommodating to swapping out items for a different one on their menu. Loved the various protein choices for there were options available to the vegetarians and vegans (Potato Vegan Taco & Portobello Vegan). From the display on their website, initial email inquiry, multiple email exchanges, to the food service on the day of the event, communication & wrap up - it was was all outstanding. So easy to work & GNRT truly delivered! GNRT even played music while our colleagues chilled & ate outside. Of course they asked first if it was ok. Hellzya :) The communication with Marie & Alexia was smooth. I checked in with Alexia from time to time -- she kept me posted & informed, which I truly appreciated. Just an FYI - I am a pretty detailed oriented person. So I had noticed how GNRT stood out with their service was the following: (1) Their menu board showed what was exactly being catered (with pictures). I was told this was their newly installed "sticker" removable menu board. (2) They also written on the menu board the lunch event was for a company private event. (3) When each order was taken a guest waiting pager was provided to let them know when their order is ready. So no # shouting needed with the music blasting! :) If your company is looking for a food truck catering event GNRT would be a great choice to go with. I don't always get blown away, sometimes it's an awesome surprise. I only had a shared Carne Asada Fries plate but I will tell you- this was the best Carne Asada Fries I've had. The fries, perfectly cooked, cheese was ooey gooey delicious, carne asada was perfectly bite sized and the sweet spicey sauce with pickled onions???? I could die a happy human right now. Shout out to Guac N Roll Taco Truck. They came to our community this week and the food was fabulous!!!

We had this food at The Bruery. The Shrimp Quesadilla was amazing. They roll the quesadilla so the shrimp really stands out. It was honestly the best shrimp quesadilla we've had off a food truck which is a high compliment. The tomatillo sauce was the bomb. We also had the elote. Love, love, love that it was warm. The flavors were great. We were expecting them at 3 pm according to the Bruery's schedule but the food trucks website said 4. That is the only reason I'm rating this down one star. I wish they had been here at 3. Would have eaten more food from this great truck. We're coming back for Rocking Bingo on Tuesday and I look forward to exploring the menu further read more

I gotta tell you, as a guy that puts on a lot of events and has to find good, fast, and reasonably priced food for crowds of 150-300, can be somewhat daunting. Some places are flaky and cancel at the last minute, others don't plan ahead to bring enough food, some are just downright rude to our customers. It's always a joy to find a company that REALLY gets what customer service is all about, and hits the criteria on ALL cylinders! Guac N Roll Tacos fall right into that category! I had never had any of their food, but they can SO highly recommended, I had to give them a show. I'm glad I did!!! They got here on time, served food fast (like lightning fast) and really took care of our Bike Night Crowd on Friday the 13th! All of the comments I heard from people were super positive ... from "The best truck food I've ever had" to "You're going to have them come back again, right?" These guys really hit the mark, and will be at the top of my catering list! The big hits that I heard the most comments from were the Asada fries, the burritos, and the tacos. Bottom line? Yummm!!! I tried Guac N Roll Tacos on Friday 1/29/21, I wanted to get food before the Bruery, but didn't have time. I was worried the food truck of the day/night would be something mediocre and overpriced. When I got to the food truck, everything looked and sounded so tasty. We went with the carne asada fries, elote, and el pastor taco. Fries 5/5 SOLID! So so so flavorful and tasty! A plus is that it comes with skinny fries! I'm a huge fan of skinny fries with carne asada, something about the texture always gets me. It's crunchy, but just the right amount..and not soggy ya know? Elote 5/5, what's in this???? My family and I happened to roll up on this food truck first because of the appearance of the truck!! It was very inviting and really cool. We were greeted by some friendly staff who answered some of our questions. I haven't seen some of these food options before. We tried many things. First time trying this food truck and it was pretty good overall. They have tons of menu items to choose from! I ordered the pork belly bites, elote, and a chicken quesadilla. The pork belly bites tasted really good, but 2 of my 6 pieces were completely fat, no meat. I discarded those 2 pieces because I don't want to eat pure fat, but the other 4 pieces were good. The elote was decent, nothing to rave about but not bad either. I've had way better and I've had way worse, so it fell somewhat in the middle. The chicken quesadilla was okay, I didn't love the taste of the chicken but the quesadilla itself was good. You can order it with any protein so maybe it tastes better with a different option. I would've liked a larger portion of guac with it just because the quesadilla is so big and the sides of guac/sour cream are so small, but you can always order an extra side. I noticed in a couple of reviews that folks talk about stalking the truck, and I have to admit to a fair amount of stalking myself. We originally went as a group (we brought our own chairs and sippy cups), and tried a little of what everyone ordered. I ordered the shrimp tempura tacos. The layers of flavor and texture/crunch in these tacos are just amazing. It is simply an explosion of flavor that is complimentary, but nothing overpowers the other flavors. We got an order of carne asada fries and the tomato bisque to share. Wowie, wow to both of those as well. The bisque is rich and smooth, and would be perfect with a grilled cheese sammich or a quesadilla. The loaded fries are, well, loaded! Do not try to eat these on your own. We shared with the group and still couldn't finish them. Let me just say, there is yum in every bite. The chicken flautas are amazing, and I would highly recommend. I saved the best for last. Just one word for you... elote! This stuff is heaven, and will make your eyes roll back in your head! Don't be satisfied with the little cup you get with your meal, order the larger size on the side... you're welcome. I have visited/stalked a lot of food trucks, but Guac n Roll Tacos has got to be one of the most consistent in the quality of their food. I got the Wagyu burger which was really sexy...I mean, where else can you get a burger with Wagyu beef like it's a commoners burger unless you're damn royalty?! Stopped by a brewery I love and Gauc and Roll happened to be the food truck and boy it was DELICIOUS! First off the blue eyed server (cause we are all wearing masks) was so welcoming and informative he told me I had to get the grilled cheese and tomato bisque which I was very happy with my choice. The grilled cheese was a good size and the tomato bisque was perfect to dip in. My boyfriend got the wings and he loved them too! This was a food truck at my apartment complex last night. To be quite honest, it is one of the best burritos I have had in recent memory. It was not "California" style, which to me is a sin to burritos. It was perfectly layered and had all the right proportions. Their Pork Belly Bites were amazing as well.
