Our first time. We had a combo plate and a chile verde plate. The combination was delicious and I appreciate the extra effort. It came with sliced cucumber and orange with chamoy sauce and a grilled jalapeño, fresh pico de gallo and guacamole. The chile verde had fried eggs, cucumbers, orange and jalapeño too. Everything was delicious and our waiter was very attentive to our needs. The place was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the music . Definitely going to be back. read more

I give their Carne asada burrito a 10 out of 10 customer service is a seven out of 10 for me depending on who's working I've encountered the gentleman that works usually evenings is very nice inviting easy to get along with On the other hand, there is a young lady Hispanic with curly hair. Wish I knew her name was to highlight who is it that has provided off putting customer service I believe she works earlier shift this morning to afternoon When I first met her, she seemed to speak English very well. My last few visits with her have been strange. She now pretends not to speak English with me or understands English so I've had to brush up on some of my Spanish speaking skills, which is not the issue but I have a problem with her fake personality and stinginess. It seems that it bothers her when I ask her for only one extra salsa she wants to charge me. Also, the little things that matter aren't there with her customer service and even sometimes I've noticed the quality of how she serves my food to go Anyways, I will just try to detour when she's there and only order when polite employees are working read more

Been coming here for several years now since before they extended the space. Since the extension and redecorating/remodeling it looks sooooo nice! The service is always good, friendly & checks in on you frequently which I LOVE! As for food, you're started off with chips and salsa. The salsa has a slight kick to it but bomb flavor. I personally love their carne asada fries for my meal. Simple yet delicious. I do miss the thicker fries as they now use thin fries nonetheless the flavor is still amazing. It has Fries, asada, cheese, pico, guacamole & sour cream. I like to add their pickled carrots on top and their jalapeños in between each bite for some heat. Their salsas are pretty good but I had no need for them as I feel the food is good without it. Hubby is a new vegetarian so he got the chile relleno plate that comes with 2 chiles, rice, beans & tortillas. Him and my toddler went crazy on that plate. Hubbys exact words were, "That food was FIRE. So BOMB!" So I'll take that as a 10/10 lol For drinks hubby got a brew, I got a Mexican coke & my son had a bottled orange juice that the server was nice enough to pour into a to go cup for ease of drinking out of a straw. All drinks were delicious 10/10 Still will always be my go to carne asada fries spot. They can't be beat!! We found an amazing Mexican place near our home! Everything here is good. We have tried their chicken quesadilla, nachos and tacos - carne asada. All good. I only wish they had like fried fish or fried shrimp tacos... haha Definitely our go to for Mexican food. read more

Came for a late lunch specifically for a Coctel camaron or shrimp cocktail in their signature style: very large shrimp, in a delicious mixture of tomato and citrus, cilantro, and sliced avocado floating on top of the whole thing, there was even more chopped avocado on the cocktail. Options to eat with saltine crackers or tortilla chips. The huge crystal goblet perfectly showcases the huge shrimp and chunks of avocado. It's topped nicely with slices of orange, lime and cucumber plus a sprig of celery. Everything is seasoned so well. Best thing is it was served very cold: for this summer heat! Also shared a large carne asada wet burrito, we requested both green and red sauces, plus rice and beans both inside and outside. The rice is very fluffy and tender, with bits of sweet corn scattered; refried beans were tender and a good texture since some beans were not all mashed. Hearty amount of chopped meat inside, and melted cheese over the sauces and beans: food was hot and delicious. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 3 pm Friday afternoon, no alcohol served but it seems they have applied for a license. Very sweet lady serving us, she came several times to check if we needed more of anything. Complementary chips with a very nicely seasoned and spiced salsa. Parking can sometimes be a little tight but plenty of room today. In the plaza across from Target store, next to Mono coffee shop and Pizza Hut takeout. read more

I ordered taco plate which is a combination of rice, salad , one taco and two taquerias. The taste was ok but the Real problem is the bath room. The bathroom that I used was stinks. The manager or owner should take of the bath room so that clients can come with pleasant feeling. They need deodorant in the bathroom immediately. read more

Lived in La Palma most of my young adult life and have been missing on a nice little gem here. Salsa was great- good first sign. Food was great. Had chile relleno, family had carnitas, cabaza, asada tacos. Rice and beans had good flavor. Been going to La capilla and el zarape...the food is on that level. read more

I ordered a wet burrito yesterday. I ate it when I got home and a few hours later I was vomiting all night. The whole burrito. Never in my life have I felt that way. Hands down the best pastor tacos I've ever had. The meat is perfectly cooked where the meat is not overly cooked. Exploding with pastor flavor. They give you oranges (if not ask them) where it enhances the tastes of the tacos if you squeeze them in and gives them a sweetness to the taco. read more

I had the worst experience of my life today with this restaurant. My co workers and I place an order over the phone and when I came to pick up the food the cashier (an ignorant girl) told me that they can only take cash and they had no time to charge each separate order . The girl was really agitated and gave me attitude. after I was going to spend over $50.oo The cashier was telling me that black people take forever to order and they change the orders just so that they don't have to pay. The food is decent for Mexican food. I tried the carna asada burrito. Sadly, they stuck so much onions as filling in the burrito. The onions has no tastes, and beans are overcooked. I will look elsewhere in the area for better Mexican food. Lastly, the only reason I tried the the restaurant provide coupons from Entertainment.com. They refuse to honor the coupon unless you insist. They provide coupons to lure you in and deny coupon. There are not thriving in business so every customer counts. They could improve due to be only Mexican restaurant within 1 mile radius with Target across the street. read more
