    Update 4/22/25 4/11/25, all outstanding matters were resolved. -The team completed the shower fixture installation and resolved the leak -They replaced the Navien panel and got written confirmation from the manufacturer that the damage would not impact the warranty or product life -The company waived the outstanding balance of $323.29 as a courtesy We are happy with this outcome.

    New self cleaning toilet

    We feel so lucky to have found Guardian Plumbing, it was top rated by our community. They gave us a free estimate for a new toilet installation, it was more than fair, and provided same day service. Our installer Michael was great, super polite and did a very good job. He worked clean, and even hauled away our old toilet. Five stars for this company and especially Michael....even our dogs loved him!

    We had Ivan and Will out to install our new Halo filtration system. What a fantastic team they have, from start to finish. Friendly professional and the work was impeccable! HIGLY RECOMMEND. Thanks again to all who helped us!!

    Front lawn leakage

    Mike is my guardian angel. Guardian PLUMBERS not to be confused with G. Plumbing Long expensive exhausting story short: I had sewage leaking onto the front lawn. My Gardner couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so I called a plumber. The plumber came out and told me I needed to call an irrigation specialist. Irrigation specialist told me to call a plumber with leak detection. They came out, opened up a wall in my house and hours later told me, they couldn't find the leak, but that REPIPING the entire house would surely fix the problem. Well I wasn't having that so I had my septic tank serviced. The septic wasn't my first thought since it wasn't due and i was told something was broken somewhere between the house and the yard. Anyway, after a couple days, sewer water was back. Called another guy who told me my seepage pit was busted and had to be replaced. So, I got bids from a bunch of septic companies ranging from 18-40k. Called Guardian out on my very last bid. Thank God some of the other companies I called were flakey and lagged. Met two very nice gentlemen from Guardian plumbers who showed up on time, located the two septic tanks, and the seepage pit. And confirmed the pit was overflowing. Mike (the supervisor) showed up shortly thereafter to explain the issue and give me an estimate. He mentioned getting permits and even though it's more expensive, I like not breaking the law. Many of the other companies told me they would charge more for permits. One guy even told me to get them myself if I wanted them. I liked Mike and found Guardian Plumbers to be profesional efficient and on the up and up, so I agreed to hire. I put $5 k down for them to start the ball rolling then they proceeded to empty all three units. The inspector was scheduled for the following day. About an hour after completely emptying all the units, Mike came back to take photos of the completed work when he discovered my "solids" tank rapidly filling back up. He asked me if I had a water softener system and I did and BOO YAH!! Mike found the source of the flood. He actually refunded my down payment and saved me from spending 35+k. Who does that????? I actually started crying from relief. What a saint!!! I have found my plumber for life. I am so incredibly grateful and I've never had such great service anywhere in my entire 48 years on the planet.

On our phone call yesterday, you mentioned you didn't feel like bringing the filters I already paid for because of my review. And even though your technician didn't finish the maintenance service, I've decided to leave things as they are. But I absolutely would not recommend your business to anyone else. When you called me, it wasn't about making things right, it was simply: take down the review, I'll take my part back, and we go our separate ways. And now in your response here, you're saying you'll "always be here if I need assistance in the future"? That just feels insincere. Also, you mention that the value comes from training and experience to know what's wrong and why. Again, that's what the annual maintenance fee covers, which I already paid. Your technician told me the part wasn't working and that he couldn't finish. There was no breakdown. I was simply told the part cost $325. That is not transparency. (The part is $15 on amazon for anyone reading this, do your own research). I stand by my review so that future customers can make informed decisions, just like I would want for myself.

I knew it would be around 6 weeks to get someone here. The first guy I spoke with said the earliest he could get a technician out would be, "sometime in OCTOBER." I told him that was unacceptable and to please connect me with a manager. That person then passed me off to another person. Customer Service person #2 never confirmed my name or contact information. She stated WeCare was, "just at your house in May" (Wrong! They were here on January 23rd!) and that they have, "called and called and left voice mails and you never bother to call us back." I kept asking if she had the right person and repeatedly demanded that she QUIT TALKING OVER ME and listen to me. This went on for several minutes, her accusing me of just having had the company here and also not returning their calls. I raised my voice and said, "You have the wrong person! Look at my almost five full years of plumbing/HVAC service with your company!" She replied, "Laura, do NOT raise your voice to me!" Um, people, I am NOT LAURA. The rudest customer service, ever. I am shocked at how WeCare, Temecula's customer care has absolutely nosedived. This woman accused me of so many things and SHE HAD the wrong person. She refused to take the time to confirm my contact information and service history with this company. Outraged.
