We've been here a couple times before. Very clean and inviting store. Saturday they had big sales 30 to 50 percent off many items. They have a very friendly staff. They checked the back for items that were not in stock. My wife likes the quality of their items and reasonable prices. The service in this particular location is top notch. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. She asked me if I was looking for anything special and told her I'm just browsing. That's when I found out about the special going on...25% off entire purchase for just trying on a pair of denim. I like the jeans from here so I decided to try on a pair of white denim skinny jeans. I tried 2 sizes, one size was too small and the other was a little tight. I asked for the next size up...that was too big! I discussed the dilemma with one of the girls who works there. She suggested trying on another pair of the ones that fit a little tight. Since every pair is made slightly different maybe another pair of that size would fit better. I did that and.....MAGIC!!!!! Every time I walk into Guess I feel so under dressed. The style is chic and sleek. And I go in looking like dressed down for PE class. The store is very uplifting and bright. It's like one huge photo shoot and/or cat walk in the store. Could also pass for a club because the music blasts like it's Spring Break in Ibiza. The clothes are pricey but the quality is high. One thing I admire about Guess are there varieties of styles, cuts and washes of jeans. A really great selection if you ask me. Customer service was great too! My favorite store in the mall. Whenever I need a new dress for a night out I head to this store. The employees here are great. They always greet me when I walk in and a few sales associates even remember my name. Very impressive! Make sure you join the Guess VIP rewards points club. Each time you shop you get rewards for the next time you come in. I always seem to get another $10 or $15 off of my next visit by doing this. Tip: if you cannot find a size in the physical store ask one of the associates and they can easily have the size you want sent to your home with free shipping. I have done this several times and it's awesome! You can find a lot of things online to that you cannot find in the store. They carry the high-end line called Marciano in the back so make sure you check it out. It is a little bit pricier than the Guess label but they are staple pieces you will have for years and definitely worth it! read more

I drove 18 minutes to get to the store to do an exchange of a Christmas present. I looked on Yelp which said the store was open till 9:00 p.m.. I mean seriously it's the pandemic I probably should have called. But I got to the store at 6:20 after hunting for it in a huge mall I wasnt familiar with. The sign on the door said the store was open until 7:00 p.m. So I thought to myself, "well it only gives me 45 minutes to shop around to make an exchange but you know, I'll do the best I can"... but when I try to get in it was locked. I saw folks working inside, but then noticed there was a sign posted (upside down) on the door saying that they were closed for deep leaning. I stood for a few minutes and one of the sales girls saw me at the door and gave me a sign like to shoo away, And then the signal of the cut off under your chin that their closed for good for the night. So already the stores only open till 7 and all the rest of the mall stores in this gigantic mall are still open so I couldnt help but wonder why they can't do their cleaning after their posted closing time of 7...or at the very least at POST that they are closed at the time they lock you out to clean---- but to say they're open til 7 and lock the doors by 620 that's a bummer after driving almost 20 minutes to get here. As I walked away 3 other girls walked up to the door to try to get in but found it was locked and were highly disappointed as well. Plus.....pls update Yelp with proper times. I have had good experience at this store until my last visit. Personnel was rude and very unaccommodating. I find it extremely annoying when a customer representative says "We made an exception for you in the past". Have some dignity and do not take credit for other people's action when you were not the one that made the exception, but your store manager! Have some decency and realize that you represent a whole company, not just a particular store and your actions are likely to reflect not just mine, but my friends shopping experience and value of this brand. Not sure if this store profiles because we are dark or if they are excessively friendly. Every few minutes we were approached and asked if we needed help. We said each time no we will ask when we need help but associates kept coming up to us as if we were trying to steal. Shiver me timbers! Is this Fashion Valley or Treasure Island? With all the skulls strewn about this place, I could've sworn it were the latter. Seriously, the skulls are everywhere. On the t-shirts. On the long-sleeves. On the necklaces. On the jackets. I practically expected Jack Sparrow to leap out at me from behind the cashier. That said, Guess is a perfectly OK place to find moderately priced and vaguely trendy clothing, assuming your definition of trendy is "bedecked with distressed and pleated denim (and skulls)." The store is laid out nicely, with too-cool-for-school club/dance music blaring loudly. (Can you tell I'm getting old?) The back half of the store has racks that are perpetually marked 40-50% off. Of course, that means the clothing on these racks was marked up by an equivalent amount, so only the sale price was ever reasonable to begin with. On these sale racks there are some kickass items to be found, including some splendid jeans and button-down shirts. In fact, when I was here the other day to spend a gift card that was leftover from the holidays, I managed to snag two lovely shirts with some metallic threading (one white, one black) for a total of $60. Seeing as the gift card was for exactly that amount, I walked out of the store after paying just the sales tax. I would definitely call that a win. Before I left the store, I admired the selection of colognes. I would enthusiastically recommend these scents to any guy who wants his date to get in a romantic mood, kiss his neck gently, take a whiff of his stylish scent, and think: "This boy didn't settle for Abercrombie & Fitch. This was the ABSOLUTE best shopping experience I've ever had... and I'm aware of how bold of a statement that is! I've struggled with my body and finding the right clothes to fit and flatter my athletic build my whole life and have grown to absolutely hate shopping. I had a wedding to go to and needed a formal dress, so my best friend took me here (I was dreading it since I exclusively have had negative shopping experiences and avoid them at all costs due to my being so uncomfortable in anything other than yoga pants and t shirts.) This was the first time in my entire life I've ever left a store feeling excited, confident and beautiful. Part of this is due to the amazing quality of the clothes here (EVERYTHING I tried on fit beautifully!) but most of it is due to the fact that I had not one... not two... not three... but FOUR employees approach me with the most upbeat and warm energy, and they all helped me find a dress I felt good in. Seriously, I felt like I had my own personal hype squad! I found a dress I loved (for the first time IN MY LIFE!) and was elated with the entire experience. I wish I remembered their names so I could shout them all out, but whoever was working at the store on June 11 around 1pm was amazing. I found this location on yelp and purchased a dress that fit me amazingly.i ended up finding a different dress for my wedding shower elsewhere that was a little more fit to the party. So I decided to return the dress which was purchased on a debit card. Anywhere else I would go, debit is like cash. I came to this guess location a few weeks ago. I'm from Oregon, and I was in the city for a week to attend a wedding. I was last minute shopping for a dress to wear to the reception. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a smiling employee (I believe her name was Lindsey). I told her that I was looking for a dress but have no idea what color/shape would look good on me. As I shopped around, I was greeted by Peter, a stylist at Guess. He and Lindsey picked out about 6 options for me to try, and even supplied me with shoes to try as well. It was honestly the most positive and liberating shopping experiences I have ever had.
