I wear a 16 shirt, but there is multiple sizes within a 16 to fit a different body types(which i was unaware of) that you wont find that at nordstrom rack, let alone a shirt that hasnt been tried on by 1000 people already. anyway, i walk into men district and Joshua was Super Knowledgeable with sizing, and even gave me a nice deal on 2 shirts w free socks. all under $100. While trying on clothing one of the sales associates was clearly flirting with a girl back there and was paying a lot of attention to her for about 10-15 minutes and never ever said hi to me. Not the biggest issue but, rude! Could've at least asked if I was doing ok... but, he only had eyes for her. Ha. Gorgeous fitting rooms, but really dark inside with some warm lighting but didn't offer enough light to actually really look at the clothing and make sure there were no issues. I had to use the light on my phone to double-check and I'm glad I did, bc the pants had a lot of runs in them. I spoke to someone at the front who said if I ordered off the site I wouldn't get the same pants as their fulfillment doesn't come from stores - we will see. I ordered the same size as in the store and I'm going to be mad if those arrive in the mail in a few days...

Excessive, I know but its all "these are the newest", "no one will have these at his new school", "they dont come out for a month", "you're getting a great deal". Yeah right. I tried calling my brother for help before purchasing but he was asleep. So imagine my horror when I get home & send my brother the pictures of the shoes we bought. His response "sis, you 100% got swindled". I paid $445 for the newest & could've ordered them online for $280 - all in. So to be clear, they are very much available for purchase now & are NOT coming out next month smh Paid $175 for another pair that were $90 elsewhere and $285 for valerians that should've cost $140. I only have two malls i consistently go in San Diego, the Fashion Valley Mall and the UTC Mall…read more However, UTC mall is more of a leisure... to walk around and kill time, for my son to play at the playground, for the festivities on the holiday season especially Xmas, to have family fun dates and good food experiences at nearby restaurants and the mall I always go to every time I have issues with my Apple iPhone and techs. The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.
