Pizza and wings were pretty good. Definitely check out this place if you're in the area

Our "Famous Schwartzkoff" "The best sub ever created!" Ham, chicken tenders, swiss, mozzarella, lettuce, onion, mayo, sweet & sour

5 stars for the "Famous Schwartzkoff": "The best sub ever created!" Ham, chicken tenders, swiss, mozzarella, lettuce, onion, mayo, sweet & sour all melted on the roll. Sandwich was awesome when we ate it there freshly made. Though we got it once for delivery and way better when eaten there. This is bfs favorite sandwich that exists. Everything else 4 stars. We got wings (honey garlic buffalo), garlic knots, cheese slices and chicken bacon ranch slices. Pizza slices: come in 2s (I didn't know this and ordered WAY too much food for our family). Salad looked on point for a pizza restaurant and I almost debated ordering one but we had way too much food already. Get it w grilled chicken. Decent amount of seating inside ~10 small tables. Bathroom clean for a pizza restaurant.

We the people... are Guida people. I really like the enormous slices that are the size of your house served up by Guida. They are sort of like jumbo New York slices. They taste better than the DC equivalent, because that is the other city that I remember being famous for enormous slices other than Rochester. The best places to get slices in Rochester are not these jumbo slice places but places like Pizza Stop downtown. But nevertheless these are worth a try if you are hungry for pizza in this area. Pretty delicious if you ask me, and underrated.

Schwartzkoff toasted

Oh man their subs are so good, they'll toast the roll and the ingredients are plentiful. I had the famous schwartzkoff which was all they cracked it up to be.

Pepperoni and cheese calzone.

Solid spot for a slice or an entire pie. It is small and somewhere hot inside but they do offer indoor dining. They also have other options.

One of the best local pizza spots in upstate ny. If you're from Az, I'd compare it to barros. Yummy yummy

Was told 45 minutes. Waited way over an hour for pizza with car running. Will not come here again!

Their pizza has the perfect chew/tenderness. Wings were really really crispy. Delivery early by 10 minutes.

Our server was very attentive and offered great seasonal recommendations. *Squash Salad: a seasonal dish that perfectly captured the feeling of autumn, served in a hot cast iron skillet. The squash was sweet, garlicky, and buttery, topped with smoky breadcrumbs. The blistered tomatoes paired well with the balsamic glaze, adding sweetness and juiciness to each bite. *La Pina Loca: perfect mix of salty, sweet, and spicy. The pork was rendered beautifully, creating a savory oil that blended well with the pineapple. The jalapenos added mild heat, and the hot honey was subtle. The crust was thin with a good char on the bottom. If I lived closer, I would come here all the time. It is unfortunate that the squash salad is only a seasonal item because my group kept talking about how much we craved it afterward. The beverage menu was a bit limited, so I hope to see more beers on tap or additional mixed drinks in the future.

We were quoted about a 40-minute wait for a table, but told bar seating might open up sooner (around 30 minutes). They took my number and we stepped outside to take a walk around the block while we waited. We ended up getting a text about the bar seat availability in about 15 minutes. Once we got seated at the bar, things turned around quickly. The space has a really cozy, intimate vibe with dim lighting, warm atmosphere and overall it feels thoughtfully put together. We ordered hot toddies to drink, which were perfect for the weather, and for food we got the Japanese sweet potatoes and the cavolo nero pesto. Both dishes were incredibly delicious - flavorful and well-balanced. Just be prepared for a wait (and maybe stay nearby instead of wandering off), but once you're in, it's a great experience!

It's a small space inside but it's designed well enough to manage a flow of traffic for customers and staff. We sat in the back greenhouse area. I think the least enjoyable part of our experience was how loud it was in the restaurant. Definitely not a good spot if you're trying to catch up with someone and your voice doesn't carry. I couldn't actually hear the specials the server was telling us. I want to try out Vern's again, so I may wait until there's an outdoor table or ask to sit in the second level to see if that's quieter. We tried one of their spring menu appetizer items, the Japanese sweet potatoes with kimchi ranch and dill. One bite and I was addicted, these were so so good. We then moved on to the classics for entrees -- bee sting pizza and the ragu-- and we were amazed at how good everything was! The only note we had was about the pizza, it was very soggy in the middle but still edible if you rolled it over in itself. We also had a few cocktails, and while they were somewhat small, you could tell they weren't watered down in any way. Two drinks was more than enough for me. Overall it was a great experience and we want to try it again. If you're someone who struggles to enjoy a meal out where you can't hear much, maybe wait for outdoor tables.
