Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

Otherwise you should bring some sort of cooler bag. In addition to ice cream sandwiches they also have other snacks like popcorn and cookies. Some of the less common flavors include strawberry, pumpkin, coffee, and mint chocolate chip. Service has been great. If you want you can even ask for a random assortment of ice cream sandwiches. At times the parking can be a little limited since there's a popular brunch spot a couple doors down. But it's well worth a visit especially on warmer days if you're in the area.
