It's-It Sticker is $3, perfect souvenir!
    Rachelle P.

"In the end, we'll all have to accept that ice cream is more important than most things in life."~Unknown." Happy National Ice Cream Month! Took a day trip out and spotted the outlet store in Suisun City! My daughters and I got Chocolate It's-It and my hubby got Strawberry It's-It. I wish I tried a bite of his, but so far my favorite is the original Vanilla, next time we want to try the Super Sundae! They also sell Cookie Dough, Gourmet Popcorn, Frozen Bagel Dogs and Piroshkis! And I couldn't leave without a souvenir so I picked out a $3 sticker! In 1928 It's-It Ice Cream started sandwiching together a big scoop of ice cream between 2 oatmeal cookies and dipping them in rich dark chocolate! The company's newest flavor is the Cone Bar and you can find their factory shop in Burlingame CA! We'll definitely be back, you can't rate any lower than 5 stars for nostalgia alone! Not to mention great customer service and they use no trans fats or high fructose corn syrup! Follow them on Instagram @itsiticecreamsuisun SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Pepper Candy by EnjoyMusic Site: https://enjoymusic.ai

Whenever we come to town to visit family, we try to make it a point to get our fill of It's Its as its something I grew up having..Its excellent coming here because they don't offer alot of the flavors at the grocery stores but you can find more choices at the outlet. You come up to the window at the storefront as they assist you. Other than Its Its, they offer cookie dough, variety of popcorn mixes, Piroshkis, Bagel Dogs, and baked cookies. They have specials you can order from. For 12 Its its, its $15 or 24 for $26 and you can Mix and Match. When I went, they offered Vanilla, Mint, Cappuccino, Chocolate, Strawberry, as well as Chips It, Big Daddy and the Super Sundae. Just wish they offered Pumpkin still and wish they carried the Green Tea Its It as its one of my favorites. I think they offer that one at the Burlingame Outlet but its a bit far for me to grab a big order. Totally would not make it to Vallejo on these warm days! *sigh* They have parking up front and its usually not too bad to grab a spot. Its pretty easy to get there as its off the 12 in Suisun City less than 10 minutes from the Jelly Belly factory! The girl assisting us was pretty friendly and helpful with what I needed. Always a pleasure coming for our sweet treats! See you again next year Its It Outlet!

My husband and I love It's It Ice Cream sandwiches and we're super excited to see that there was an outlet only 20 minutes away from where we were planning to be over the weekend. We arrived around 3pm and there was only 1 other person in line. The inside is very small from what I could see as they have you order at their window and not come inside. They had a special for 12 ice creams for $15 so we decided to do that. We asked for 2 of each ice cream options that were on the window menu, but when the girl working came back to the window she said she wasn't able to give us the order we asked for. We changed a couple of items around, but then realized when we got home that it was because she gave us different flavors than what were listed on the menu. I thought it was a bit strange that she didn't tell us that they had different flavors available...she wasn't the friendliest person either, she definitely gave off a "I just work here" vibe. We also ordered the Unicorn Popcorn and the Cookies and Cream Popcorn as well as 2 bagel dogs. The bagel dogs were definitely a letdown though - my husband heated one up and said it was pretty gross. We also liked the popcorn flavors - the Unicorn flavor was a chef's kiss! Overall, we were very happy about the ice creams and plan to come back next time we are passing through town!

We love this product and came here after brunch. They were closed and you had to order from window so that was disappointing but we still enjoyed the cookie ice cream sandwiches. Wife and daughter love the min n chip which I don't particularly care for but they had strawberry which me and my so. In law enjoyed. They had a pumpkin one which I can't wait to try next time I drive through here.

Our dozen minus a few ...flavors strawberry, cappuccino and mint made this round
    Angela M.

Visited Its It outlet on Saturday. To the young girl at the window I requested a dozen - 2 cappuccinos, 4 strawberries and the rest mint. When the young girl handed me the dozen in the bag, I took strawberry from the top, handed it to my daughter and proceeded on our way. Today, being Monday, I went into my freezer to grab myself a cappuccino from the bag of a dozen packed by a staffer at Its It. Since I only ordered two cappuccinos, I had to pull the bag out to search for a cappuccino. To my surprise there is vanilla in the bag. NEVER BEFORE have I taken the time to check the bag to ensure my order was accurate - it always has been. The receipt circles the quantity purchased (mine is always 12) and provides the quantity of each requested next to each flavor ordered. This time on my receipt, for the first time, only 2 flavors requested had a quantity - 4 strawberry (as seen in the image), 2 cappuccino and nothing to account for the remaining 6. I would not have an issue with the mistake if it was a flavor anyone in my household ate or even enjoyed. Vanilla is the one flavor we never purchase or entertain, even if it's the only It's It flavor available we choose a different option. I am so highly disappointed. I know mistakes happen but there is a reason for the system It's It developed and practices. Staff mark the quantity of each flavor requested on the receipt provided to the customer and reviews the quantity and selection prior to moving on to grab those quantities to provide to the customer. I have gotten so spoiled that the absence of these steps was noticed but disregarded based on my prior interactions and transactions. Never again! From now on I will ensure my order is accurate prior to leaving from the order window. What a waste! We'll be back in two weeks, not sure if It's It will be a stop made per our usual routine. Sucks!

Love stopping by to get my It's-it fix when I'm in the area. Staff is friendly. No seating available, order at the window grab one for a little treat and take some more for later. If you've never had an It's-it before you are missing out. Cappuccino and mint are my favs but you can never go wrong with a classic vanilla either.

I had known this place was out here but had not known it was so close to Suisun. I had made it a point to stop by after lunch. It was a quick and easy process to order at a window and they had a fewer options. $15 for 12 sandwiches. I had bought 4x Cappucinos/ 4x Green Teas/ and 4x Mint sandwiches. Gal was friendly at the window and we got a big box of sandwiches. Easy breezy and I got 12 of the goodies from take out. Needless to say, we will be back to try more flavors.

Ordered a variety of its-its, popcorn, and cookie dough. Pretty cool to get these items here. I enjoyed the unicorn popcorn and the different its it flavors. I've also had the hot pretzel- I'd skip on that. You can only order outside from the window. Prices are decent.

Perfect for a long drive. Service was great and ice cream was better than in store. The location was clean and organized with well labeled signs.

You order by the window just ring the bell to be served. It's not a walk into a store establishment. Prices are fair it's better to buy in bulk for more savings. Service is great. We got the it's it pumpkin. HELLA GOOD I highly recommend instead of the plain vanilla one. Next up the cookie dough. I love it! It's not hella sweet and oily if you compare it to the grocery store bought toll house cookie dough. Plus a very good deal. $12 for 40 pieces of small cookies. Def recommend. 10/10

$2.00 for a sandwich? Yes! Small little spot ring the bell and they come to the window super quick and easy with a good selection of fresh ice cream, popcorn and cookies. Off main street super small quiet town loved it!

Super nice guy at the window. We got a little bit of everything! It was a awesome trip to get some ice cream, cookies and popcorn. Will be back for sure in the summer.

    Original Chips-It treat, $1.50
    Louisa M.

This place is amazing. It's-It is one of the tastiest ice cream treats around, and this is a real deal outlet shop. I stopped when I saw a huge sign off the interstate, and I have zero regrets. For those who've never had It's-It, the frozen treats are like elevated ice cream sandwiches, a sophisticated spin of sorts. Picture a large scoops of flavored ice cream stuffed between two crunchy oatmeal cookies, then dipped in a chocolate coating. Yes, please! Take note that it's window service only, so you can't actually enter the shop. You talk to an employee on the other side of a window. No biggie, but you aren't able to just waltz in and browse. The jovial, pleasant woman working the day I visited couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The store sells several flavors of the famous It's-It ice cream sandwiches, including the hard-to-find pumpkin and cappuccino flavors. (Heck, I can't even find the original ice cream flavors here in Southern Nevada). They also have the Chips-It (vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie sandwich) as well as cookie dough and even freshly baked cookies. Bargain hunter alert: THE OUTLET SELLS THEIR ICE CREAM SANDWICHES FOR JUST $1.50 EACH. I REPEAT: A BUCK FIFTY PER TREAT! We bought a mint It's-It and a classic Chips-It to enjoy while driving down the road. The ice cream was served super frozen, which was cool (literally). I put the treats on the dashboard for 10 minutes to warm them a bit. This softened them up and made them easier and tastier to eat. Stop here. You won't regret it.

    Got 2 of each!

That was honestly my favorite part of Liled's. Their handmade ice cream was incredible, especially the dark chocolate flavor, which I still remember years later. I tried the ice cream they have now, and it just felt generic. It wasn't bad, but it didn't have anything that made it stand out. I also bought a few of the chocolates. I'm not sure if they're still made in house, so I don't want to assume they aren't, but they weren't as impressive as I remembered. On the other hand, the Dubai strawberry cup was absolutely amazing and is definitely something I'll be back for. One thing I really appreciated was that the store still looks very much the same as it did when I was a kid. It brought back a lot of great memories. My daughter enjoyed visiting, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. I just wish they still made their own ice cream. It was what made Liled's so special to me. Even so, it's still a neat place to visit, especially if you're looking for a nostalgic stop or want to try the Dubai strawberry cup.

It's right next to Enterprise rentals, so there's a pretty big lot to park in behind the building if you can't find parking right in front. There are a few booths inside to enjoy your treats, but TBH I found it a little bit of a headache with all the lights flashing. They have 3 entrance/exit doors so that's confusing. You order on one side of the business and then pay on the complete other side lol They only have TV menus but the menus change from slide to slide, so you have to sit there and watch the TV go through its rounds. I prefer a stationary menu but there were no physical menu boards or anything other than 1 TV. They have so many delicious flavors so I had to get a scoop of cheesecake ice cream on top. The cheesecake chunks sold me! My husband then discovered they don't carry peppermint ice cream. We both struck out, so we decided to each order a hot fudge Sunday. I hate to say it, these were the most disappointing hot fudge Sundays. Apparently they keep the temperature of the ice cream to just slightly above melting. The temperature of the hot fudge was barely warm, it seemed as though it was just slightly above the ice cream temperature. I don't know what I was eating, but it was extremely disappointing trip. While we were there, a lady came in with her little boy looking for ice cream cookie sandwiches. Of course, she also struck out. Then she saw the chocolate chip cookie and ice-cream pie and asked for one of those. When she was handed the box, she realized it was not made with a big chocolate chip cookie, but a big brownie. She asked if she could have one with the cookie instead of the brownie. Well, of course they didn't have any, she reluctantly agreed to take the brownie version of the ice-cream pie. So, I guess the moral of the story is, if you're already having a bad day and want to take it to the next level, this is your place. They will have nothing you want, you will buy something you don't actually want and then be deeply disappointed. Try Dairy Queen.

A California Classic That Lives Up to the Hype…read more Some places have history. Some places have incredible food. And every once in a while, you find a place that has both. Fentons Creamery is one of those rare gems. Walking into a restaurant that's been serving families for well over 100 years is an experience all by itself. You can feel the history the moment you walk through the doors. It's nostalgic without feeling outdated, and it's clear why generations of families have continued coming back. The restaurant itself is huge, incredibly clean, and has such a fun atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the massive spinning display showcasing all of their incredible ice cream creations. It's impossible to look at it without feeling like a kid again, and trying to decide what to order becomes the hardest part of the visit. We started with lunch, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Triple-Decker Chicken Club, and it was enormous. Every layer was fresh, flavorful, and stacked high with quality ingredients. We upgraded to the seasoned curly fries, and that may have been the best decision of the meal. They were perfectly seasoned, incredibly crispy, and served with what tasted like freshly made house ranch that was absolutely outstanding. Honestly, the food alone would have made this restaurant worth visiting. Then came dessert... We ordered the Monster Brownie Sundae, and "monster" is no exaggeration. It arrived at the table looking like something out of a movie--towering scoops of ice cream, rich hot fudge cascading down the sides, whipped cream piled high, chopped nuts, and the classic cherry on top. The real star, though, was their famous Dutch Chocolate Chip ice cream. Without exaggeration, this was some of the best ice cream I've ever had--not just in California, but anywhere. The texture was unbelievably creamy, the chocolate flavor was rich without being overpowering, and the chocolate chips added the perfect bite. It's easy to understand why Fentons has earned such an incredible reputation over the last century. What made the entire experience even better was the staff. Every member of the wait team we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Great service can elevate a meal, and they absolutely did. Overall, this was one of those meals that reminds you why local institutions survive for generations. Amazing food, legendary ice cream, outstanding service, a fun family atmosphere, and memories made around the table. If you're anywhere near the area and love classic American diners or incredible homemade ice cream, Fentons Creamery belongs at the top of your list. Prices were a little steep, but it was definitely worth it because the portions were massive. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're saving even more room for dessert.
