It certainly delivered on flavor and the toppings were more than generous. I liked the crisp bottom and how the topping did not weigh down the pie. The sheet pan pizza wasn't too doughy and or soggy. She added on shrimp for 13 dollars which is pretty standard at a nice restaurant. My son got a pizza just to try and we all loved it. The fries were good! The chicken wings were crispy and had a lot of sauce too. Very good combo. Overall it cost us around 250 bucks (tip included), but that was for 6 of us and with bar drinks. This is tasteless generic pizza. I could have chewed on the cardboard box with some sauce and not noticed the difference. I would travel to New Haven, Brooklyn, Chicago, even Phoenix (which i hear has excellent pizza), and I appreciate different styles like Detroit style pizza, But I'm glad I didn't make the trip to Johnson City purposely for Brozzetti's. When the pizza was done, he showed us what it looked like and whether we wanted it cooked more. He did warn us that he can always cook it more, but he can't uncook it. We asked him to cook it more, and he did a good job. We then sat in the car and ate this delicious pizza. I definitely ate way more than I was planning to, because it was just that good. In hindsight, I wish we ordered a large. The medium pepperoni pizza was roughly $20. They also have and all you can eat buffet, though neither of us can eat more than two slices of pizza to make it worth it. But if this is your thing, that would be another reason to visit here.
