These evil made people going to try to make me eat and take a old plate of food just because I ordered it two hours earlier. I arrived late due to the weather (rain, traffic, car accidents ) and as I was walking in I see a server throwing away my food I did not have to tell her who I was but I said I think that was my food that you just was about to throw away but I would like it remade anyway, she gonna tell me NO that I have to take the old food that she was about to throw away, and they refused to service me, OR TAKE MY ORDER!!! the little rude girl even called her manager to further embarrass me and humiliate me in front of customers, It got so serious I had to beg somebody outside of the store to buy my food for me because they were telling me that I could not order anything I felt like I was in the 1900s during slavery time, literally, then I found a guy to pay who bought my food yesterday from them and that same day I felt very sick I'm just now able to get out of bed, I had food poisoning so I don't know what she did to my food but she did something to my food and I'm honestly disgusted because who are you to tell me no when I have the money I've never come back to this location I've always just go back to the one on Candler, you all Have seriously lost a customer and I'll do my best to continue to put bad reviews on yawls yelp to save others from the embarrassment and food poisoning read more

This place has the most absolute amazing breakfast. You get a lot of breakfast for your money.

We kinda stumbled upon this place on our way back to Montgomery. We almost didn't go in because the line was longgggggg inside but I'm glad we did. Both our meals were $12 including coffee and you get big portions! The line is long but moves fast. They are open from 6am- 2pm everyday except Sunday when they are open from 7am-2pm. read more

I've passed this place a few times but it was always in the afternoon, but this morning I was off so I decided to carb up after my workout. Well Gutbusters is the perfect name for this place! I had the regular breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits and two slices of toast. Everything was good and it reminded me of a good home cooked breakfast. It was so much that I couldn't eat it all and if you are a bacon lover, then this is the place for you! I had a mound of tasty bacon so I was in hog heaven! OMG OMG OMG let me start right there. It was busy but service was fast. The food was amazing. I had the fried pork chop, eggs,grits, & toast. I didn't see any kids meals on the menu so I ordered my daughter the pancakes(2),eggs, patty sausage, & grits. Everything was great and portions were big, I asked the front line worker for jelly, syrup, & pepper. To my surprise when we arrived back home we didn't use any condiments. The pancakes didn't need syrup or butter just cooked perfectly. I didn't need anything for my grits or eggs COOKED/SEASONED perfectly. I can't wait to return. I wasn't to impressed with the cashier attitude she wasn't welcoming for my first visit. Long nails, weave, & a dry attitude was a no go for me. For someone who doesn't really eat fast food breakfast, I've found a place similar to moms house! Walking into the establishment with no idea how to place an order or how long it will take for my order was my two concerns. But placing an order was very easy and fast. It was so easy to substitute sides that I didn't want for no cost at all. The only real problem after waiting about 7 mins for three full meal plates was that I didn't try everything. Now let's talk about the food. Did I mention I didn't get a try everything which I want to now after eating plate! Can you say delicious!!! The grits were just right not to soupy not to thick but just right! the pancake that I got was fluffy and not close to dry, the bacon I had was not to crispy but just right! This location is much more of the takeout spot. There is no seating here unlike the other location. The food is still just as great as the other location, too. If you don't want to wait at Waffle House, I'd recommend calling in to order or drop by here. You'll still get your food much faster than the Waffle House located across the street. read more

Did an online order my first time with them. Menu didn't specify that the salmon was two small round croquettes vs 2 salmon pieces as suggested. When I picked my order up the cashier was rude as I stated I was there for pickup order. After she couldn't find my order, I said it's online. She then proceeded to tell me "Say that next time. The food is unbelievably an excellent value of great portions. The food is very tasty with the creamiest grits and cheesiest eggs around. I also love the fluffy pancakes! Awesome! Went twice in one week!! We found Gutbusters when looking for somewhere to eat for breakfast. We didn't want the usual. The reviews were great so we decided to give them a try. There was a line when we arrived.... always a good sign in my opinion. The first time we went I had a #7 and my hubby had a #11. Service was quick and the food was delicious. The only thing was my hubby felt the pancakes should've been put in a separate container. We are in the car being that there wasn't really anywhere to sit and eat comfortably. Good customer service is obviously to much to ask for. The light skined full figure tall woman of another culture making the orders was completely rude. I was unhappy with the salad sized shrimp on my grits bowl, and she acted like it was the norm an thats how they served it. Then the sweet cashiers looked over and said no the shrimp are not usually that small. In the moment I can see shrimp being cooked on the grill and they look like medium sized shrimp.
