When I read something is spicy, I expect it to be spicy and have flavoring which this was lacking both. The cook of the chicken was on point though. The Bacon Mac N Cheese burger was pretty good. He even remembered us from a year ago! Now for the negative.....the issue that we had was with Ronnie, our server. Not very friendly, and was impatient with us. They took our number and sent us a text when our table was ready. Well worth the wait! Very clean and well decorated. Our waiter went over the menu with us, and made wonderful suggestions. The bartenders were great and got our beverages and we ordered the nachos. Mind you, these aren't your ever day nachos - this isn't called TRASH CAN NACHOS for nothing! It contains: crispy tortilla chips, barbecued pork, Guy's Super Melty Cheese (SMC) Sauce, Guy's Signature bourbon brown sugar BBQ Sauce, black beans, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream, cilantro, and pickled red onions. Heavenly delicious-ness! I especially like the added flavor layer the pickled red onions give to this tower! Wow! Well, there were 4 of us so we also split the Real Cheezy burger - ah, so good!!!! The service wasn't great - we had to ask for another beer/soda refill. I ordered a Caesar salad that was very dry and had powdered Parmesan on top. The croutons were good, but I had to ask for extra dressing because it was so dry. My husband has the dry rub ribs. They were very dry and salty. I like Guy Fieri's stuff on the food network, and we were excited that something of his was in Missouri. To be honest, it was a bit of a disappointment. All the tables were crammed in the room. It was loud, and the AC was not working properly on this 100-degree day. The waitress didn't seem up to par bit did her best. The menu is not huge, and there's so much gunk on all the food that you literally are taking off half of it, which they did accommodate for. I think the nest part of dinner was the fry trio and the dessert of chocolate lava cake after. The main course left not too much to be desired. But the star of the wing show was the bbq sauce, they were tossed in. Entrees- American Royal Ribs - My fav!! The ribs were so tender. You can tell they smoked this ribs. It came off the bone and was delicious. It comes with Mac and cheese over a Texas toast. This was such a complimentary dish. Didn't care for the Cole Slaw, but don't like it in general. My wife and I arrived about 12:30 on December 30th for lunch. We were told that there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table unless we wanted to eat at the bar. We decided to eat at the bar. A few minutes after we sat down the bar tender said "I guess you want to see the food menu" (In a very snotty way) then walked away from us. After about 5 minutes with no more contact for at least taking our drink order, my wife and I just decided to get up and try another place on the landing for lunch. We had to stop at this designation spot. The food here was super tasty ... had the jalapeño pig poppers, the Kobe burger. The poppers were mouthwatering delicious. The Kobe beef was fantastic. My grandkid had the Mac n cheese burger and said it was really really really good best she's ever had. The other grandkid had the pulled pork sandwich thought it was fantastic. Waited for this place to open a while...then tried it. Obviously, I'm a fan of his show...so, wanted to see what one of his places is like. My conclusion: If I had someone coming to town, that I wanted to do something a little different - I'd take them here..just for the gimmick of it all. And the food here a good foe what it is. Again, Just get over the price and try this one - if you're in the mood for a burger. The bacon MacNCheese burger, we tried as well. I'm never a fan of putting something macaroni on something...but good for this place that talked me into paying this much for macaroni and cheese. But...this topper didn't add anything at all for me. Had 4 other self-proclaimed food experts at the table. Nobody else for much out of this particular burger. The wings...these were hardly the best smoked wings I've ever had. But they were good enough. Again, worth getting if you're in the mood for wings. Place looks neat and a good fun and comfortable feel. But if I didn't make it clear about yet: I don't expect to have a tremendous value all the time. And if it's a high different good, that I can't easily duplicate, I'm more then glad to pay the moon for it. But this place doesn't begin to hit that mark for me. So, I'll knock the value and consider it a bit of a tourist trap; intended to fleece their pockets a bit....when they're on vacation and blowing money for any and all reasons. Being a Fieri fan, I love going to anything Triple D. This was the perfect opportunity for me to try one of his restaurants. I had a couple drinks at the bar and the mac and cheese, bacon burger. The whole burger was amazing but two things that stood out were the shaved lettuce and the onion straws. Holy cow; was that genius. So good. The food was ok we have eaten at Guys restaurant a few times in Baltimore the burgers are just ridiculous they don't need that much junk on them you can't even eat it. I hate writing one stars but there is many reasons I did. First the positives, it was very very clean and the hostess are very nice to everyone. The food really wasn't that bad. It was just extremely boring. The reason this place earned a one star review is the price per enjoyment of food and the service. Everything was very pricey and didn't taste great. Trash can nachos tasted like every other nachos you get at a bar. I do not recommend the ribs, they were very dry and had not much flavor. The mac and cheese tasted like the boxed Walmart brand and the coleslaw was super soupy. However the Texas toast did taste pretty good. I was just annoyed that we paid that much money for that. Now the service was terrible. We waited an extraordinarily long time for service and for our food. The waiter also spilt beer on my Aunts phone and apologized but then forgot to bring us napkins to help us clean up? Like you think if you poured beer on a phone you would run to get napkins. We stopped in for a quick lunch after shopping and walking the landing. The decor and food options were all Guy Fieri themed or created recipes. Upon entering we were seated promptly, and quickly greeted by our server. We ordered the Dragon's Breath Chili Cheese Fries and the Cajun Chicken Pasta to share. The fries were crispy and topped with a white queso, chili and fried onions which were definitely a winning combination. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was creamy and the garlic bread paired perfectly.
