We received a coupon for a free shareable and we were very anxious to use it at the Branson Missouri location. We had joined the Guy Fieri VIP club on their website and they sent us a coupon. However the manager would not honor the coupon without us ordering two entrees when the coupon instructions clearly state it is redeemable with any purchase! We were ordering two $14.95 cocktails, one meal and dessert. He still would not honor the coupon so we left. The food was amazing, honestly. I'm picky and have spent my entire adult life working in restaurants all over Northern California. Esther was a great bartender, she gave recommendations in response to my questions about food and drinks. I came in at the perfect time because I was the only person inside which meant a nice relaxing environment as I enjoyed my long lunch. The Jalapeño Pig Poppers were definitely the highlight of my meal, everything about them was perfect. The bacon mac and cheese burger was very tasty but had entirely too much shredded cabbage or lettuce. The paddy was smashed thin like Johnnys Rockets does or did, but there was more produce than burger. Touring Branson Landing to see what's new and eat at Guy's place. We were wanting some trash can nachos! Ummm good! The wait was over an hour, but we decided to sit at the bar - 0 wait! The bartenders were great and got our beverages and we ordered the nachos. Mind you, these aren't your ever day nachos - this isn't called TRASH CAN NACHOS for nothing! It contains: crispy tortilla chips, barbecued pork, Guy's Super Melty Cheese (SMC) Sauce, Guy's Signature bourbon brown sugar BBQ Sauce, black beans, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream, cilantro, and pickled red onions. But the star of the wing show was the bbq sauce, they were tossed in. Entrees- American Royal Ribs - My fav!! The ribs were so tender. You can tell they smoked this ribs. It came off the bone and was delicious. It comes with Mac and cheese over a Texas toast. This was such a complimentary dish. Didn't care for the Cole Slaw, but don't like it in general. We had to stop at this designation spot. The food here was super tasty ... had the jalapeño pig poppers, the Kobe burger. The poppers were mouthwatering delicious. The Kobe beef was fantastic. My grandkid had the Mac n cheese burger and said it was really really really good best she's ever had. The other grandkid had the pulled pork sandwich thought it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly especially Wendy our waitress... she was awesome and made our visit more enjoyable. After I ordered my Kobe Burger med- rare ... I said how would Guy order it .... I like Guy Fieri's stuff on the food network, and we were excited that something of his was in Missouri. To be honest, it was a bit of a disappointment. All the tables were crammed in the room. It was loud, and the AC was not working properly on this 100-degree day. The waitress didn't seem up to par bit did her best. The menu is not huge, and there's so much gunk on all the food that you literally are taking off half of it, which they did accommodate for. I think the nest part of dinner was the fry trio and the dessert of chocolate lava cake after. The main course left not too much to be desired. Again, Just get over the price and try this one - if you're in the mood for a burger. The bacon MacNCheese burger, we tried as well. I'm never a fan of putting something macaroni on something...but good for this place that talked me into paying this much for macaroni and cheese. But...this topper didn't add anything at all for me. Had 4 other self-proclaimed food experts at the table. Nobody else for much out of this particular burger. The wings...these were hardly the best smoked wings I've ever had. But they were good enough. Again, worth getting if you're in the mood for wings. Place looks neat and a good fun and comfortable feel. But if I didn't make it clear about yet: I don't expect to have a tremendous value all the time. And if it's a high different good, that I can't easily duplicate, I'm more then glad to pay the moon for it. But this place doesn't begin to hit that mark for me. So, I'll knock the value and consider it a bit of a tourist trap; intended to fleece their pockets a bit....when they're on vacation and blowing money for any and all reasons. Well that's how we were treated from then on because she figure we were getting a lot of food. If your a server never treat people like this you don't know how people tip. The food was ok we have eaten at Guys restaurant a few times in Baltimore the burgers are just ridiculous they don't need that much junk on them you can't even eat it. Take a little off reduce the size and the price make it more affordable for people to eat out! Fries were seasoned nicely. Very tasty, large portions, we could not finish everything. Rock and roll music ambiance with pop songs inserted and the world cup playing on tvs. Very sports bar type feel. Mom also said the hostess seating robot freaked her out. The service wasn't great - we had to ask for another beer/soda refill. I ordered a Caesar salad that was very dry and had powdered Parmesan on top. The croutons were good, but I had to ask for extra dressing because it was so dry. My husband has the dry rub ribs. They were very dry and salty. My wife and I arrived about 12:30 on December 30th for lunch. We were told that there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table unless we wanted to eat at the bar. We decided to eat at the bar. A few minutes after we sat down the bar tender said "I guess you want to see the food menu" (In a very snotty way) then walked away from us. After about 5 minutes with no more contact for at least taking our drink order, my wife and I just decided to get up and try another place on the landing for lunch.
