I have to say I actually enjoyed dining at this celebrity chef restaurant. I find that most of these types of restaurants are extremely overrated but Guy's actually delivered. The service was excellent! The best service I have had in Missouri. The wait was super attentiveness actually knew the menu well and was able to make very good suggestions and alternation to my wife's food allergies. We started with the trash can nachos and it was better then the original restaurant at the Rio in Las Vegas. I loved that it had a southern barbecue flair that is local to the Branson area. For my main course I had the salmon. It was very flavorful and would have been perfect if it wasn't overcooked. The views of the lake were great off the rear patio and I was impressed they took COVID19 seriously and all the staff were wearing masks and being proactive about cleaning. The hostess and my server were the best things at Guy Fieri's. I ordered the ribs with Texas toast, Mac n cheese and onion straws. The ribs sauce was good and the ribs were tender fall of the bones. Sounds yummy right ! No the ribs were almost all fat. It was hard to find any lean. The Texas toast was super soggy because the TABLESPOON of Mac n Cheese was smeared across the toast and the fried onion straws were on top of the spoonful of Mac n cheese that was smeared over the Texas toast. So nothing was edible. I really wanted to eat at Guy Fieri's but I'll never ever waste my time and money on Guy's slop again. I can not recommend going here to anyone. read more

It's mediocre food although the portions are massive. Bring your appetite! Waits are long as this is apparently a popular place for this area.. but then again so are all the restaurants in this shopping area.. be prepared to show up early to get your name on the list as dinner time can be upwards of 2 hr wait. I think it's a bold step, it shows a well trained staff and you can see how they are handling your food, so there is no room for error. If you are a Guy fan, do not go there expecting to see him. Our waitress told us that he has never been in the restaurant. The chefs are trained by other chefs. The food was not super excellent or mind blowing, it was just good. I have had better burgers and drinks. Overall it was a decent experience but it wasn't anything over the top. The burgers were good, the sauces were nothing extraordinary. I've been wanting to check out this place for a while. We finally made it to Guys and it was ok. The restaurant was very nice, service was good and had lots of TVs. Although, for the price of the food, it was very average. The Mac n cheese burger was $19 but was ok for an "award winning burger." The trash can nachos are decent - lots of beans on them. The dragons breath fries was ok they were not at ALL spicy. They should offer a side of jalapeño peppers. That would have made it much better. We came to Guy Fieri's Branson Kitchen for some #goodeats while on vacation here in Branson, Mo. We made a reservation for 530pm and were promptly seated at that time. I am very impressed to say that the food and service was awesome. Leticia Moncada was our server - WOW she was full of energy. Very professional and helpful in aiding me to decide what I was going to eat. We ordered Dragon's Breath Chili Fries - yumm! Also the Motely Que Pulled Pork and the Mac-N-Cheese Burger. Both entrees were fabulous and delicious. To drink I ordered the local Coffee Stout - cool and crisp and well balanced. What also was amazing is we were visited by a manager (Rob) to ensure all was good. You don't see that very much anymore! Needless to say, we had a wonderful experience with the environment, food and service. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this restaurant. Kudos team! read more

We were super excited when we came across this place while in Branson. We are big Triple D fans. We tried the Cuban sandwich, fries, and chocolate cake. The sandwich was a bit dry but once we got some extra donkey sauce on the side it was delicious. The cake was very good. read more

This restaurant was delish! Our server, Lisa, was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We ordered the nacho appetizer (not pictured) which came in in a pitcher and were dumped onto our plate! So fun. The seasoning on the chips was super yummy - it tasted like a sweet chili. For my main meal I got the Morgan's Veggie Burger. This burger was fresh and you could see all the veggies in it - including chickpeas, beans, and peppers. The wheat bun was super light and tasty as well. First of all I was super excited to eat here because I love Guy! The food and service were excellent once we were seated. Only downside was the almost 2 hour wait we had for a table. The waitstaff and ambiance was fine (think chili's). The food was the problem. We had the jalapeño poppers appetizer. The jalapeños were well roasted, soft, and flavorful. The stuffing was very good as well. The problem with the poppers is that they were wrapped in uncooked bacon. The bacon was warm and slathered with bbq sauce, but almost raw. If the bacon would've been cooked and a little crispy, these poppers would deserve a 5/5 rating...1/5 with undercooked bacon. We also had the trash can nachos. The chips were thick and tough. There was a little bit of pulled pork on them, which was okay. The bbq sauce was not good and especially not a good fit for nachos. Overall, these were just not very good. 2/5 My son had the Mac and cheese burger and it was pretty good. The meat was flavorful and the Mac and cheese on the burger really worked. 4/5 Those three items along with 3 sodas cost over $70 before tip. I do not recommend and wouldn't go back. read more

Probably like everyone else we chose to eat here just for the name. While there is limited capacity there certainly is always a wait and always need to make reservation. The food is okay and everything we ordered like the bacon mac and cheeseburger was just a little below expectation. We did enjoy the mix of fries and atmosphere but the food is blander than one would expect from a place recreating"flavor town". My husband and I were spending the weekend in Branson to celebrate our anniversary. We found Guy's restaurant and said "We have got to eat here!" We are so glad we did! The food was out of this world! We both ordered the Motley Que Pulled Pork...delish!! The slaw was fantastic. The service was impeccable. The waitstaff awesome. In fact, after going down to Texas, to visit family, we decided to stop in Branson again on our way home just to come back to this restaurant! We asked for the same server - his name is Christian, but we found out there are two with that name lol! He's the one with dark hair. Ask for him and tell him "the Chicago couple" referred you to him! Next time we go visit our family down south, you can rest assured we will be back. I ate there last night, 6/9/23. Service was good. Our waitress had a trainee, and they were courteous and polite and on top of things. I ordered an old fashion with Whiskey Pig. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they were out of Whiskey Pig. Changed it to bullet. It was the worst old fashion I've had. I was told the bar tender was new and what could have been different. I had to tell them how to make an old fashion. I ordered the Cuban, a new item that was not on the menu. It was so dry and gritty. Terrible sandwich. I did not expect the drink to get comped because I drank it all anyway. No alcohol abuse from me, but maybe a discount. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. Have been a loyal Triple D fan so when I saw this place I had to go. Tyler was our bartender and he was more than happy to suggest one of his special drinks. Really enjoyed his service and going above and beyond to accommodate his guests. Did find it odd that a sports bar did not offer ESPN but we let that slide.We started out the meal with the trashcan nachos that were full of many great fresh Ingredients but all of the meat in the dish was unfortunately dried out. For the main entrée I had the prime time $23 burger with no pickle and guess what it had pickle and left off all the other veggies. To top it off the bottom of the bun was crunchy. Fry trio that came with burger was great touch but expected the burger to hit every mark. Well trained staff but I did not have the heart to send back my entree when I waited close to 40 mins for the first one because they were swamped. Menu is small and limited; they say to make what they do offer amazingly well. But they failed. Miserably. The food is mediocre at best. Over cooked tough steak and ribs that were insanely tough. The only decent thing was the fries and the dessert. The service was stellar. Server(Eric I think) was friendly engaging and informative. He walked us through the entire menu well and even warned us it will take a bit longer due to made fresh.
