From the delicious queso to the macNcheese burger, salads, Alfredo....everyone at the table was absolutely overly satisfied with what was served!! We'll be back because apparently the trashcan nachos must be sampled. Service was outstanding. We ate at an off time of day so it wasn't TOO crowded. I imagine if all the tables are full it could get a little loud and difficult to visit with your party; can't clarify that for sure. My only single complaint? We all know why we come here, it's because of the "Guy" who owns it. On a Saturday night, it was busy but our party of two was sat in under 10 minutes. The dining area is busy and loud. We were sat near the bar which provided great entertainment in both the people and the tvs mounted on the bar. Our server, Eric was fantastic! He was definitely busy with several tables but we got our drinks quickly and he checked on us throughout our time there. Very friendly and provided recommendations which was thoughtful as we'd never been before. We settled on the Pretzel Bites for our appetizer and I could have eaten several orders. Having both melted cheese and fondue was delicious! We received them very quickly upon ordering and they were hot and fresh. I had to order the Cajun chicken pasta that Guy is known for and although it was tasty, I was letdown that the pasta was overdone and my request for no Roma tomatoes was not observed. (Mistakes happen and I simply took them off myself). The serving size was plentiful and the spices were good. My mother ordered the Philly Steak Burger and it was huge! It's touristy, a chain and has a star's name. We were there the 1st week of November. I don't think it had been open long. Big, roomy industrial feel. Due to staff shortages everywhere I'm giving them the benefit like I would any dining establishment during this time. We didn't have much of a wait, 10 minutes at around Noonish on a Friday. Server was a good as she could be. I bet she's a bit better by now. Management seems to be the ones with a sense of urgency. If you're the demanding/high maintenance type wait until staff shortages are a thing of the past or you'll be disappointed. Most importantly, they have large cloth napkins which are great with your BBQ choices. They have dishes available for gluten intolerant and vegan. I'm sure they'll be happy to fix something that will go with any food issues you may have. Not a large menu so you can decide pretty quickly. I had the Baja Bowl and I highly recommend it. Pulled pork shoulder, on a bed of brown rice, charred corn, black beans pico de gallo, pickled red onions, chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, cilantro. It was supposed to have crispy tortilla chips, I didn't get those and I didn't want to wait for them. It was delish! The pulled pork was so tender with a light hint of smoke. The veggies were fresh, the rice perfectly cooked. I would order that every time. I didn't feel hungry a few hours later or very nice. Worth it! Hubby had the Motley Que Pulled Pork Signature Sandwich. Pulled pork shoulder, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, slaw, pickle chips, cheddar, onion straws, donkey sauce on a toasted pretzel bun. The pork was tender and the smoke wasn't overpowering. It's a tall sandwich. He enjoyed it. All the additions went well with the pork and they worked together for an enjoyable meal. The sandwich also came with a trio of fries which was waffle, curly and thin cut. Now, Donkey Sauce. It's mayo with mustard, worchestershire and it's good. I'd make that for my personal use. Now, as I had a salad I can say that it was cold. The sandwich and fries may have set in the pass too long as they weren't hot but warm. My family and I made a reservation for four here because I had to try Guy's restaurant. We arrived early for our reservation. The hostess was the rudest person I have ever experienced! When I told her we had a reservation, I was quickly told that we wouldn't be seated until that time, even though there were open tables. That's fine. When it came time for our reservation, another family was called instead of us. They told them to seat us since we'd been waiting longer. The rude hostess proceeded to reply that we were a six top, not a four top. So, not only rude, but can't count either. If Pernina (or whatever her fking name was) is working the hostess stand...beware. She definitely could use some customer service training. I'm sure Guy would be furious if he knew how rude she was! Now, on to our awesome server, Earl. He was so kind and helpful. He treated us with respect and guess what? He knows customer service! He could teach the hostess a thing or two in that area. It was our first night in Branson so we didn't want a chain restaurant. We weren't sure what to expect but excitedly headed in where we were greeted with a smile. Our server was young and friendly and took our order quickly since we had perused the menu while we were waiting to be seated. We chose to share the Bacon-Mac-n-Cheese Burger because it had been voted best burger in a Vegas and NY. It was loaded and delicious. We enjoyed all the flavors but the fries felt stingy although served in a cute basket. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the cheesecake. They didn't have the one listed on the menu available but were running a special of Oreo cheescake. It was unlike any cheesecake I've had before (smaller too) and was served on its side like a rainbow. It was almost half crust (not oreo)/half overcooked under- oreo-ed "cheesecake". There was a very underwhelming chocolate chip cookie sitting on top of the rainbow, equal to a GreatValue cookie which my husband said he almost liked more than the cheesecake. So where do I start. I guess I will start with the fact that there were open tables and we still had a 10 minute wait to sit down. While my wife was taking our stroller to our table she had to avoid 2 employees who almost ran her over. Not being dramatic either. Our waiter walks up and said "sup guys. I'll be your server today". By the time we got our sodas we had made up our mind on the food we wanted. We ordered the corn and queso dip, bacon Mac and cheese burger and the cob salad. Our food finally came out after about 30 minutes. Our app showed up about 5 minutes before our food. So let's talk about food I won't eat. Cold fries, a hamburger that looks dried out and so cold that I could rest my hand on it for over 30 seconds. This was after removing, lettuce that looked like green shredded paper and pathetically disgusting tomatoes. Our server came by, who didn't even deliver our food, about 5 minutes after we received it. He asked me how it was and I told him that the entire meal was cold and i was not going to eat it. ( I literally never send food back) his response was "huh. Well, my bad bro" fast forward 25 minutes or so. He comes by and says "hey that burger should be right out". 5 minutes later he comes by and says "hey that burger will be right out again". I told him "listen, just bring me a box for my kids food and give me the check. I don't even want it anymore. At this point we have been in the restaurant for over an hour and a half. Finally got my bill, he had taken off the burger. The manager (I guess) brought the burger at the same time. Apologized for not realizing what was going on. I told him I didn't want the burger. He said let me box it up. I again told him no I do not want it. I explained to him everything that had happened. And that I wouldn't be back and would inform anyone I could not to come to their establishment. He offered a gift certificate but I refused. I don't want to go back. The food was mediocre. Truly. And my burger that was cold goes for $20. My wife's salad was $15. My wife over heard the employees talking crap about their customers. Guys working in the back coming up front flirting with the ladies on the floor. If I was Guy, I would be completely ashamed that his name was on this establishment. I will not ever come back.
