I honestly think they were understaffed because they told other people they couldn't change the tires today. But on the plus side, he found me a coupon to save me $10 today which has never been done before, so I guess that makes up for them not rotating the tires. Attention to detail is lacking though since after spelling out my info and entering it online twice, my name and address are still spelled wrong on my receipts. The owner doesn't wear a face mask, and doesn't require customers to wear them (a man asked if he should put this on when he saw me wearing mine, but was told they aren't needed). He was courteous and listened when I told him what services I had scheduled and would he mind explaining the functions. He explained in detail what would be done and about how long it would take. I was extremely impressed that Mr. True spent the time explaining the services in detail and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. After my interaction with Mr. True in the future, I will schedule services but only if he is there.
