Since the service was so expensive, I was seriously disappointed in those results. That said, the initial rodent proofing price included a 1 year guarantee. Premier came back twice to deal with our recurring problem at no additional charge. Each time they were able to identify new ways in which the little monsters were getting into the house and blocked off the access ways. The last time they came out, in addition to the rodent proofing, they suggested I add ornamental rocks to my garden beds as the rats had been digging under the foundation in a particular area. I followed their advice. It's been nearly a year and we have had no further rat incidents to date (crossing my fingers that this remains the case). In all visits, the technician was thoroughly professional and polite. And it was easy to schedule their return visits.
