I requested to freeze my account on November 2025 for surgery, and there was so much back and forth with nothing being done on my account. What a waste of time! The manager at the time, Alex, told me it was taken care of and not to worry. He said that I would get an email... that email never came in, so I started calling the gym constantly. No answer. However, I was still charged the following month because the freeze was never entered into the system. After dealing with that, I decided to cancel my membership due to the ongoing administrative issues and just lies. It took three months to resolve a simple freeze and cancellation. Communication was very difficult, and getting clear answers or assistance was frustrating. I would call the gym and no callback. Apparently, Alex does not work there and the Area Manager is out of touch when it comes to customer relations. If you decide to join or make any changes, make sure everything is documented and follow up directly with ABC Fitness Solutions (their billing company) if needed (the agent was in Asia). I hope they improve their management and service for the community. It used to be a nice gym, even though it had/has a rat infestation in "The Yard" and toilet issues. Mgt, don't bother replying to this. This is for the gym clients.

I started at Crunch feeling really optimistic. I began working with a trainer and was upfront from…read morethe start about pre-existing injuries that might limit how much I could train. After completing one month of sessions, I discovered I had apparently signed a 3-month training contract -- something that was not clearly communicated to me before I signed. Shortly after, my injuries worsened to the point where I could no longer work out at the gym at all. I called and spoke with someone identified as the manager of the training department, who told me I would be held responsible for the remainder of the training sessions regardless of my circumstances. I offered to provide doctor's notes and medical records confirming I was medically unable to train, but it didn't matter -- I was told there was no way out of the contract. I'd simply have to keep paying and use the sessions "at some undetermined point in the future." I asked to speak with a general manager and was told I'd have to email instead. I sent a detailed email explaining that I needed to cancel my membership (which I was told I couldn't do because of the outstanding training balance) and requesting release from the training contract due to medical necessity. I never got a response. To date, I've emailed three separate times with zero response. The front desk staff have been no help either. I've now had to take steps to protect my finances from auto-debit charges since no one at this location will engage with me. Overall, a very disappointing experience -- not because of the workouts themselves, but because of how poorly management has handled a legitimate medical situation.

Tell me why I see them refilling the cleaning bottles with fabuloso. Not even the antibacterial fabuloso, just straight all purpose cleaner. Most gyms use virex or facilipro, because you need a cleaner that is actually going to CLEAN bacteria and prevent infection. I'm beyond disgusted and frustrated. Bathrooms are also cleaned with regular fabuloso. They now have gotten new equipment and reorganized and it makes 0 sense, there's no room, the machines and equipment is too compacted together, there's no flow. Barbell racks 1 inch away from ab machines so nobody can get to the barbells if someone's on a machine, or run the risk of hurting someone. The staff also does nothing to stop people from vaping INSIDE the gym. I watched a girl hit her vape multiple times, blowing clouds, on the STAIR CLIMBER right next to the front door, nobody said a word. This gym was good while it lasted :(

I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She wasn't helpful at all with making modifications so that I could get through the class. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her. I left feeling really disappointed and very out of place, this was not a welcoming experience.
