This is some of the better shawarma I've had in the south Houston area. The menu offers a variety of Mediterranean to middle eastern based dishes. The potions are hearty, and the flavors are fairly solid. I wish the garlic sauce had a bit more flavor, and the fries were a bit soggy by the time I got to them, but the dharma itself was tasty There is a small parking lot out front, an be careful, the entrances to the parking lot as a steep incline and we scrapped the bottom of our car The interior is incredibly spacious, to the point where most of the space isn't being utilized at all. There's some decor, a the place is well lit. It does feels like an older space, and it's not overly appealing to dine-in. The staff were friendly both in person and on the phone. They were efficient, and the order came out in no time at all Some tips: Order ahead (by phone), and have your order waiting for you when you arrive. The fries might get a little soggy. We love, love, LOVE the food and service here! We've been eating here for about 5 years and will do so until the end of time. The middle-aged gentleman with glasses seems to have a leadership position and is always courteous, respectful, professional, helpful, and appreciative of business. My favorites are everything lamb, chicken, or tilapia fish. They offer great sized portions for what you pay, in the form of platters (with rice and vegetables), shawarmas, or the classic gyro. (GET EITHER THE RED SPICY OR WHITE TZATZIKI SAUCE!) Always served hot and with great flavor. I really can't remember a time I was disappointed with my food. There used to be an unpleasant scent in the dining area that prevented me from eating inside, but I've been there three times this year and it appears to be gone. The dining area is clean, of large size, and probably should be rented out more for small gatherings and parties. We always look forward to eating from here! read more

It's been a few years since picking up some Gyros here. Got a beautiful check in offer last go around. The location is in a dated strip center, I know this because it was built when I was a kid. I grew up in the area! The menu is small however what they do here is done very well. There are kebobs, gyros, shwarmas, mediterranean salads with pita bread and even gyro fries. Dessert can be had here as well with Tiramisu and Baklava. I got the chicken schwarma this time and it was seasoned well and served hot. I also got the salad and it consisted of a bed of lettuce with tomato, red onions, feta cheese and some tzatziki sauce as my dressing. I didn't ask what kind of dressing came with the salad but I suppose they had like a greek dressing to compliment it. I am giving 4 stars because I felt the pricing was a little high for everything but the food is really good. If in the area give them a try! read more

This place gets a lot to go orders so if you walk in and it's dead don't worry it's gooood. The food is great fresh and delicious one of my few favorite spots to eat when it comes to this type of food . My brother and I ordered from here for takeout one evening, and we were not disappointed! We ordered online and had it ready for pickup. It was ready as soon as we arrived (took maybe about 10-15 minutes total). I ordered a large portion size of the combo platter and my brother got the gyro lamb plate. I liked that for the takeout orders, they give you a generous portion of the white and spicy sauces on the side. It also comes with pita bread on the side. It was honestly SO good, and if I'm ever craving this again in the area, I would definitely come back. Everything was cooked so well and the vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions) that came with it all came so fresh. The portion was a lot bigger than I expected, so it became 2 meals for me. We got this place last night for pick up, the man that took our order was really friendly. The wait was not bad at all and the food was amazing and fresh. Left with it hot in my hands and was still hot after a 20 minute drive home. I've had a lot of gyro places from Texas to New York and their platters are hands down one of the best I've had. Glad we found this gem. Definitely will be back! My husband got a lamb platter and loved it as well and he's a super picky eater, so I definitely recommend it for anyone in the area.
