You order "chipotle" style at the counter pick your base, either a wrap, plate, or salad, pick your protein, then toppings and sauce! I recommend ordering a side of the garlic spread as well. While the gyro plate would have been more than enough for us to share, my daughter wanted rice, so I also ordered a Greek salad. You have a choice between balsamic or a lemon dressing. Definitely get the lemon dressing. You won't regret it. We didn't order it this time, but we also love the feta fries. My visit on New Year's Eve was different, for whatever reason the one female with pink hair was extremely rude with everyone: short responses, rude tone, no eye contact etc. when she left to make my gyro fries, she started working on an online order, no biggey, but assuming she was working on mine since she didn't say anything I nicely starting telling her my modifications. She sharply responded "this isn't yours" and kept working on it. I get it, I work in food and got off a shift today, working on holidays suck, but this isn't the experience anyone should receive. Gyromania has been the best place to have a delicious gyro wrap. You have to get it with tzatziki AND OMG sauce. Their garlic spread is also great! I usually get a gyro wrap with lamb and fries on the side. They are very generous with their servings! You end up with a side of fries and can barely finish the meal. This place has really declined over the years. I went in tonight and ordered lamb, but they gave us pork instead. We also ordered extra fries, but they came with very few fries. Additionally, they've stopped serving donuts because the donut machine at their other location is broken. When we asked when they were going to fix it, they told us, 'That's too expensive to fix.' Just had the most amazing breakfast at Gyromania in Stevenson Ranch this morning! Their breakfast burrito is hands down one of the best I've had in Santa Clarita. I spiced it up with the OMG sauce, because who doesn't love a little kick, right? Added some lamb and, on request, they threw in some french fries--absolutely bomb! The staff is super friendly and always greet me with a cheerful "OPA," which makes me feel so welcome. My go-to sauces are the spicy feta and OMG sauce, but honestly, you've got to try them all! I am a regular here, and I've never been disappointed with the food or service. The portions are great, quality fresh, and people are always so friendly. I love their entire menu. Just decided to check out their breakfast menu and was extremely surprised at how much I liked their breakfast burrito (hearty and delicious) and blueberry pancakes (fluffy with fresh blueberries!).
