When I was making reservations recently for Gabi; I discovered that they had a separate entity that was devoted just to the bakery. Stay with me; all those delicious little treats all in one place; all to go! Not exactly! This is a bakery that is an order on line and pick up type of deal currently. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. How are the cakes then? They are magical and uplifting as usual. Now when is that special engagement, maybe a wedding, someone's birthday. You need a special cake to eat. Blow out some candles, celebrate the small milestones that we all achieve. These small memories that you share with those that you love are the corner stone of what it means to be "human." Now we can celebrate here in Vegas too! It's June now, no more restrictions, if your vaxed no more masks. Now is the time that we can come from behind the closed doors and remember what it was like before the pandemic. It was a joy speaking to the staff here to meet my cake expectations. While it's not exactly what I wanted on short notice they did phenomenal work to ensure that we were satisfied. The cake was a set of macaroons already prepared. These macaroons were pretty fabulous that come four to a box. The Ube "purple" macaroon was the best hands down. While we will use Gabi bakery in the future; it was an easy site to navigate and explore. So many options existed for the creation of your special event. Let the staff make all your cake dreams come to fruition today. Make sure and do it in "advance too!" We cannot win them all, and in the end we came out with a box of macaroons that my bestie loved. Wonderful flavors and varieties. We ordered the prosciutto avocado toast... it was OK. I bit disappointed by this dish as it was not served as described in the menu. I didn't get eggs on mine, barely any prosciutto, the avocado tasted more like store bought guacamole and everything was buried underneath a mountain of arugula spring mix. Lol. Overwhelming amount of greens Moving along though we LOVED the ham and egg croissant! Savory and slightly sweet on a fresh and flakey croissant. The latte I ordered was lovely. Hot almond milk with sugar free caramel. They do not offer decaf so I couldn't finish my coffee although it was very tasty. The Monk's mead tea was a bit underwhelming. Basically a floral herbal tea with hints of fruit. The pastries though..... here's where the 5 stars come into play: We ordered the rainbow crepe, a box of 6 macarons and an extra croissant (because they are that good). Were I an influencer, I'd give them 4* due to their catchy (kitschy) interior, but I'm neither funny nor important enough to be one so paying $7 for a so-so cappuccino, $11 for a flavorless crepe cake, $7ish for a cutesy macaron and I can't remember how much for a mediocre croissant sandwich has to be judged from a regular mortal's perspective. Such a cute place and the big draw is the gorgeous interior for sure. You can see the pastry workers finish cakes and items in the indoor greenhouse. Definitely a meet up establishment for friends etc. I got the tiramisu crepe cake which was really delicious. I highly recommend it except that everything is quite pricey. After tip it came to about $12 for one slice. They don't seem to spare on any details however and it is a very nice place to have a special treat. read more

I stopped in for a drink and a couple of slices of cake to go. The service was wonderful, the sitting areas were beautiful and the other customers had a positive vibe. My friends and I loved the cakes and my drink was delicious. We had a tiramisu crepe slice, ube crepe slice, ube cake slice. earl grey cake slice and a rainbow roulade.
