    Awesome menu!

LOVE this little gem of a deli at the Pearl St Mall. I stumbled upon it just over a week and a half ago as I was ready to give into my guilty pleasure of Haagen-Dazs ice cream. As I strolled in I was floored by the most amazing aroma. The very personable woman behind the deli counter advised me it was her homemade potato soup, and handed me a small cup and spoon with a sample of this delectable soup. It was wonderful! And I'm not even a potato or potato soup lover! Well, except for this soup now. The spunky and attentive gal who gave me the tasting of tasty potato soup turned out to be Lindsay, as in THE Lindsay behind "Lindsay's Boulder Deli!" Now that I'd tried that spectacular potato soup, my brain craving gears shifted to "late lunch mode," and I was no longer craving one of my too guiltiest pleasures - H-D Ice Cream. Lindsay graciously pointed out the half sandwich and soup option and proceeded to point out some of the most unique awesome sandwich options. Once she mentioned The Ferris Brieller, I was captivated by the sound of "Brie," and my eyes were fixated on "Brie." The other cleverly named sandwiches such as the "That's What She Said," stood no chance. The potato soup was with seasoned with bacon (which I NEVER eat), and other ingredients which I cannot recall at this moment, sorry,...But it was so damn fantastic! That Ferris Brieller hit it out of Wrigley Field, (My favorite ballpark)! The half sandwich is just the right size especially when accompanied by the cup of soup. I went back the very next week to the date and I took a friend who was visiting, He just so happens to be a big time Yelper. As a matter of fact, he already reviewed Lindsay's before me. Check out his review under Christopher B. I got the half Ferris Brieller sandwich and a cup of chili this time. The soup options change daily and potato soup was not one of them this time. That chili was delicious! Lindsay gave me the option to top it off with onions & cheese,...Yes please!!! :) Lindsay gave Christopher and I a dollar off desert coupon and we both got a scoop of Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. I love Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream and now I love Lindsay's amazing Boulder Deli! Great spot to have a great lunch and/or desert when you're at the Pearl Street Mall.

This was my second visit to Lindsays Boulder Deli. The first time wasn't so good, and i was surprised that Lindsay herself emailed me to apologized for the poor service and treatment. The service and treatment that I received today was much improved. The cashier was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and flavorful. Thank you Lindsay for taking the time to care about your business and your customers.

We took the plunge and got this for delivery for the 1st time. (It required purchasing $35 minimum for delivery) Overall, I was pretty happy with what we got, though it was expensive. (But what ISN'T expensive in Boulder?) The croissant was really one of the best I've had in Boulder so far and I've been living here for a year. The bagels were average to me. They weren't bad but I probably wouldn't buy again. The milkshakes are wonderful. The salad came really fresh. Though on the website it said it would be romaine but it ended up being mixed greens. I'm allergic to certain greens so I wasn't able to eat most of it. That was a little disappointing for me. I really wanted to try the cookies but there isn't an option to buy only 1 or 3...On grubhubb you have to buy a dozen, which is kind of a big commitment. Wish there was an option on there to have only a couple cookies. I'm not sure if I will get delivery again just because the minimum is kind of high. But if I am ever in pearl street mall I will definitely drop buy and get a croissant, milkshake, and/or cookie.

Fantastic sandwiches! Amazing service! Very very friendly and kind people working here. Their sandwiches are so very good!! Can't wait to come bank!!

Tried Lindsay's again today 9/25/17. This is what a "BBC" without cheddar looks like to the folks at Lindsay's.

This is the worst place in Boulder if you are looking for a quick and tasty lunch option. Many other choices on the mall... thank goodness because Lindsay's will get no more of my money. I tried to be patient, I've tried four times. Once, I waited a half hour to get a SANDWICH. Today they omitted half of the ingredients from my sandwich. Buyer beware!!

Looks great, but the service was beyond terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for a latte after asking for it twice.

We had to wait about 20 mins without a reservation on a weekday - im guessing weekends are busier. The menu is influenced from countries along the silk route and has a dish from various different countries. We tried the swedish svamptoast, malaysian sambal curry, indonesian peanut noodle, choo chee salmon. Everything was flavorful, a little spicy, good quantities and the value for money was also great - each dish was $20-$23 range which is great for such an ambience. We also tried their chai - which was lightly spiced and one of the black teas (pineapple chilli) - and these were delicious too! We had kids with us and they were super friendly and nice towards them and accommodating to menu changes based on preferences. Overall - highly recommend this place!

We were surprised to find it very crowded at 4pm when we visited. There's a small area at the front of the restaurant and a lot of folks were gathered there waiting for their tables. It took several minutes before the hostess checked us in and let us know it would be a few minute wait. A bit later we were guided to our seats. I appreciated that they took trouble to make it feel like a special experience - with white tablecloths, decor and the cutlery. They seemed a bit short staffed that day so our server was helping out many tables. He was very helpful in explaining the menu, though we did have to ask specifically to receive the full tea menu. We decided on a few teas to share - a spiced white chocolate white tea, rooibos chai, and a hibiscus cooler (iced and non-caffeinated). The spiced white chocolate was fantastic. I wasn't as much of a fan of the rooibos but if you like less sweet teas this is a good choice. The hibiscus cooler was delicious and refreshing, and I liked that they let us take it to go! Our amuse bouche came out first - a delicious pumpkin seed savory small soup and it was fantastic. We eagerly awaited our tea tower - and it certainly did not disappoint! We are still thinking about the delicious spinach and artichoke pinwheel with olive tapenade - it was our absolute favorite. The savory sandwiches were also delicious. We especially enjoyed the clotted cream and lemon curd with the scone, and the desserts were delectable. We were stuffed by the end of our teatime! Our server was very helpful and despite it being very busy, we felt taken care of. I think this is a very worthwhile experience - the tea, sweets, and savories are all delicious and definitely worth checking out!
