Yesterday was a very hot day in Dania Beach and we needed to cool off. Driving thru Dania Pointe mall, we saw Haggen-Dazs "waving" to us so we stopped and got a single scoop each of our favorite flavors in a cup and also a waffle cone. I had the Pralines n Cream and my daughter had the Caramel one. Both were refreshing, sweet and yummy. Our server was friendly, helpful and professional. I forgot her name (Analise?) but her picture is on here and the receipt. The store is clean, cool and welcoming. Street parking was available. We will stop by next trip. read more

be very careful they overcharged us for 1cone, five minute larer they overcharged our friends for a water that was not ordered. all kinds of pretexts and they try to go as fast as they can so you won't notice. It gets crowded on the weekends but the line move fast. My experience last night with my two granddaughters was horrible My youngest ordered two scoops two different flavors The flavors were displayed incorrectly on the freezer glass After being served the wrong flavor we were willing to keep it but ask simply for a taste of the one she thought she was ordering They simply refused and told us we needed to upgrade to three scoops I should have left the product without paying but had grand girls I didn't want to disappoint The manager Nora also refused to give her a taste I find this experience to be insulting and on top of this three ice creams were $28 Never again to this store with employees that aren't able to use their brain read more

Line out the door an hour before closing, not a bad sign... just to be greeted with them "out" of everything practically and being told "no were out" "we dont have anymore" well what do you mean you ran out of chocolate? The store is conveniently located across from the Lawn at Dania Pointe. A place where classes are held and so this ice cream shop is a great incentive for all of us that are working out here. Asia was sweating my butt off the thought of having Haagen Dazs kept me going. This is a smaller shop but it has plenty of good ice cream to choose from. It is perfectly square. It does not have a place to sit inside however outside you can find sitting areas. I got Belgian chocolate and it was good. The ice cream was smooth and chocolatey. It was everything I was craving. I was happy with my choice. The lady working the counter was very helpful. She answered all my questions. I wanted the most chocolatey ice cream they had. Her recommendation was right on point. I was happy with it. She was pleasant and professional. I like the location of the store. I hope it never moves. read more

It has been a minute since I tasted their ice cream aside from a supermarket pint but I was excited to see that they had the perfect flavor for me, peppermint bark. Pumpkin spice in the fall leaves me cold but I adore winter's peppermint treats. I had a scoop in a waffle cone and they topped it with even more peppermint candy and it tastes just like Christmas to me. A one scoop waffle cone was a bit pricey at over $10 with tip. Along with peppermint bark they had the other flavors you would expect like rocky road, coffee, coffee chip, raspberry, pineapple coconut, mango, strawberry, dulce de leche, vanilla, and pistachio. Shout out to Lilly the sweetest ice cream scooper ever. Although there are no seats inside there are plenty of places to sit all around the lawn. It was pretty cramped with customers when I entered, so I patiently stood in line and awaited my turn to be served. I wanted a small milkshake. I usually order my favorite flavor, but decided to try something different - cookies n cream. The employee prepared the milkshake nicely topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles. After having dinner in Dania Pointe, we stopped by Häagen-Dazs and order a shake and 2 cups of ice cream. The shake was so watered down we were just drinking an $11 cup of milk and the cookies and cream and salted caramel ice cream was icy not cream with little taste. We weren't sure if the ice cream itself was legitimate Haagen-Dazs due to poor quality of the ice cream itself. Save your money and don't try this location. And why do are we always asked to tip when this is the overall job of the server itself. If management/owner sees this post you should check out what you are serving guests as it really doesn't hold up to the name of Häagen-Dazs! read more

Although new, like all new establishments, they have taken some time to find a rhythm...But I have to say the staff there is VERY friendly and kind! Silvana and Isabela have always accommodated my kids and I. They're patient with us and our crazy orders and they even give us coupons. I know in the beginning maybe they were learning, but I have to say they have improved tremendously since the first time I went when they first opened. The personnel doesn't know what they're doing. The employee named Silvana has the worst attitude. The girl that helped me placed my waffle bowl with no plastic protection on the filthy aluminum bar. There was no attempt to make me a new one all I got was sorry it's my first day. After asking why a price was higher than advertised Silvana jumped in and raised her voice at me as if I was special needs and began to describe the menu. I don't recommend this place at all!! Shitty service and over priced ice cream. You can get a pint of Häagen Dazs at public for less than a waffle bowl with three scoops. But the worst was the service. We arrived here at 9:50 (they close at 10). When we walked in they locked the doors behind us and were already giving the people who came in after us a hard time even though it wasn't closing time. There was a line so as we were waiting in line with 4 small children we watched them begin to put tops on all ice creams. We waited roughly 10 minutes with the kids, and when it finally became our turn, they told us that the ice cream's we wanted were all now unavailable. We beg them to at least open the tops for the vanilla or chocolate for the kids and they would not do so. We left with four kids crying.
