He is so nice and I could tell he cares and knows his stuff. I was eager to try sea moss as it has many benefits. I believe a jar was about $50. I bought one flavorless and was consistent with taking it orally and a week later I began applying it topically on my face. From my honest experience it helped calm down my cystic acne, but only when I began applying it topically. As for energy levels, more focus, overall better moods, etc.., it made a very subtle difference. My sister who was also taking it with me said that she felt a difference in her energy levels and felt "happier" / in a better mood. I think it just depends on each person. The taste was not bad at first but after a few times of taking it morning and evening (twice a day) I was not liking the taste. When it goes in the texture is gel / pudding like with no flavor but after you swallow it tastes like something that shouldn't be edible. I don't have the right words to describe the taste because it is 100% edible, just does not taste like it should be. There are also many different products at the store. I would recommend giving sea moss a try if it is something you're interested in because it helped me with what I was searching for, just not the other benefits it is supposed to have.

We got the Brazillian bowl in medium size and the chipotle chicken flatbread to share. Both were the perfect size and had ample amount of toppings. Ingredients used are very fresh. What I like about this place compared to other acai bowl spots i've tried is that they have a lot more toppings in their pre-set menu. They are a little more generous on the fruit. Whether it's the customer service, the employees' attitudes, or just the overall experience, it's never pleasant. Today was the final straw. As soon as we walked in, the employee taking our order was rude for absolutely no reason. We were literally just ordering a smoothie, yet her tone of voice and facial expressions made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. The interaction started off negative and never got any better. At this point, it's obvious this isn't just someone having a bad day because we've had similar experiences every single time we've visited. We've been more than patient and kept hoping things would improve, but they never do. There are plenty of other places with better customer service that actually make customers feel welcome. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place based on our experiences.

I usually visit one of their other locations in Falls Church and this location is definitely a lot bigger. Inside is very clean and quiet. On a weekday around 11am we were the only customers dining in. Ordering is convenient at their self service kiosk. The bowl I usually get is the Warrior Nutella Bowl. Also pictured is my cousin eating the Warrior bowl in a mini size which I realized after I got my order that I should've gotten mine in a mini because the regular size is plenty! They are very generous with their toppings but I do have to say that on this visit the berries were on the sour side and while there were a lot of toppings we both couldn't finish our bowls.
