I came here with my mother and I noticed the difference between the lady who did my nails vs my mothers. All I can say is wow! This place is all show and lights! Prices are over the top. I tend to get the $70 VIP deluxe Pedicure (which is great) , HOWEVER depending on who you get that is doing your nails. For the majority of the time you end up with a rookie who barely cuts your cuticles, or scrubs your feet and they rush through the whole process. It's a mediocre job being done (for the price it's not worth it). They barely speak English and can never understand what you are trying to explain. Like WTF! In my honest opinion you can find better work for a lowkey price the workers here are very rushed and don't take the time to clean the nails properly on top of that they are not clean on the prices there's no indication that there will be extra charges for gel polish or add ons that you'd like and when you ask they don't tell you the price either over all this experience was very mediocre and not worth what I spent at all!!! I hate leaving negative reviews and have never done so before, but feel obligated to do so now. My daughter went to this nail salon and asked for a specific pedicure, but the nail tech gave her a different, more expensive pedicure. My daughter tried to tell her that she didn't want the more expensive pedicure, but the tech didn't listen. I have never paid as much for a mani-pedi as my daughter was charged. Everytime I come here its a gamble. Sometimes they're flawless and sometimes theyre horrific. & without fail, at least one nail breaks or chips within 2-5 days, so im constantly returning for a nail fix (complementary though, but still annoying to be occurring every single time). The last time I went to get my nail fixed, (that broke & chipped within a day of me getting them done) the nail tech changed the color of my nails because he seemingly didnt feel like looking for the correct color. I voiced to him that I didn't think that the colors that he presented to me matched the color that I had on my nails, and he insisted that they did even though I kept resisting. I even asked him if I could have a nail book and I would be able to point out specifically which color it was, to which he didn't didn't do either "theres a lot of nail books" he said... okay and ?? Im trying to help you. That really upset me. And he even painted over nails that didn't need to be polished, changing my entire nail color. This made ALL OF MY NAILS look thick and bubbly due to the unnecessary coats when I literally only came in for a nail fix. He also shaded me and made it seem like the nail chips and break was my fault. He said unprompted "you must type a lot, ive never seen nails chip this way, thats the only way it could've happened, i don't know what else". To which i replied "Yeahhh no i don't type a lot". I felt like I entered a spaceship upon arriving. It's a very large establishment with rows and rows of pedi chairs. For a Saturday afternoon, it was packed to the brim. The parking lot is extremely packed during this holiday season, too. You may have to walk a bit. They charge 1.50 for using your card. They do have an ATM on site as well. Definitely a better to use cash establishment. Service was friendly. Definitely call ahead for an appt. They were pretty accommodating even though they were busy. What had me sold was the fact they offer complimentary drinks. Green tea, coffee and iced coffee! I tried looking for their champagne and in my not so coy manner the rep told me they don't provide liquor anymore. It's a little on the pricey end but nothing astronomical. For $76 (before tip), I was hoping for a more smooth result. I really think $76 for a French tip set (no additions or anything) is quite steep, and I think customers would rather sacrifice some of the fancy ambience for a more affordable, smooth result in their nails. I came here to receive a pedicure with a friend and it was the most modern and organized nail salon I've been to! The nail salon is huge and looks recently renovated. It is bright, clean, and runs like a well oiled machine! The front waiting area contained booklets with hundreds of nail polish colors to choose from ( I can sit there all day looking at color swatches)! Once you've chosen your color, you are brought to your station to begin your service. A regular pedicure was $35 and with your service, you receive complimentary cocktails/beverages. The pedicure chairs were clean, and very comfortable. The built in massage chair was such a treat! If you bring a partner with you and they can wait in one of the free massage chairs up front while you get your nails done (WIN!)! I've lived in the area almost a year and have been in search of a nail salon I can call home. I stumbled upon this beauty, it was the google reviews that had me sold! Upon entering, you are greeted by a receptionist who asks if you have an appointment and what services you're interested in. Of course, I did not, but the manager(I believe) informed me they were basically overbooked due to one of their techs cancelling and that they may be only to provide me with one service and if there are any cancellations they would be able to do the second service. I took them up on it because the place was so nice, I had to experience something. I was instructed to sanitize my hands and perform a temperature check before being seated in the waiting area. While waiting they encourage you to go through their nail books to pick a color. The place is super organized, I was impressed! I waited no more than 10 mins. Luckily, there were no-shows and I was able to get both services(no-chip mani/pedi). During my pedi I was offered a variety of beverage options. I overheard someone ordering a virgin pina colada, which is right up this pregnant mama's alley! It was refreshing. I didn't get a chance to snap a pic of the pedicure stations, as I didn't want to make the other customers uncomfortable, but I will get one soon. All tools are sterilized(I love seeing them being unwrapped) and they use a new file and buffer for each client. For this place to look the way it does, I'd assume it would be expensive, but it was affordable. After being serviced the nail tech sends you to check out. My receipt was not itemized, so I'm not sure if the beverage I had was complimentary or not, but my bill was $90 altogether and I gave about $30 in tip between the nail techs. They were super accommodating with me working and being 8 months pregnant, I felt they went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I look forward to returning! read more

Lucy the tech had told me that French tip was $5 extra plus $50 fill in and when I checked out it was total of $60. I asked why they charged me $10 and not $5 like Lucy said for French tip. I was very disappointed with the service as the base color did not hide my previous fill in imperfections also when I would point out something was not properly done Lucy would get annoyed. I would have like the tech to be honest about the division between old and new fill in before she kept going where it was to late to redo a different color. So I come to this place all the time. My regular nail tech (who i love) was on vacation. My #2 there was booked up till next friday. Since I am leaving on vacation soon i needed to get my nails done sooner. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I added three pictures. The scrubbing of my feet was so hard/rough that my skin broke next to my big toe. The pinky toe raw skin was because the file kept rubbing my skin off. The one on my finger was from her filing something off the skin. I always get a dip dont for my fingers. The process has always been the first powder (clear) and after last coat of color is the clear powder. This was not done at all. What was done is after the last dip of color and one top clear coat on, proceeded to use the no chip color on top. read more

Wow! I started seeing Lucy earlier this year and she is phenomenal. I have done both dip and acrylics with her, and they always last so long! 3-4 weeks my nails grow out looking ridiculous, but her work has not budged. She is very communicative of your wants and needs, so you feel very taken care of. 10/10 would recommend her!
