    Pastry display case

Wow, I can't believe this was my first time here! I drive by this location all the time and decided to stop in on whim for a solo breakfast one day. The interior is gorgeous and the pastry display case was fully stocked when I arrived. I was impressed by the variety of croissants and sweet treats they had, and everything looked delish. I was more in the mood for something savory, so decided to order one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I placed my order with the kind gals at the counter and they gave me a number. I decided to go with with Chef's Signature which is a ham & brie cheese omelet on a plain croissant. It also comes with a side of mixed fruit. To be honest, I was pretty underwhelmed by the sandwich. There was not much flavor at all and the ham inside was kind of wet which also made the texture weird. Maybe this signature French dish just isn't my thing, but I wouldn't get that one again. I don't doubt that they have plenty of other delicious items on their menu and I'd definitely visit again. I capped it off with an affogato which was perfection.

The staff is very welcoming, the interior is well thought out and beautifully decorated. There's a glass wall separating the bakery and the dining room room so you can see where all of the magic happens. The food is displayed beautifully, as the first food stylist had arrived in the morning and perfectly placed everything, it was such a pleasure to see, especially if you are one for aesthetics! Food was delicious and staff was very flexible. My partner had the avocado toast with a fried egg on top as they were out of poached eggs. I had a croissant with an egg omelette with cheddar cheese and mushroom, the omelette was beautifully cooked, the croissant tasted raw and upon closer inspection, it appeared to be as well, I consulted staff about this, and they advised me the croissants appear this way and become this consistency because of the omelette - not something I've ever experienced before and have had many croissants in this style; but luckily the service was great and they swapped the croissant out for a new one and toasted it and served my omelette on the . For our toddler, we ordered a side of eggs as we were forewarn. The kids meal was quite large. And the side of eggs was absolutely perfect for him. We definitely will return, I'm keen to try the eclairs and macaroons!

Stumbled upon this bakery on the Too Good to Go app, and I was so delighted I did! The cafe inside is very nice; with ample seating available. My pickup process was smooth. In my box, I got their blueberry croissant, chocolate croissant and the chocolate roll twist. My favorite was the blueberry croissant, the filling was perfect! I am looking forward to trying their savory items next time

Cute place in park ave. Very friendly wait staff and service was quick. They have a large showcase of desserts which looked amazing, but was more in the mood for something savory so I got one of their breakfasts croissants with egg, mushroom and bacon which came with a side salad. It was good overall, but I was expecting crispy bacon and the bacon was kind of soggy which was kind of off putting. My friend got the same thing but with ham instead and I think hers was the better option. Still want to come back and try the desserts. They have outside seating as well

I was driving home from Orlando and decided to stop in Winter Park on the way. It is a very charming little town with an ideal downtown area around Park Avenue. There are many restaurants and stores along that street and a few side streets. I decided to try this place for breakfast. They have several breakfast croissants as well as many beautiful looking pastries. I opted for the breakfast croissant that had eggs, ham and cheddar cheese on it. It was delicious. It also came with a small fruit cup, which was also delicious. I also ordered a cappuccino. Service was quick from Jose.

This place is cute, good presentation of the food, and a nice concept. However I have been twice now and to be honest I feel like they are lacking in quality ingredients. We spent over $60 for two people for breakfast and I feel for the price the ingredients didn't match up. Hope they can improve that.

The best by far! In-house made breads, pastries, and treats all designed perfectly and the taste does not disappoint. The atmosphere is clean and takes you away from home into a French environment that you can love. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I cannot wait to return to try all of their other delicious treats. I had a croissant omelette sandwich and a fruit tart along with an iced coffee. Everything was delicious. Customer service was attentive and friendly.

Love this location! The inside is beautiful and clean with lots of windows, outdoor seating is spacious and nicely tucked away from the main road, can't go wrong sitting either inside or outside. All their staff are very friendly, and the pastries are divine. Can't wait to try their cafe menu items as well!

I finally got to check out the new Croissant Gourmet location in Winter Park. It's such a cute spot, definitely more spacious than the original Park Ave. location, which is a big plus if you're meeting up with friends. There's on-site parking (huge win), and the interior has a sleek, modern vibe with a nice open view of the kitchen. It feels bright and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. I ordered the eggs benedict (with an add-on of smoked salmon), and my friend had the croissant with eggs and ham--both were delicious. We also split a Nutella crepe, and wow... so good! This place was the perfect spot to meet up, grab a bite, and catch up on life. Definitely recommend for your next breakfast or brunch outing in Winter Park!

I tried a berry cheese danish. The flavor was saved by fresh berries, but the cheese part under was gritty and lacked the rich cheese flavor that even prepackaged danishes have. It was also wet and loose which made the pastry soggy. My friend ordered a meat soufle which had a decent creamy and savory flavor, however was much too salty. Also, the meat seemed to be only bacon. If it were some sort of sausage or ground meat with a thicker filling (again, this mixture was very loose) like a pot pie, then it would be worth trying again. Overall it was not reminiscent of a Parisian Boulangerie and the prices were a little jarring

The place is absolutely stunning inside. Everything looks delicious. They have an area where you can see the people in the back baking. I have not had their drinks yet but all the sweets I have tried from this place have been amazing. This time I placed an order using the too good to go app since I saw it was available and I have been before so I knew it would be good but I was not expecting a full box for $5! The donut was heavenly!!

I went there for the croissant. It is good, but nothing amazing. The chocolate mousse thou, was superb. We tried the regular croissant (which was ok), the hazelnut one (was good, but got soggy), I also ordered the croque monsieur, thinking that was a twist with a croissant instead of the bread, and I got frustrated when it came just the regular, I explained to the server about it, and she said that this was what I ordered and done. Ok. It was very good, I just got expecting the croissant on it.

I have always loved their location off Park Avenue but I try to avoid Park Avenue now unless I have a specific store I need to go to, it's always so crowded now. This new location is wonderful. It's bright and spacious with lovely outside seating away from the street. You can watch them make the pastries through the large glass windows. Same quality pastries but they've also included fresh breads including sourdough at reasonable price. I think I'll get to go more often to this new location.

5 Stars for a healthy brunch (that's hard to find in this city at the moment)!…read more We stopped by and ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich. It featured tofu (the menu says almond crusted, but it wasn't), house made lentil sausage, buttermilk ranch dressed kale, spicy aioli, on a brioche bun. It was SO good and I would absolutely order it again. 10/10 vegetarian option. We also got the herbed chicken salad panini and, again, super impressed! It's on toasted sourdough and came with our choice of side (oven baked sweet potatoes). The chicken salad itself was full of herbs and stood out! The sweet potatoes were also spiced and were a treat, not an afterthought. I loved the aioli dip that came with them and found myself dipping everything in it! I also got a matcha and an iced cortado. The matcha was fab- with a seasonal blueberry syrup. The coffee was actually a bit of a disappointment. It tasted burnt and we didn't love it. Quick shoutout to Matt at the counter who was a GEM when we were making our brunch picks. A friendly staff member can really elevate an experience!! Finally, they carry really good natural wines. I know because I've had those bottles at Golden Hour in Baldwin Park and they are standouts. Next time, I'm grabbing some wine!

This is a fast casual establishment where you order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We ordered drip coffee, Fig latte frittata and burrito in the bowl. The burrito in the bowl could've used more flavor and the bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd prefer, but the potatoes on the side were pretty good. The Frittata looked and tasted amazing. The sauce was on point! The latte was really smooth and felt like a hug. They have a good amount of outdoor seating and it's shaded which works perfect for those hot Florida days. Will definitely be back and see what other seasonal offerings they might have in the future!

We were in Winter Park for the afternoon and looking for a good, affordable lunch. I'd heard about…read moreBricks & Bowls before (as well as the Ghost Kitchen concept), so we decided to give it a try. I was immediately drawn to the Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich. I noticed they offered a Boxed Lunch combo that included a half-brick focaccia sandwich, a choice of side, chips, and a cookie. Under the Soups & Sides section of the menu, I saw soups, salads, fruit, chips, and bread listed, so I asked if I could get the Kale Caesar Salad as my side. I was told it wasn't considered a side. That struck me as a little odd since it was listed under "Soups & Sides," but I didn't press the issue and instead ordered the sandwich and salad separately. I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day! The Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich was a bit dry, and I didn't notice much Swiss cheese or enough ghost pepper bang sauce to add much heat or moisture. On the plus side, the focaccia bread was fantastic, and the sandwich was piled high with sliced chicken. Even the half-brick size was plenty filling. The Kale Caesar Salad was much smaller than expected and, ironically, seemed like it would have fit perfectly as a combo side. It also contained more romaine than kale, with just a sprinkling of baby kale on top. The Caesar dressing, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. At $6 for a small bowl, I was hoping for a little more substance. I also treated myself to the Belgian Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie that would have come with the Boxed Lunch combo, and it was outstanding. Soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. Bricks & Bowls has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a courtyard setting, with tables shaded by large umbrellas. Just keep in mind that there is no indoor seating, and even with the shade, it can be pretty warm during a Florida summer. Overall, it was a decent first experience with some highlights and a few disappointments. The food had some strong points, particularly the focaccia bread, dressing, and cookie, but at around $20 for a quick-service lunch, I left feeling that the value didn't quite match the price.

The focaccia bread was great and we really loved the peppercorn caeser dressing that came with the salad. My sandwich did not have tomato listed, but did come with tomato on it which was a concern because I'm allergic, but I was able to pull it off. Could have been more of an issue for a different patron, though! The guys behind the counter were very efficient and friendly, but didn't know what was in one of the sauces, which was again a concern for me with a tomato allergy. Overall, the food was super good and we loved the outdoor space, but we may not return!

I love Cava. There's really nothing anyone can say to make me NOT LOVE Cava…read more I love the bowl varieties - especially the seasonal options. My go-to is building my own bowls. I can customize them as I see fit (add more or less of certain ingredients). It's a really good "fast-healthy-food" alternative to other chain locations.
