HORRIBLE service! Attitude worker REBECCA. I came here with my partner to buy a pair of men pants. We were first together in the fitting room and my partner went out to change the pants size. I sat alone in the fitting room waiting with doors half open. A lady with blonde hair white skin came to me and told me there should not be more than two person in a fitting room, I told her ok I understand. But since my partner is not back yet I considered myself the only one in the fitting room. Then a minute later the lady came back and told me to get out. I opened the door widely and told her I am the only one in there. She said I know, GET OUT. It's a thursday afternoon , there were no wait and it was not busy in the fitting room but she ordered me several times to GET OUT OF THE FITTING ROOM. She stood there with her eyes wide open with full of attitude. I feel her being racist because I'm Asian. I am there to spend money and all i received was full of attitude and even kicking me out! Then I found the store manager, she did apologize but nothing was solved. I felt horrible shopping here! Taking my business elsewhere. NEVER COMMING BACK AGAIN! read more

Well... looks like I won't be shopping here anymore. I recently bought my growing 7 year old a whole new wardrobe- I mean an ENTIRE new closet of clothing. I kept a lot of the tags on and normally wash the clothing before she wears it. I am cycling through the clothing and washed one particular item and notice that it still had the security tag on it. My husband and I went back to the store to have it removed. I didn't have the receipt with me and the sales associate by the name of Vernice (Bernice?) was atrocious in her manners. Very rude. Aside from the eye-rolling and uneducated "Ugh... do you have a receipt?" "Ummmmmmm... you wore it with the security tag?" (No, it was washed and that is when I noticed the security tag.) It was her overall attitude and demeanor that was bad. I understand you hate your job, hate dealing with people, etc. but there are many other people who would kill for your position so STFU and be thankful you are employed. Anyway, my husband told her that perhaps they should have done their job to begin with and removed ALL the security tags so we didn't have to come back to have it removed. We don't inspect 25+ pieces of clothing inch-by-inch. I didn't steal the item, which I am sure she was implying until my husband said something to her. I spent hundreds of dollars. I am the one who was inconvenienced and had to return to the store to have a damn security tag removed. And somehow, I am treated like a criminal? Seriously? No accountability or apology? So it appears that Vernice (Bernice?) lacks common sense and can't use her special "Manager" senses to know how to differentiate between legitimate customer issues vs criminal malice. 2 stars because there was a sales associate on the floor who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to apologize. I love h&m! But I only gave this one 3 stars because the store was confusing and the girls in the fitting that day were not friendly, just took my clothes to my room with attitude n didn't even say a word. All the workers in the fitting room were too busy chatting about their weekend, but at least the ppl at the cash register was nice. Just to make things clear the 2nd floor is men only, lots of women were going up and coming back down right away lol. When looking through womens stuff at h&m it's obvious where the casual and dressy clothing hard, but this one was mixed all around which made it confusing. My husband and son were shopping for a couple of new shirts and they were told they couldn't try them on because the store was under staffed?? Really? How does a clothing store do business telling customers they can't try on the merchandise? One shirt was too small and now I have to drive back and do a return for a 12 dollar shirt. I really do love this store. They didn't have as big of a sale (and I wish they would put their sale things in the front again), but there were still some good finds. I bought a jacket and donated two bags of clothing to get two 15% off an item coupons. You can only use one coupon per day, but can get up two coupons per day. read more

When I first walked in Jasmine was at the front table entrance on the men's floor. She quickly greeted me, as I could see she looked a little busy. I needed help finding a size but felt bad interrupting her. However she gladly stopped what she was doing to help. She was pretty knowledgeable of the floor and we found what I needed and she even showed me the app, where I can scan the tag to see if an item is in store! She rang me up and walked me through their rewards program and I got a coupon for signing up! She also asked if I needed a gift receipt which was nice because I did and completely forgot! She made my visit seem personal by having a conversation with me which was nice. When we were done she walked with me to the exit wished me a nice rest of me day and continued to work on the table. Today I went into H&M Kids with my little cousin trying to buy her some clothes and she saw something she liked. However the item was high up and out of my reach, so I look at the cashier and ask her "Can you help me get this?" and she comes over to say "I'm just about as short as you." I give her a confused look not expecting this kind of response and ask "Do you have a stick to get it down?" and she replies "No, but I think we have some dresses right here." I was about to follow her but then I see a stool on the side and say "Oh there's a stool here" and she goes "Yeah you can use that" and I go ahead and grab it, and my little cousin says "I'm scared you're going to fall" and I tell her "yeah but I guess it doesn't matter." Me and my family of 3 always go for my daughters clothes and never had a problem like today a worker there by the name JEFFERY workings at the dressing room was room so rude and cuz we were trying on shorts for my daughter a 2 year old who needs both parents loves to show us her clothes when shopping the worker JEFFERY knocked super rude and loud and ask for my husband to get out and i ask why if were changing my daughter he gave attitude to me said if i didnt like the rules to leave so my husband ask for his name he pointed to his shirt said its right here and my husband is like u cant just tell me ur name he kept being rude i just grabed my daughter and left and called Corp then need to do sounething about this because there is nothing wrong with familys trying to get there kids clothes!!! read more

One star is too much for this H&M store. Im a fan of their clothing styles and always shop from them but this specific H&M store is horrible. Me and my girlfriend was in the fitting room trying out clothes. I wanted her there to give me some opinions on them because it was for my best friend's wedding and i wanted to look good. Before even trying on clothes, i realized that i picked the wrong size pants so ask her to stay in there and keep an eye on the clothes while i go find the right size. After a short time, i went back and saw my girlfriend full of anger talking to the store manager. I went up to them and asked her what happened and i could see tears coming down her eyes. My girlfriend rarely cries so i thought 'o crap! This is bad.' She told me the story of how she was rudely kicked out of the fitting room by this one staff name Rebecca. Rebecca came to her and told her only one person can be in the fitting room, which obviously only my girlfriend was in there, unless she met a new friend out of nowhere which is rare since it was a slow thursday afternoon with no visible of other customers in the second floor men section other than us and the staff. My girlfriend told Rebecca that she understands but this Rebecca started to give her attitude and told her to get out of the fitting room angrily. After experiencing this, im very upset with this H&M store. I mean why the attitude? Did we look like we were going to steal something? Even if you suspected us and wanted to protect your store merchandise you could have asked my girlfriend nicely to step out and wait instead of yelling at her and telling her to get out. That was very rude and offensive. We are so mad that we are going to file a complaint to the store! We thank you for making this nice shopping day horrible Rebecca. We were waiting by the door and they finally opened at 10:15am. Came straight to the cashier where we were told that registers are not working yet. Was told to walk around the mall and come back. Came back with 1 customer already at the cashier being helped with her return. We were patiently waiting. 2 other workers came by at the register and was taking care of something. They didn't greet or say they'd help me anytime soon. Finally one of the women finished and took my return/ price adjustment. I told her I don't want to return but would like the price to be adjusted on how much it was supposed to be. The price I got charged was $9.95 when it's supposed to be $3. She didn't greet me or thanked me for waiting. There wasn't any apology either for the wait. So ok fine. The lady asked for my card, gave her my card. And she said that I will get $3.27 back. I told her it's not right. She said you still want this item right? So you will get $3.27 back. I kept insisting that it's not right. The item is $3 but I got charged $9.95 I should get $6.95 plus tax back. She just then said in an annoyed manner "you'll get 7.50 back". I said that just didnt make sense right. She ignored me and said next customer. I asked her to hand me the item back to me. I wasn't thanked. Again there was no apology for the mistake she was making. It was very rude and I did not feel like a welcomed customer at all. Normally I would say something but since I had my 3 little children with me at the time, I just walked away. The person's name is Rebekah btw. Everything would've been satisfactory if she greeted me as a welcomed customer, if I were apologized to for the wait and the mistake she was making. So I came earlier today just looking not really planning on getting much. But I saw this shirt on one of the mannequins, it was a black and white one. So I walked over to the rebekah whom was at a rack running items from it and asked her if she happened to have any more of that shirt or if they didn't I would like buy the shirt that was on the mannequin. she walked over with me to the mannequin and explained that they were all out of that shirt and that she had actually placed on hold for another customer. She apologized and walked me over to another similar shirt that I wasn't to interested in but then she also pointed me to others and even helped me pick out outfits. I'd like to say that she is pretty awesome at dressing you up and she was very helpful and very kind. And now every time I go in I'll go to her for help. read more

I Have to say it's one of the lowest quality H&M stores. Bought new slacks for work, wore them once and they ripped. I tried to return them about a week later and the unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful female worker at the cashier refused to even take the time to try to return or replace the pants saying that they have been worn before. It takes an average IQ to figure out that pants that rip means that they have been worn before. But it's ok maybe that's why she's 50 with a 20 year old job. read more

Prices are decent. Didn't mind that this store was a mess, but some sale prices are clearly mis-labeled or placed in wrong section. Cashier (dude with ZZ top beard) got pissy when we asked him to remove the items with price/label discrepancy. Refused to take AMEX traveler's check when they said they will earlier. This is normally the H&M we usually go to because it's really close by our home and they have pretty good selection for men and women. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We've had good customer service and bad as well. But today, was one of the worst that I decided to make a review here and their customer service line! . I bought a pair of pants about 5 days ago. And usually when I do buy clothes I grab the size that I need. And once I got home I usually take off the tags thinking the clothes will fit fine, witch usually happens 99.99% of the time. But this time when I tried the pants on I did take off the tags and unfortunately they did not fit. So I decided to return them. When I went into the store of course being Sunday it was busy. The bad thing was that they only had two people on the registers. For a busy day you would think they would schedule more employees. That's to say the least. My problem was with the cash register who help us out. Her name was Bridget. I don't know if she was the manager or not she looked older like 50 yrs old, but she was really rude when I returned my pants. I had explained to her the situation and the fact why I was returning them. She accused me that I wore them and she kept saying y did I take off the tags that for future reference don't take the tags off with an attitude Like wtf!!! I can do whatever I want I bought the Damm pants. And I didn't even wear them out. I tried them on and then she goes and says did I wear them out because they were wrinkle!!' No I did not wear them out I tried them on at home. Ur there to ring up people and do returns don't keep questioning customers if they told you what happen with the clothes!!! Do ur job right if you don't like the retail businesses find something else!!! Because ur not gonna go far in there am sure of that!! And the reason I put only one start is because of Bridgett!!! I would like to highlight something about the H&M store Manager or whatever designation that lady has- Ms Bridget, she was completely unfair .. had happen two incidents..first I wanted to return some items which they accepted to return only on the store discounted price if i don't have packing slip..that was i bought in $20 and she was returning $8 to me and given the statement very rudely, come with original packing slip then only we will return the actual price which i don't think is logical ..... Second incident I bought few items and gave them their 20% discount coupon..which they miscalculated and when i raise the concern again Ms Bridget had came to convince me that 20% get covered into the packing slip, then i had make them understand by applying mathematics and then they agreed..they wasted around half an hour of mine and dint felt sorry about that....if i could give zero star, i would definitely do that... read more
