It does not come with tofu, so I added some (another $4!) to my small size. The pho came out in less than 10 minutes. The pho came with lots of veggies (lots of broccoli, plus cauliflower, carrot, celery, white onion and green onion), plus lots of rice noodles, and tofu. Of course, the broth is usually what makes or breaks a pho, and this was one of the most low-effort, lamest vegetable broths I've tried in Greater Vancouver (and I've tried over 90 pho places in the Metro area that have veggie pho options).
