It doesn't even have to be on tap but even can/bottle options. Their liquor selection is excellent (especially bourbon!) and it seemed like they offer decent wines too. I don't know much about wine though. As far as I know, you do not need to be a member of Bellevue Club to dine here. No one from my party today was (but I was here for an event and I invited my friends over for happy hour afterwards).
