IT'S THE SAME INFORMATION THAT THE CASHIER ASKS WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR MEDICATION!!! I don't work there. When another customer came up the girl did the same thing to her. I made a comment to the other cashier that the customer service in this store had gone down hill and the other customer agreed with me. This upset the Brunette girl who seemed more irritated that she had to actually do some work. The brunette girl lost CVS a long time loyal customer with her attitude and laziness. As long as she works there then I will never shoo there. The fact that I have filled out their survey and they have yet to respond further proves that CVS does not care at all about us the customers.

The one pharmacist on duty is too busy giving injections to work on prescriptions. When someone has surgery they should be able to get there prescriptions a little more quickly than several hours with constant delays for each time the pharmacist is too busy elsewhere. After surgery antibiotics are extremely important and also keeping the pain from slamming back. Well now 6 hours later still no medication for my family member.

(It was expensive.) Terrible people skills. I have $1,500 worth of scripts a month that I was going to transfer there since they are in my neighborhood. Instead, I went to Kroger in Conroe and got FABULOUS, kind help. KROGER got my cash, fixed my inhaler AND now has my $1,500 of refills every month. Don't go to Village pharmacy. Also, when they're not open, and I leave a voicemail request, they mostly don't respond. I have to call back the next day and during national holidays, they don't answer the phone at all.
