I like this HEB. They do have a selection of Organic produce, only some of the produce may be Grown organically. They are not true organic! (Oranges & grapefruit) They have No seeds! Also, harder to find a handicap parking place since they took some parking spots for the "pick up groceries". Instead! There's like 12 + spots & Only 1\4 are actually occupied at any time! read more

Love this HEB! So much that I cringe when forced to shop somewhere else. Food is fresh, awesome vitamin/mineral selection, meat is too notch and customer service is awesome. Not sure about other locations, but this one in particular is full of smiling faces. One in particular is Miss Patra Hayes aka the #PartyOnTheCornerLady. I don't care how your day is going, you run into this sweet little ray of sunshine and she will turn your frown upside down. Why isn't she starring in the HEB commercials yet??!! Move over HEB guy!! This is the second time this happens to me at this grocery store, so this is the reason for this post. I went here Monday 9/2/2019 to buy groceries as usual and today I was about to have some MiTienda Tamales for lunch. I was really looking forward to them by the way. As I was about to heat them up I noticed that one of the tamales had a green and white stain on it so I decided to inspect the bag of tamales just to find out that they had mold growing in it. The last time this happened I bought bad corn. I am very upset I complained the last time but what if I would had given this to my child he could have gotten sick, I could have gotten sick. Things could change in a few months because this is still a very new store, but it was fantastic! It's huge, it has a LARGE organic selection, raw nuts, fresh meats, etc... etc... I understand a having a few "rebels" here and there, but this heb just allows anyone to walk around the store without a mask. Every time I go there, I feel very uncomfortable and leave aggravated. Love this store, but it is really large and cold. I think my husband and I argue each time we go because I must go down every aisle. Good products, not always found at other stores, but every store is different. I love their fresh tortillas, meat and cheese deli. Their thin fresh Milenese Chicken is such a quick fix dinner. I don't buy much other meats there except the baby back ribs, because I am a preferred Kroger meat fan. Nice fish selection. Great fresh vegetables and fruits and the best Blueberry Muffins ever. I wish their On the Run was a bit more appetizing..most things look dried out. One thing you must watch is the check out personnel and scanner. FANTASTIC store!!! Excellent employees all though the store. Nice and Clean store. Good selection of foods. The only store within 50 miles that has cinnamon pecans! Sundays are pretty busy but at noon time they have food taste test through the store. Good location. Fair prices. Plenty of parking. They also have a gas station with good prices. Love this HEB and am so happy to have it down the street. It is always well stocked and the employees tend to be friendly. The store is always clean. And they have great variety on most items. we love their deli and seafood counters. My daughter is obsessed with the lobster tank and there's always someone who will pull one out and bring it out for her to see up close. It always makes her so happy. It's just a plus that Kroger will hopefully struggle enough to close their locations in conroe. read more

Had used the pharmacy with no issues in the past. Following a dr appt stopped by to pick up prescription. Expected to wait 20-30 minutes while it was filled. Was told by Eduardo that it was not "scheduled" until the following day. If i wished to wait it would be 2-3 hours. I fail to grasp what us so difficult about shuffling a few pills into a bottle and printing a label. No longer my pharmacy! read more

I went grocery shopping here on Sunday at about 8am with my 2 year old son. He is a typical boy, and about 20 minutes into the excursion he was over it. "Hold me, Hold me, hold me" ringed through the isles as I tricked my disgruntled little man along. To pacify his needs for comfort, I promised him a donut once we were done shopping. "Hold me", quickly changed to "Donut" As we continued to meander looking for various veggie packs, snacks and strawberries. We had finally ended at the donut cabinet. Carefully we chose a chocolate covered, sprinkled glazed donut much to his delight! But, as a rookie shopping father, my misplacement of said donut and 2 others (one for mom and one for dad), into a donut box erupted little man beyond comfort. I felt like an asshole, my poor donut deprived mini me was beyond despair. Thankfully an army of red clad HEB cashiers swooped in like Red Cross nurses to assist. Stickers, cart unloading, and a quick ring up of donuts soothed my child's screams as fast as they erupted. Soon my little man was nose deep in melted chocolate and my tab was paid. I waltzed the cart away like it was filled with gold, fresh, lively, and full of pride. Thanks HEB. You made a Dads day. read more

I love this store! Has everything you need and more. The prices are great and the people who run the store and either better! I think Mark is the Manager, great guy! The cooks who do demos are great. I talk to them all the time. Told one of them I had sooo much of their spices and mixes already and they gave me their email address and offered if I would email them a list of all I had then they would email me back some more recipes to use what I had already stocked up on. GREAT PEOPLE! Sushi sample lady is always helpful! Wonderful Fruit and vegetable section! The Gluten free sections are growing which is great for me and my family! This review is for my most recent pharmacy visit/call as well as continued visits to this location. Pharmacy: Over the past several months, this place has become unorganized. (Although I was told by both the Pharmacy Tech/Manager that they are very organized on a call with them today, July 10) I have had a maintenance medication here for almost a year. The last go around, the pharmacy requested a per-authorization for this particular drug (normally cost about $10 or less). Waited almost a month of re-requesting the medication. Finally went to my docs office to ask what's going on... They showed no request on my file, and as he stated, there should be no per-authorization, since it's a very readily available drug and very commonly used. Went back just now, after refilling it this morning and I was told "Your doctor put in the wrong medication"... Ummm, who are you to tell my doc what prescription HE prescribed?!? This guy is a brilliant doc. Has papers and books written in his field and you're saying it was him... Um, no. It's you. Had some older woman "ear hustling" and said something out the side of her mouth. Nope. Your system is still not correct as of my last visit with him... Figure it out HEB! Your system is so off, it doesn't want to work today! (Since 10:30 and they "can't refill or fill any prescriptions since only 2 computers work in the back...") So, for over 6 hours you're computer systems are off line? So ridiculous! Time to transfer to a smaller pharmacy. Pharmacy call on July 10: Because I have not received any sort of email/text/call from the pharmacy on the issue with my prescriptions, I HAD TO CALL. Yes, me. Both of my medications I desperately needed on July 3rd were not ready for pick-up, yet. In fact, the online system stated they were ready for refill. Uh, wait. Ready for refill. Never received the information letting me know they were ready for pick-up. After explaining that this sort of lack of communication to your patients is not right, especially after this is the 3rd time I have gone through with them on this matter. The issues of their customer service (or lack there of) and the continued issues of someone not reaching out to me regarding the lack of communication... That some sort of call should be made or communicated letting me know that they have exhausted all of their avenues with 'reaching' the doctors office... Or at least letting me know that no one is answering the 'call/fax' - And I want to make this a single paragraph so OTHERS can see how they view customers here at the pharmacy.... The manager's response: "Well, you have to do what's right for you" - Meaning, go ahead and transfer your prescriptions. We have over 65 per-authorizations waiting right now. Your prescriptions are not worth our time or effort. To the PharmTech (Stephanie I believe), thanks for handing me off to your manager without an explanation of the issue. You made yourself look real 'professional' handing off the disgruntled customer. So over their lack of professionalism, personalization and just feeling like you are being taken care of here. Good to know that bad customer service is still a thing at this location. I will stay as far away from here as I can. As the famous quote says "BYE FELICIA". Taking my money and my time elsewhere. Won't step foot into your location as long as I live! Your bags - Stop being cheap. Lord knows you are not the cheapest option on the street. Up your bag game! I've had countless bags break in the parking lot, in the car and at home because the mm is so thin. Get better bags! Oh yeah, my last visit here. So done with this place. Too expensive and just lack of customer service here. read more

Love the store, but will never order from the bakery again. I ordered a unicorn cake and two dozen unicorn cupcakes for my daughter birthday. I ordered the same unicorn cake they had displayed in their cake book. The hair for the horse was suppose to be piped in 3 colors to look like hair going down the unicorns head. The cupcakes were suppose to look the same. Instead the blobbed one solid color on the cupcakes. didn't swirl it at all, just blobbed it on there. Same with the cake. They didn't mix the 3 colors and pipe it to resemble hair. Instead they did different color dots all the way down the cake. I got the bakery manager and I compared the photo in their book to what they made me and her response was, we were running behind and its quicker for us to do it this way. My jaw just dropped! I couldn't believe that was her excuse! She said she can scrape off the icing and do it correctly, but ill have to wait 30 minutes for her to do it. I said I don't have time, and what about the cake? She said we cant do anything about the cake, but she'll discount it for me. I was pissed! I ended up getting the cupcakes for free and the cake discounted, cuz I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it all. Honestly I shouldn't have had to pay for any of it. I didn't even get a sorry from the bakery manager. The girl that made it wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I wish I could figure out how to post pictures on here so you can see the difference in what I ordered and what I got stuck with. read more

The best thing the Kroger across the street could do is to close their doors now and cut their loses. This store is huge and does everything better than surrounding grocery stores. The produce section alone is what Conroe/Montgomery has needed so bad. I bought everything from Kobe beef, to tuna steaks to homemade salsa to arugula. I do not recommend ordering flowers for your special occasion from here. We ordered flowers for a wedding and half the flowers in the arrangement were wilting and browned, and the arrangement overall was far from being full and lush. This was a $50 arrangement. When we asked for the florist she was out of the store. Some other very kind and understanding ladies helped us but there was nothing they could do. All the other flowers our colors were in the same condition. They didn't even have the florists number. We ended up leaving without the flowers, with no time to go anywhere else. This is the day of the wedding. If we intended on going from florist to florist on the day of, we would've not even special ordered an arrangement in the first place. I wouldn't have even paid $20 for it, but $50 was just outrageous. I am appalled that this arrangement was even made in the first place. read more

Love the store and the employees but this one star is thanks to the pharmacy that I will never use again! My daughter and I needed a prescription filled, we normally go to a different place but because I needed to get some groceries I decided to give them a try since we love the store . I asked the lady how much it would be due to I know how much I pay at the other pharmacy we use . She said oh around $16 but I won't know till after I enter it but it shouldn't be much more for this one . She couldn't take the time to even check for me. But I gave her the benefit Of doubt she knew what she was talking about. Then I told her can you please make sure the slip goes into my bag I didn't need to fill out that 3rd one just yet . She said sure . Nope I get there and the med that was around $16 according to the lady was $33 each so I went from expecting to pay $32 -$40 for bottles as they are the same thing to paying $33 each total of $66 smh my daughter needs it so I paid for it. But they should say a price if it's not the correct price . Should have just sticked to my normal place ! Oh and I had to go back and ask for The prescription they didn't add to the bag like I asked so I can refill her inhaler. read more

I shop at the HEB at 336 and SH105 in Conroe, Texas, and every other time I shop there, there is always an issue with the sale price not being reflected at checkout. It has been going on for awhile, but today was beyond ridiculous. I told the apathetic young woman with an attitude, named Ariell that the price was not what was on the displays. She told me the register price was correct, so I asked for a manager. The manager said no problem, and told the incompetent cashier to go ahead and fix it. I had the same situation a week ago and had to go to customer service to get a refund due to the confusing way things show up on the screen. It amazes me that after bringing it to management's attention they still do not correct the mistakes. Apparently they have no problem overcharging when they can, and if they get caught, they say no problem. read more

I really enjoy this heb! I drive here from willis weekly. There food is always fresh, and the store is clean. They're prices are much better them kroger and I believe there selection is greater. There meat and seafood are by far the best we have in Montgomery county. And there employees are fantastic, very nice and helpful read more
