She provides the best customer service and is so easy to work with. I never feel uncomfortable in Sara's chair. A little about my hair, I have a ton of hair. I've been made to feel weird about it over the years by stylists- "you have so much hair" and "it just keeps going" has been uttered a lot. That's fine, I get it but the tough part is when someone looks visibly annoyed by having to layer my hair for an extended period of time. I even had one stylist say "well, we're at time" (like it was a therapy session and not a haircut lol). Sara took stock of my hair in the very beginning. She ensured we had a ton of time, she educated me on my hair and never once made me feel bad. It's so nice knowing I can sit in her chair and have her genuinely take care of every aspect of my hair- no worries or stress. I trust her 100%. I typically get a shoulder or chin length layered cut and a lot of highlights. I've gone blonder (to tone out some grey) and I love my hair every time Sara is done. Quality Bad!!…read more I went to get color and cut about 4-5 months ago The lady name is Mojgan / Megan She did a good job on that time even though she's still left hair color stains on my forehead and color darker than I expected On June 20 this year I went back to try her again. I sent a text Message asking her about her schedule to set up appointment which she never reply. I called her I had the feeling she was distracted. but I just needed to set up an appointment. She told me that it was OK for me to come at June 20 at 12:30. When I got there, she was doing somebody else's hair. She told me to go ahead and wait and then two other ladies came after me and the both had appointment with her also I waited for about 30 minutes when she called me, she said that my appointment was at 12 pm I told her you should have call/texted me to let me know that so I can reschedule. She said it was fine. I told her when we made the appointment over the I wrote it down on my Phone calendar the moment I hung up with you on the phone you were probably distracted because you were watching your countries futbol game. Anyway, the whole appointment took over two hours. When she was done, I realize that she has done my roots color to dark even though I have asked to do the same color you did before it seems to be darker I mentioned that to her I don't even remember what she said the point of making is my roots were really dark. I have mentioned to her because it's summer I like it lighter color she obviously overbooked and was in a hurry, the last time I was there, she was in a hurry too I left her salon I needed to do some errands after but I look in the mirror my forehead was stained close to half inch stains all over and by my ears too My ears were full of water & soap I was in my car, trying to get it off with Water, which was an impossible. I have the pictures to show in case you guys need proof since we cannot put pictures in here I texted her a couple of days after telling her how dissatisfied I was on my hair color. She never reply. I tried to call her. She didn't answer the phone so I texted the same text to her again. No reply I would never go back to this hair salon again and I don't recommend it. Here the text message Hi Mojgan! I wanted to let you know I am not very happy with my hair appointment on Saturday. My hair had been done for over 10 years by the same person. She used to come to my house, but then she moved away, so I had to look for someone else. I came to you after looking at your reviews, and they were good. The first time I came to you, I was pleased, even though I felt the color was a little darker than what I was used to. I thought maybe it would lighten up after a couple of weeks. When I called you to make the appointment, you were watching Iran's World Cup game, and you told me 12:30 would work because it was only a root touch-up. I wrote it down right after I hung up. When I arrived around 12:35, I still waited about 35 minutes, which was very hard for me because of my tailbone pain. If you thought my appointment was at 12:00, it would have been better to text me or call me and say, "Your appointment was at 12:00. I am very busy today. Would you still like to come, or would you like to reschedule?" Instead, I came in and waited while you had other people waiting too. This is not the first time I feel like you rushed through my hair. The root touch-up was done quickly, and my roots came out much darker than the rest of my hair. This does not look like the same color you used before, and the last thing I wanted was dark/black-looking roots, especially now in the summer. I also left with color stains on my forehead, and I had to sit in my car trying to clean it myself before I could run errands. On top of that, my ears were full of water and soap, and I had to dry and clean them myself. I paid $80 for a root touch-up, and I honestly do not feel this was done carefully or professionally. I am sending you the pictures so you can see what I mean. This kind of service is disappointing, and it does not look good for your business. I showed her a few pictures of me in my 20s and she perfectly matched my color! It felt like I was previously walking around in black and white and suddenly was in Technicolor!! Picture attached for reference. She has been so great over the years that I have referred friends to her. Julee's prices are reasonable and she hasn't hiked them significantly. She always is on time, friendly to talk to, offers water or coffee during my service, makes good product recommendations (but never feels pushy to buy anything through her) and wants to make sure that I am happy with the service. My schedule is flexible so it's been nice that she has occasionally offered earlier times when her schedule allows. She also is respectful of my time and on the one or two instances over the years when she was running behind, she's let me know ahead of my appointment time. She also lets me book several appointments out in the future, which I appreciate as a planner. Her website is great for seeing her availability and booking appointments though. I've bought gift cards off of it for a friend. A reminder email and text comes in advance of the appointment which is nice to help me remember the date/time that I booked months prior! Her location is convenient as it's immediately as you walk in. She keeps her space tidy and clean. During the holidays she has beautiful decorations. I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!!
