The restaurant itself looks quite old on the outside but inside it's relatively clean and they have done some remodeling. The soup comes with a generous portion of rice and four banchan sides. The soup was flavorful and perfectly spicy. The tofu was high quality and silky. The broth was warming to the soul. The banchan sides were broccoli with sesame oil, fish cakes, green onion/cabbage kimchi, & spicy cucumbers. I loved all the sides they were perfect and I will be back here again. I wouldn't mention it except that it happened 4+ times during the hour we were there & it's a food safety hazard. Second, they use far too much rice. You have to do rice surgery to get the ratio right, & they *will* come over & tell you to finish the rice to avoid charges.
