I wouldn't mention it except that it happened 4+ times during the hour we were there & it's a food safety hazard. Second, they use far too much rice. You have to do rice surgery to get the ratio right, & they *will* come over & tell you to finish the rice to avoid charges. Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She brought out an assortment of banchan, including kimchi and pickled cucumbers, and they were all delicious. They repeatedly stared at us, smiled, giggled to each other, and rolled their eyes while we were still waiting. It made us feel very uncomfortable. We came in expecting friendly service, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy but the experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming. We hope management addresses customer service so future guests are treated with more respect. We ended up leaving without eating because after waiting 15-20 minutes at the entrance and feeling unwelcome, we didn't feel comfortable staying.
