I opted for the 24 ounce banana peanut butter protein shake ($9 before tax and tip). I haven't been to this location in a while, but today's visit is pleasant enough. No long lines at 4PM, lots of empty tables and staff is pleasant. As usual, this isn't any high end restaurant, so expect the tables to have leftover water drops, crumbs and the usual you'd see in other fast food places. I did see a lady wiping the tables anytime people leave, so she's doing her best. Still, I'd personally make sure to wipe the area before you set your stuff down.

So I repeated for the hundredth time "small chocolate candy mix with Reeces." Then she replied "we're out of Reeces" so I decided to go with Oreo instead. After what felt like an eternity of mixing, she handed me my ice cream. It's straight up liquid, not ice cream. So after struggling to get my first order, I ordered a single scoop hot fudge sundae. Again, she had to come back multiple times to ask what I wanted. Turned out okay. I paid for it and realized we were charged for a double hot fudge sundae instead of the single. No refund, just a "oops my bad." Also I had to ask to have my 'mix' remade because it was so bad.

In other words, the sample was so tiny it didn't even cover 1/4 of the small sample spoon. I wish I were making this up yall, I was mind blown. I ended up settling for a flavor I didn't ask to sample (chocolate cookie dough, I believe it was). It was just okay. Nothing to miss or write home about. When I asked for that flavor, he almost sounded disappointed I didn't get the dark chocolate flavor (one of the ice creams I asked to sample) saying that's one of their best sellers. Sir, if I would've been able to actually TASTE it, I may have very well chosen it. We were visiting town and let me just say that based on that poor experience, I won't ever consider going back nor would I be able to recommend it.

I always order the small code with one scoop of chocolate. $3.02, well it use to be under $2 so prices went up over the past 9+ years but I still give them my business. They have large menu boards at the drive through and by the outdoor windows. So many choices. For drive through stop at the menu board and drive to the window to place your order. Great service, great deserts and a great place to enjoy a few delightful treats!!
