BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY $15 Birthday Month promo for Rewards members Kabuki's Birthday Month promo is one of the birthday month promos I look forward to most, each time I'm lucky enough to experience another August roll around. Debating on the Truffle Tuna Nachos, udon or ramen, the hot weather wanted something cool, thus Kabuki's tried & true sushi rolls. Yellowtail roll- The sushi chef was quite generous with the cuts of yellowtail. Fresh! Spicy Tuna roll- The Spicy Tuna roll had a good kick of heat, almost too much, as my palate needed a drink of water to alleviate the numbing of my tastebuds. Service was great. Sitting at the bar, it's always fun interacting with the sushi chef. The wait was nominal. Parking can be difficult to find, especially during peak hours. Kabuki is located in-between El Rocoto & Mattress Firm. Birthday cheer, year to year. Kabuki satisfies my sushi cravings, and I'm always satisfied upon redeeming my promo. Already looking forward to next year.

In town and was looking for a spot for a late dinner. Decided to check this place out as we were interested in the late nite happy hour! So glad we did as this place did not disappoint! The food was fresh and very good! The krab salad was da bomb! It was loaded with imitation crab and the salad dressing was bursting with flavor! Hamachi sushi... a good slice of sashimi over a little rice, which was much appreciated! Mixed tempura came with two pieces of shrimp and lots of vegetables. Shrimp tempura roll was very good as well. This late nite happy hour menu was legit! Off the happy hour menu was the chiMcKing soy garlic chicken wings. Delicious!!!! Our scrumptious meal was accompanied by a cold beer and a fruity refreshing sake sangria! The restaurant was spacious and clean. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Left very satisfied, for sure!

Food was very good. Service was not the best. Dynamite roll - 10/10 (Favorite) Salmon sushi (2pc) - 10/10 (Yummy!) Fire crackers - 9/10 Alaskan roll - 9/10 (Good) Salmon roll - 8.5/10 Gyoza dumpling - 8/10 Sun Kissed roll - 7/10 (It was okay) Rose roll - 4/10 (Didn't really like it; rice was mushy). Fried ice cream - 3/10 I liked the ice cream, but not the outside bread/cake.

I always enjoy the sushi here. The fish is always very fresh, and the other foods aside from sushi are also always superb. I love the deep fried ice cream and tempura from here. The deep fried icecream is not at most other sushi places, but it is delicious with a crunchy exterior, a pound cake like layer also wrapped around the icecream ball. The service is usually good, and the mood is always pleasant.

10 years strong coming to Kabuki, always a delicious pleasure. May I also say the Lava & spicy tuna roll is fabulous.

Always love coming here! The place is clean and there is never a wait to be seated. They have a happy hour after 9 on the weekends as well & have some during the week. I have never not liked something here and I've tried a lot, you really can't go wrong with ordering either their signature rolls or teriyaki plates. My favorite roll was the Lava roll- highly recommend!

My girlfriend has raved about the Happy Hour deals at Kabuki. I was not disappointed. The $2 beers followed by half priced rolls and appetizers were a delicious treat. It was fairly busy on a Thursday evening but was seated and served quickly. Thank you Kabuki! P.S. Do not sleep on the Firecracker appetizer, SO GOOD!

Today I ordered Miso soup. 4 sips pf soup with one piece of seaweed and 2 small cubes of tofu - for almost $6.50??? Nahhhh. Mixed tempura was a bit of a struggle. I want them to succeed but this was tough.

Food is good, service is not good. The worst is we found the chef preparing sushi rolls don't wear gloves.

I ordered the rotisserie chicken along with the Bo Ne (the sizzling skillet with eggs and filet mignon), and wow... that combination was ridiculously good. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfect for dipping into their amazing sauces. And speaking of essentials, whenever they ask how many baguettes I want, the answer is always two. One is simply not enough. The bread paired with their spicy chili oil sauce is next-level delicious. Their Thai tea is consistently amazing too. I've had it at both locations, and it's always rich, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really makes Garlic & Chives stand out, though, is the service. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care that you have a great experience. Great food, great drinks, and top-tier hospitality..I'll definitely keep coming back.

We had a couple things : the corn cheese plate which came hot and melty. It was really savory tasting and was not just one note the way others tend to be. If you like corn and cheese it's hard to say no to. We had also a salmon spring roll which was DELICIOUS along with the salmon belly. The sauce was sweet and complimented the roll well. We ordered the toothpick lamb dish as well which was so good. No funk and no musk which I'm very sensitive to. I tend to avoid lamb all together but actually really liked this. I also had the Bo loc lac and it was tender and seasoned well. Everything tasted great!!

The flavor may be inspired by Filipino sinigang soup, where the sourness comes from tamarind fruit.

We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. She always communicated clearly and warmly about the waits, and was very accommodating to the customers. I can't wait to go back for more Mango Grahams (and also check out their other menu items!)

They also closed early without notice which threw us off. We got bicol express, sweet and sour pork, pineapple fried rice, longanisa, and lumpia. Bicol Express- Meat was tender. Pineapple Fried Rice- Flavorful rice and the contrast of the pineapple pieces was bright and refreshing. They gave us a generous portion. Longanisa- This was served silog style with garlic rice and fried egg. Longanisa was sweet and meaty and paired well with rhe rice and egg. A breakfast classic you can eat any time of the day. Lumpia- This is always a favorite. Fried to perfection so you get a crisp exterior and a juicy interior. Paired well with sweet chili dipping sauce. Good experience but service could be improved.
