Their new idea of an entree size and a scoop of fried rice
    Vickie V.

Update 6/25/26: I just had what I thought was an entree plus fried rice delivered to find surely PF's must have gotten confused in what they sent. I paid $33.39 for an entree portion of Mongolian Beef plus $4 to upgrade to fried rice. Look at the pic, you are basically getting an appetizer portion of Mongolian Beef and a scoop of fried rice. Look at my older pix and you will see the size difference. Then let's talk about how the dish should be called Mongolian Onions because there's more onions than beef. Please note someone just chopped up fresh onions and didn't even bother to sauté them as they should have! If I could, I would have asked for a refund! I will not be ordering from here again.

We got the sushi boat. Unfortunately, it was more of a collection glorified California Rolls. The service is good, the ambiance is clean. I did not like the sushi boat because of the assortment. I won't be ordering this again.

Service was great, food and drinks came out quickly. Enough for everyone to enjoy. Came for an early dinner so we were immediately seated. Restaurant was clean and had an intimate light for a location inside of a mall.

We have been to PF Changs before and it's been while since we ate there. So decided to order -delivery thru doordash. Everything was good except Lo mein side noodles no viggies vs the main portion has veggies. The garlic noodles is on sweet side. The key lime dessert was smaller than I expected was $7.49 and there's a dessert flight get 3 off desserts for $ 21.29.

I belong to PF Chang's Rewards program, where you get a free appetizer or dessert during your birthday month. We came to celebrate my birthday early and ordered Mongolian Beef, Chicken Pad Thai (my favorite), Pork Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup, and for my free appetizer I chose Chicken Lettuce Wraps (love these). To drink I had a Pomegranate Lemonade (non-alcoholic). The service was very good and the ambiance is casual, as it is connected to the Cerritos Mall. This is one of my favorite places to go because the food is delicious, I have never encountered an issue regarding customer service, and the Rewards program. Most restaurants don't offer birthday rewards anymore, but I appreciate anything free. Who doesn't enjoy a treat?

Service: Service was very welcoming and pleasant upon arriving for a birthday dinner. Ambiance: The esthetic red chairs popped with the decor of the restaurant, giving a colorful atmosphere. Food: The sweet & sour chicken was a tuff to cut and the rice was cooked hard. Although my pomegranate lemonade was delicious! Unfortunately, our server was slow in providing us with our needs, but he apologized and smiled. Well P.F might be a hit or miss here!

We haven't gone to P.F. Chang's in a long time. In fact, we thought they were going out of business. We found one in Cerritos and to our surprise the food was OK definitely not as good as it used to be. However, the prices were reasonable. The egg drop soup was perfect. The hot and sour soup was good and I liked the house noodles but they were very bland they paired well with the glazed shrimp. The service was good and the atmosphere was like it was in the days of old. It was a mid experience overall.

What a super fun time we had here!! It's the most fun, beautifully decorated place we've been to in a very long time. A great vibe! Our waiter was FABULOUS!! REALLY top notch service! I had to give 3 stars because my shrimp dish tasted "fishy" and it shouldn't! It was hard to eat, but it was really spicy so that helped! We went for mom's last birthday celebration with my nephew and went early! The flaming cheesecake was so fun!! We will be back for sure

Plenty of parking of course at the Cerritos mall. We were seated right away with out reservation. Ambiance is cozy. We came before dinner time. Service was excellent. Sabrina was a very nice and professional server. Food was so tasty. Only thing the plates are smaller. Smaller portions than they used to be.

I made reservations online and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (with extra chicken) and Mongolian Beef dinners. Each came with a side and rice. The salad and hot and sour soup were both delicious. The entrees were good and what you'd expect at this restaurant. The happy hour prices were decent and service from Yanisa was exceptional.

Came to eat with my wife and we got the three course meal each that way we could share a little bit of everything and the food was delicious. We sat at the bar and Frank gave us the best service ever. He made sure everything came out good and fast and kept checking up upon us to see if we needed more drink drinks .

This specific location is not good. We reserved a table for 2 but when we sat the seatings accommodation was not comfortable. We decided to go to the bar and the bar tender doesn't have a good attitude to treat people, he is an OK bar tender, he never came to see if we needed anything else, he messed up one of my orders, He took longer to take our order and once the food came everything was dry, overcooked and it tasted burned. We ordered beef Mongolian (super dry and burnt) and Lomein noodles with chicken and also chicken was overcooked. We are definitely not coming back. We spent $130 for two plates, 1 appetizer and 4 drinks. Restaurant was clean and other bar tenders looked nicer than the one we got.

Looking at reviews, I saw a photo of a jalapeño bomb but I didn't see it on the menu online , and the photo didn't have a description. I arrived in the drive thru ( YES THEY HAVE ONE!!! ) and asked if they had jalapeño bombs and they said yes! They call it jalapeño bom. I will say, even though THE jalopeno is larger, I've never had an order that only contained one jalapeño, split in half... these are my go to and they have a minimum of 4 halves, which is 2 jalapeños filled. This only has one jalapeño, split in half filled, for 6.99 which I feel is more on the steep side for just one. They have fusion tacos, which I decided to try because I love signature items. I chose the beef, and they have chicken also or you can do half and half. Cucumbers, onion, and cilantro, teriyaki sauce and hot sauce, 4 to an order for 12.99. They are definitely worth it. But they didn't have the sesame seed garnish topping like I saw on prior photos. The drinks aren't on the menu but you can ask what they have. Customer service was great and food was fresh. I brought my boyfriend here for the first time and he got the beef teriyaki bowl, which he said was delicious. Our only complaint is the price. It's a little on the expensive side I feel the portion doesn't scream $15, it kind of screams $10. Still tasty though. We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. She always communicated clearly and warmly about the waits, and was very accommodating to the customers. I can't wait to go back for more Mango Grahams (and also check out their other menu items!)
