We needed to find a place close where we could eat rather quickly, and we chanced upon this GEM of a place! The owner was FANTASTIC and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Angie took our order and served us and was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was beyond delicious! My mom and son split the Chicken Tawook plate. It was more than enough food for both of them. The chicken was moist and flavorful; the yogurt dip was fresh and delicious. My daughter got a cheeseburger which was huge, and the French fries were absolutely perfect. But the STAR was my Fattoush salad. Omg! It was absolutely phenomenal! Fresh, light, and beyond flavorful. They prepare EVERY dish fresh so even though it hurts them financially, they don't compromise quality (Fresh meat over frozen stored meat). Their food was great but their service topped everything. Decided to try this place out because it had high reviews. When we arrived it was completely empty - we assumed we would get our food quickly. We had asked the employee for some recommendations and we went with his recs. We were waiting for around 20 minutes, when the employee came up to us and asked what we ordered.. turns out the employee got the order wrong and after looking at the receipt, he charged us for fries even though he said during his recommendation that the fries were included. After another 10 minutes of waiting we noticed that the employee and cook left?? Also during the whole time we were at the restaurant, there was a toddler kid riding a bike throughout the restaurant, which included behind the register. The child would also climb up the bar and touch all the utensil behind the counter. The kid was related to one of the workers. His stroller was even behind the register. The child was also left unattended just running around the store for a good amount of time. After a total of 30 minutes waiting, we asked the employee if the food was almost ready. And he said that everything was made from scratch and they ran out of ingredients and that's it was gonna be another 20-30 minutes. We asked if we can get a refund because this was not it. The man who rang me up was very nice despite the lady before me who placed a very long, complicated order--he had lots of patience haha, he did not make me feel rushed despite the line of people.
