Yesterday was my first time eating at Habibi Grill and I must admit the chicken shawarma was delicious to say the least. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners MOE and he so graciously took the time to explain each and every ingredient put into the wraps. He was very welcoming and honest about what they are serving. The wrap was filled with tender chicken, spices and pickles it was so yummy we were disappointed we didn't order more. The food is very flavorful. Ordered the Habibi Mixed Grill plate. Chicken Tawook was my favorite--juicy and tender. Plate comes with rice and 2 sides. I ordered the house salad which had a vinaigrette dressing and the hummus. Both were very flavorful. Service was great and everything is nice and clean. Never tried food like this before but it was really good. ( been to over 15 countries). Their half and half combo is nice. The babaganoush is really good if you like a more bitter flavor profile. I also tried the sheesh, it was decently good but not as good as the half and half. We also ordered the burger which came with some really really good fries. We also got some falafel which was very interesting for my first time trying falafel. Finally, their service is probably the best service I have ever received. The owner Mo was very nice and made sure our food was to our liking. While we are rarely in the area this is one place that deserves our support and our spending dollar. They need to stay open!
