Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. First we were quoted with 2-3 days. Day 3 came around and the crew didn't show up until 2pm and after a few hours left without a word. 3 days and still an incomplete fence. When calling the foreman who was supposedly in charge of the crew, he had no idea they left! When I asked for an explanation, I was told they had "prior commitments"! The end result was 5 days and still a terrible job. They treated our property with no respect at all. They ruined parts of our yard during the installation and, unbelievably, cleaned concrete tools and dumped the waste directly onto our lawn. Now we're left with dead grass and hardened concrete patches that we have to deal with ourselves. No one followed up after the job, and no one seems to care that they left a mess behind. There are plastic shavings all over my yard from cutting material where my dogs are. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. When all these issues were brought up to the manager Ryan, the excuses were never ending. Not once did he take accountability for the workmanship or customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually communicates and respects your property.

These guys are reasonable, but you have to be very careful. You have to get everything. And I mean…read moreeverything in writing. If you have a drawing, have them sign off on the drawing that they would do exactly what the drawing says. Confirm what type of Rock you will be getting. and demand it when it arrives on site. Do not let them use blue rock with the promise to stain it. Make sure all the rocks are cleaned prior to installation. Mine had mud and a lot of the rocks fell off because of that. Make sure you call for at least 6 inches of compacted gravel below grade level. Do not let them talk you out of that Get in writing how thick your wall will be. Every single dimension needs to be verified. Confirm pressure washing is with a pressure washer and not just a hole. You'll have to oversee everything to ensure you get good quality. I had to bring out my own levels because things were not level. I suggest using brown stain instead of the black stain that they recommended. Unless you want black grout. ensure they're using the correct mix of sand and concrete. A lot of mine was way too much sand and was very weak. make sure all underground utilities are marked prior to them arriving. And watch to make sure they do not dig into them. The biggest problem on my job was there was no good supervision on site. Oh, and make sure that cleaning up every day is in the contract so there's no tracks in the sidewalk and street. Good luck.

After a two-week search, I selected Menora Masonry from four bids for my December 2024 retaining wall and drainage project. Suli, the owner, ran the mini excavator and ensured efficient teamwork during excavator operations Sione was pure strength. He did a lot of the excavating and put up new posts and gates. A lot was accomplished because he had a good work ethic and was trustworthy in every way. Younger Sione, Suli's nephew, executed precise bricklaying while others managed cement mixing. He rebuilt the failing wall sections and also a leaning column with great precision. Task on December 11, 2024: To replace the weak sections of my retaining wall that held the terraced front area of my property. Then run 80 feet of perforated PVC pipe underground along it to relieve the pressure of excess water into an adjoining swale easement. In addition, water in my back garden area, weathered by mauka wind and rain, would pool and seep beneath the slab of my house. Menora jackhammered part of the old walkway and created slope for the water to empty into the same swale easement and away from the foundation. They also built a raised cement barrier along the house. Communication: An area of improvement could have been reviewing our understanding of the planned work in intervals. While communication could improve with mid-project checkpoints (especially during garden water mitigation), post-work cleanup with Suli's son, Suli Jr., revealed excellent attention to detail. The January 2025 storm validated their work - both wall stability and drainage performed flawlessly under heavy wind and rain.
