When I received my food the woman service crew kept my receipt. Upon checking on my orders I noticed that the fries is missing naturally I asked the crew and told me that the fries is not included in my order, therefore I asked her to give me back my receipt to prove her that I ordered it. Mixed feelings on this place. Service was good. Nice people. My wife and I both had their $10 special. It was a half sourdough burger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. Actually a real bargain today. Here is my issue. The burger had a really small meat patty. Didn't feel like a half sandwich. Thisis normally two patties, so the burger should be a full patty. Parking: shares lot with chipotle and walgreens This location has a lot of parking and can be hectic because there are 4 entrances to the shared parking lot. There are kiosk for self ordering and there is someone there to order in person. I recommend ordering on the app. They were quick in getting it prepared. To pick up mobile order, go to regular pick up next to the cash register and let them know your order name. They place it behind the counter. There is indoor and outdoor seating area. We ordered 5 total burgers. -2 bacon char - cheeseburger - Portobello burger - teriyaki burger -2 1/2 & 1/2 fries and onion rings - 10 pcs chicken nuggets - sweet potato fries - 4 shakes What we thought? The burgers were smaller compare to others. The fries and onion rings were really good. The fries were cooked perfectly and the onion rings were crispy and fresh. The shakes were also really good. We loved the condiments station. The banana peppers, ranch, ketchup and chili peppers were a great addition to our meal. The only complaint is the burgers were small for the price. Service was good and friendly. Nice convenient location, ambiance is fast food, clean and relaxing. They have plenty of tables to accommodate large groups and families. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent order from The Habit Grill. I ordered a Double Char meal, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The burger patty was raw, which is a serious food safety issue. I have photos to document this. Consuming undercooked meat can cause illness, and I was genuinely worried about getting sick. In addition, the regular French fries were cold, and the sweet potato fries were also cold, making the entire meal unacceptable. This was my first time in a habit burger but I really wanted a patty melt but learned it is seasonal. I walked in and asked if they still had it, the gentleman sad no. I said aww you broke my heart. I picked the spicy fried chicken sandwich and onion rings - which was so disappointing. I mean how do you wrong with deep fried food and spice? The fried chicken seemed to soaked in oil which tasted stale. And the same oily taste permeated the onion rings. Just because something is deep fried, it doesn't mean that it should be dripping in oil.
