I really could eat this for the rest of my life and be okay. They still have great quality meat and vegetables. I don't like the seafood much cause it's kinda flavorless frozen seafood, and aside from the shrimp, every time I order some form of seafood I regret it. Kitty is a fantastic server, very attentive and helpful, and she was working her tail off yesterday. The service is generally good but the kitchen has been rough the last couple of times. We had missing items this last time, and we legitimately waited almost 50 minutes for the majority of our dishes the time before that. This was around 3:30pm on a weekday so maybe only one person was working or something.

Personal pot lunch is good! The service is excellent! Recommend coming on Monday to Friday to enjoy the good deal!

Haidilao Arcadia really said exclusive deals only and delivered. The $24.99 Meat O'Clock special is actually such a steal -- you get three premium meats and the quality does not miss. Every bite from the Angus beef brisket to the lamb and pork belly hit, and adding the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu took it to a whole different level. Don't skip the sauce bar because that garlic ponzu + peanut combo is everything. And just when you think you're done, the dessert bar comes through with all the sweet treats to end it right.

The food is amazing. Ordering is a bit of a learning curve so I recommend you visit with a group to be able to try multiple soup bases and accompaniments. The servers are super helpful and very patient with our multitude of questions. I recommend the mushroom soup base, tom yum soup base, with the premium golden fish maw chicken soup base as the go-to. Don't miss ordering the Dancing Noodles as they are both inexpensive, entertaining, and freshly pulled at the table. I also ordered the combo for kid to get a small portion of noodles and some veggies. Also make sure to visit the nice dessert bar at the end. Finally, check for coupon and secret codes for added bonuses.

Perfect location, excellent service, and plenty of seating options that make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. We ordered the tomato and tom yum broths, and honestly, I'd always lean toward tomato at Haidilao; richer, cozier, and just hits better Also, if you're dining now, Haidilao has a Zootopia set where you can get free chopsticks or a super cute keychain

Came on a Monday night (holiday season) and the wait was 30 minutes around 8pm. We were seated at 8:30pm and got started on ordering! This location does individual pots for the soup with MANY options! Prices are high but the quality is good, we spent around $50 per person with 1 meat, 1 fish ball order, 1 dumpling order, 2 veggies and 1 noodle. I would probably only come here for special occasions. Highlights - Golden Fish Maw Chicken Soup - wow this soup base was delicious! - Lamb - incredibly soft, high quality lamb that absorbed all the flavors of the soup base Overall the ingredient variety, sauce bar and experience are top tier. I will definitely be returning to Haidilao.

This is the first ever Haidilao Hotpot location I've ever been to that has AYCE! The Arcadia spot is tucked in a large indoor mall that isn't very lively besides the Round One or theater there, but trust me: Haidilao is structured similarly to many of the other locations with the standard booths, sauce stations, dancing noodle performances, and robot servers with waters. I came with some friends for a birthday celebration and they treated us stupendously. We got LOTS of food (mostly red meats, vegetables, noodles, and appetizers) in broth--the tastiest and most filling meal for a party of four. The sweetest part was them singing Happy Birthday to me and giving us a coconut cake on the house. It was very sweet and soft, though it tasted like it had been refrigerated or thawed out from the freezer for a while. Other than that, it was a fabulous meal and experience, especially with larger parties!

The staff were super helpful on this recent visit. They are generally nice but today's visit we were checked on multiple times and offered the kids toys with a brief mention of the secret codes. As always, there were plenty of snacks and things to nibble on at the sauce bar. The food maintains its quality and sets a classic standard for hot pot. The soups seem to be less salty than years before and I mean that in a good way. Overall a 4/5 experience, especially if you bring the kids.

Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.

There are limited booth seating (about 4 booths), one larger table, and roughly a dozen counter seats. We were a party of 4 with another group of 3 expected at the counter, so we were told next availability would be 7pm. But the owner (also the sushi/master chef) stepped in and offered to squeeze in an extra chair for us at the bar. We happily said yes, and that pretty much set the tone for the night. The ambiance is a cute, homey Japanese-style spot. It's calm and quiet enough to actually have a conversation, which I really appreciated. The owner was also cracking jokes throughout the night and kept everyone entertained, which made the experience feel even more personal. Food highlights: * Eihire (seared stingray fin) - 9/10. Great drinking snack, just wish there was more. * Grilled Angus beef tongue - 9/10. Tender with a really good jalapeño sauce. * Hokkaido uni tray with roasted nori - 10/10. Favorite dish of the night, easily. * Chicken liver, gizzard, and hearts in sweet soy - 10/10. Super rich and flavorful. * Whole grilled seabass - 9.5/10. Perfectly cooked, but could've used more ponzu. * Sous vide + grilled duck breast - 8/10. Solid, especially with salt and hot mustard. The mashed potatoes and roasted veggies on the side were . * Deep fried eel with ponzu - 7/10. Decent, but didn't stand out compared to the other dishes. * Sashimi (amberjack, hamachi, toro, sweet shrimp) - overall great. The sweet shrimp and fried head were 10/10, but the hamachi didn't quite match the rest. Also wish they gave more ginger upfront. * Roasted 5 kinds of vegetables - 7/10. Tasty but a bit pricey for the portion. * Sea snail - the only dish we wouldn't reorder. Not bad, just not our preferred style. Service was excellent. Our server gave great recommendations, kept our water filled, and checked in often without being overbearing. This is a 5-star spot largely because of the owner. Super down to earth, funny, and clearly passionate about both the food and the experience. Parking is free in a shared lot with other businesses. It's a decent size, so should be manageable. Definitely recommend making a reservation (they only take phone reservations)... but even if you don't, there's a good chance they'll still find a way to take care of you. There is a physical Drink menu (sake, beer, etc.) and the food menu can be viewed by scanning a QR code with your phone. The waitress made suggestions about which dishes she personally liked & we ordered whatever she suggested, along with some of the things we thought looked good. *7/10 Toro w/ seaweed *8/10 Moriwase (chef's selection of sashimi) 2 each of 5 different sashimi. There was one cut I did not particularly care for. *7/10 chicken wings *10/10 Beef tongue-- Tender, but firm. Delicious, a must try! *10/10 Ankimo-- creamy and paired well with the ponzu and fresh seaweed *10/10 Fried Seabass-- they served the entire fish, which is rare. *10/10 Sous-vide Duck breast-- must try! *10/10 Nikomi stew--simple, but delicious! *10/10 Matcha Oolong Panna Cotta-- subtly sweet with a smooth texture. It was so good, that we ordered two! The only reason that I only gave it a four out of five stars is because the service was slow. All of our dishes, came out in time, but no drink refills were given and the server never came back to collect our check for payment. So we had to walk it up to them ourselves. For a small space, with three servers, it shouldn't be hard to attend to all the customers. The menu can be pricey, but food is delicious! Along with exceptional service, eating here is worth it.
