We had such a fun experience at Hadilao! The atmosphere was welcoming and extremely fun. The staff were extremely kind and willing to answer all of our questions. The food was delicious and we tried the chicken, pork, tomato, and spicy base soups. Definitely recommend the tomato and chicken soups for a comforting meal and the spicy soup for spicy food lovers. The price was a bit steep as they even charged for the sauces but overall a fun and high quality experience.

Wonderful hotpot. Best I've had so far. You get great cuts of meat. Great happy services. And the broth are all good. Mushroom was my favorite. The place is very cozy with a great view. Parking was free on a Sunday evening. The sauce bar is great. The robot was great. Everything was great. We made reservations for faster seating.

Food quantity: 9/10 Food quality: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambience: 8/10 Overall rating: 9.5/10 Amazing service and freshness! This has been the best hotpot I've had in the US, and it's just as good as having hotpot in Beijing! Would go again!

First time here and amazing experience from start to finish!! When we got there they gave us aprons to wear which I've never seen before at other hot pot restaurants. We got 4 different broths 2 were mild spicy and 2 were non spicy - all were really good! We chose a selection of meats & veggies- chicken, beef, cabbage, taro, bok choy, corn. They have a sauce bar and you can get whatever sauces and condiments you like from there. We got sides of rice too. They have this cute robot with a cat face that comes by and brings the trays of food. We were lucky that we got to see the mask change show coincidentally while we were there. This guy comes around and does a performance by the tables and does these mask changes which was pretty cool! We really enjoyed cooking our food in the different broths and eating them with rice. Very flavorful. Very filling! We were very satisfied after our meal! Great experience!

Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the experience and food are totally worth it. They have such unique broth and ingredient options -- for adults, I highly recommend the tom yum or mushroom broth. The tomato broth is also amazing, but fair warning: even a 2-star spicy level brings real heat! My son can't get enough of the glizzaad sticks, I'm obsessed with their crispy fish, my other son loves the dancing noodles, and my husband enjoys all the meat selections -- especially the smiling dumplings. Even the little details stand out here -- from the after-dinner mints to the mouthwash in the bathroom. It's clear they've thought of everything to make your meal special. One of our family favorites, hands down!

IG: @allysxn.eats walking distance from convention center, easy to find. a lot of options at the sauce/snack bar, more than at other haidilao locations. overall, solid hotpot choice!

My friends and I went to Haidilao to celebrate my birthday, and we had such a wonderful time. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the evening very special. We tried the Meat O'Clock deal ($19.99), which is available only from Sunday to Thursday, starting after 8:00 PM and ending at 11:00 PM. Once activated, you have 90 minutes to order from the meat selection, with a limit of one order per type at a time. The options include beef, lamb, shrimp, and two types of fish. We were so satisfied with the deal. In total, we ordered 42 meat items. Broth: There are around eight broth options. We chose tomato, golden, pork stomach with chicken, and spicy level 2. You can select a single pot, a double pot, or a quarter pot, which allows you to enjoy up to four different broths during your meal. Seasoning (self-serve): The seasoning bar has many choices. If this is your first visit, I recommend soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion as a starting mix. Appetizers (self-serve): A variety of appetizers were available, including fish skin, tofu skin, watermelon, melon, and other Chinese snacks. Meat and sides: The quality of the meat was good. In addition to meat, the restaurant also offered a wide range of vegetables and noodles to choose from. After our meal, we were asked if we were celebrating anything. When I told them it was my birthday, our waitress Ellie immediately began planning a surprise celebration with her coworkers, even though it was close to closing time. Her energy and dedication made the night unforgettable. She brought me a birthday sign for photos, followed by a mango pudding so I could make a wish. Just when we thought the celebration was over, the manager Andrew came by and brought us two plates of fresh fruit. The kindness, preparation, and attention to detail from the Haidilao team truly created a memorable birthday for me this year. Price breakdown for the Meat O'Clock deal: Broth: $6.69 Meat: $19.99 Seasoning: $3.99 Total before tax: $30.67 Total after tax+tips: $41.10

Can't believe I haven't been here for three years . Time flies. I took two Brazilian friends here for the first time. None of them have had hotpot before and they were very impressed by the decor ambiance friendly service and great food!! We left feeling full and happy. I also was able to get a couple of comp items. Our server Evan remembered me ! I felt so special and when I mentioned that my account was not registered before ( even though I've been here 3-4 times since they opened) . He said he would bring me a birthday song! As soon as I stepped inside I felt the warmth and home away from home. I was in China earlier this year and this felt like

Yes! And yes... finally we had Haidilao, and I was very late to the party. It was good as always. Never disappoints. Excited to have you near my home ground.

Amazing food as always with the haidilao restaurants! Meats and broth were delicious, and they had a clean sauce bar. The service here was subpar but they did have robots delivering meats/veggies as we ate! This location has a great deal for the AYCE menu!

We stumbled upon this place late around midnight when we were searching for any place open and still serving food. We were about to give up when we saw some people go into the entrance which looked like a mini arcade, and saw them go upstairs. We realized it was a restaurant that was on the second floor. We had no idea what to expect. It was still fairly busy, people were having fun times taking photos, singing songs, someone having a birthday party. Some smaller groups, some larger. We got a booth and sat a little confused at first because we had never been to a hot pot restaurant. Our server was extremely friendly and helped to guide us in our selections. We decided on one half hot pot of Tom yum, and one half of pork bone broth. One order of kobe beef strips, an order of mixed veggies which was bok choy, Nappa cabbage, an order of lotus root and an order of rice noodles. Excitedly we waited for our broth to heat up and began to throw in our ingredients. We were told the vegetables would take the most time, around 3mins or more, and the beef would take around 1-2 depending on how we liked it cooked. The noodles about 3-4 mins. It all worked out great! The Tom yam/thai Tom yum soup base was the best!! Lots of flavor and not too spicy at all! Fishing the noodles and vegetables out of the broth towards the end got a little more difficult because we would forget to set the handles of the spoons in the corners so we had some fun fishing out the spoons from the broth a couple times, but it was just funny not a big deal. Our order was the perfect amount of food for two. In the future we think we would like to try the surf and turf as our protein. The selection of protein, vegetables and noodles is pretty large so you can really get exactly what you're looking for. There is an additional option for special sauce and toppings at the topping bar for an additional fee. We didn't do it this time but possibly will give it a try next visit. At the end we got tiny ice cream cups to and our meal and the chef brought out a specialty dish for the Chinese new year. This is a super fun place for groups, or for dates!!!

I love it here! Nice ambiance, and the service is great! I've been twice now and each time I'm offered a hairband since I have long hair and the apron. My husband didn't think he needed one and he did end up spilling haha. So Haidilao knows best!! The tomato broth us truly my favorite, so rich and flavorful! The spicy broth is also really nice! Even though it's more expensive than other hot pot locations, I think it's entirely worth it due to the experience, options at the sauce bar, quality of broth and customer service! Love the dancing noodles and surprise guests!

Everybody at the table must order the same level of menu, and once you get there, you can see why. We all agreed upon the ultimate, and we're rapidly seated. The server understood instantly that we were rookies, and was helpful and pleasant for our entire adventure. He showed us how to place the orders for the broth pots that are used to cook the various items. He also showed us how to place the orders for more of the all-you-can-eat items. In addition to the meats and special items that came from ordering, there is a conveyor belt that contains more items such as pastas, vegetables, and things like tofu, fish, and other things. We each chose a different broth, and you have controls it your table that control an induction cooktop to heat it up to your preferred level. The only complaint I had about the entire visit is that the controls are hard to access. You have to bend down since they are under the edge of your table, and they are not intuitive. So you have to look at them. It is difficult. That is my only complaint. The broth I got which was mushroom based was very good. The meats were things like ribeye, New York strip, brisket, pork, shoulder, chicken, and you would toss them into the cooking broth for a number of seconds pull them out, and they would be cooked to perfection. Grabbing things off of the conveyor was extremely easy, and they managed to keep it full. Delivery of the meat items was achieved using a second train system that would stop at your table and you would unload your little items and begin using them. Very automated. You ordered off of a touchscreen, your items arrived at your table within two minutes. Again, I cannot say enough about the service. It was extremely fast! The server who personally handled our table was outstanding! The food was delicious, in the atmosphere was wild. The walls were covered with Japanese anime art, and the music was a mixture of Japanese pop and K-pop, with a little hip-hop thrown in for fun. The all you can eat model meant that our prices were still quite reasonable. Like most oriental all you can eat, they do expect you only need to grab what you will eat. They're not big on wasting food. And I don't blame them. Their prices are reasonable. Unlike conveyor belt sushi, where you pay by every plate you grabbed, here you are paying for the ultimate experience. This was an outstanding adventure. The food was great in the atmosphere was great. I just wish they had a parking lot!
