Family found slurp slurp and got a table. I arrived 10 min later as their 3 bowls of noodles came out. I thought the food was ok. Stunned at the general unfriendliness of the staff. Challenging to find a server to get water or napkins, and when we did, it was not friendly. I felt the servers did not want us there. After getting the bill at $55, I'm told you need to spend $60 to get validation for $3 parking lot. Ok. Add 3 drinks to boost to 65. Hand server my phone to scan validation. To my shock she walks to the back near kitchen (I guess register?) w my phone. I'm stunned a server would walk away w a customers phone. In year 2025 when do you trust a stranger with your phone? In total honesty, if I had checked Yelp before walking in I probably wouldn't have suggested coming here but just seeing a sign for hand pulled noodles caught my attention immediately. We shared the cucumber salad which was pretty tasty and you could definitely taste the sesame oil and cilantro coming through. However it's also definitely something you could make at home. I ordered the pork intestine noodles with mild spice and it still had some kick to it. The soup and overall flavor felt really oily. I wish there were more vegetables than just a few pieces of bok choy like some pickled mustard greens or even just some cilantro. On the bright side I think their portion sizes are really solid with lots of noodles and lots of meat. I'm glad I had the cucumbers to balance out the heaviness of my noodles/broth. read more

Came here on a visit to China Town. The flavor is fresh, healthy, but slightly bland - it works well with the array of sauces provided on the table. We had the vegetable pan fried (more like deep fried) dumplings, the veggie stir friend noodles (hand pulled) and the vegetable noodle soup (shaved), also the best item: the cucumber salad. The cucumber salad was slightly sweet and savory and so fresh. The dumplings reminded me of Trader Joe's vegetable gyoza, not bad but you can tell they're pre-made. I saw someone order Buns and those looked made in-house but not sure. The noodle soup broth was very plain because it was a vegetarian based (water), but we added soy sauce and chili oil which helped the flavor a lot. The issue with this was that because the noodles are made in house, they are very soggy/chewy and overcooked in the broth. It did come with a nice variety of vegetables which was nice, but we ended up not eating the noodles at all. The stir fried noodles were pretty good texture and vegetable wise, those definitely needed some of the sauces provided. All in all, it was a good place to try.
