Now that this ignoramus is in charge, everything has gone downhill customer service wise. I would be sad to leave Atlas (she is my go to girl & I was supposed to take my daughter in to see her before our family vacation, but I was so livid with ALI, I cancelled my appointments). I really don't want to get into the drama, but I need to tell the truth, so others will know. I've been here twice and both times what I've appreciated most is the efficiency of the experience. I show the stylist a picture of what I'm looking for, my hair is washed thoroughly, and then there's about 30 minutes of styling. All in all, I'm usually done in 45 minutes or less and my hair looks gorgeous. The cost of the blowout is $60 (plus tip) so it's a little luxury but it's not too wild (and still wayyy cheaper than DryBar). Will be making this my go to spot for those special occasion blowouts!
