Let me tell you. Go here. I have had so many bad experiences getting my haircut that I genuinely thought I couldn't be pleased. That i was too picky/detail oriented to be happy with a haircut. I was wrong. Missy took care of me, listened to my needs. Fixed my undercut design straight from another barber in the last hour of the night. She cut my hair and explained her reasoning for the cutting angles that she chose- to help me hide the thinning area at the back of my head due to not having a 'home barber/stylist' Laughed and goofed around w me and the others in her shop while still managing to teach us all a little something. The other women in the shop clearly look up to and respect her. Imma bring my daughter, and make a trip out here as often as I'm able. No more gambling elsewhere. Very unprofessional experience. One of our two scheduled haircuts was canceled just five minutes before our appointment because the hairstylist did not show up to work. We were then told they could not cut the second appointment immediately after the first, despite the fact that we were only booked for haircuts not full blow-dry services. Scheduling availability is almost never open, yet we constantly receive 50% off haircut promotion texts. The disconnect between availability and promotions is frustrating, and the last-minute cancellation shows a lack of respect for clients' time. read more

This place does not know how to cut hair whatsoever. I asked for a certain type of haircut and my barber quickly glanced at it for a couple seconds and started getting to work. He spent 30 minutes on the back and sides. After, he started to work on my front. When he did this he whipped out a razor and 2 minutes later I practically had a buzz cut. I wanted a single color service and was quoted $90. I had gotten a single color a couple of months prior at $77. The tatted blonde claimed the price has increased to $90. Then she denied the ability to recognize a color by a given name, but names are clearly identified on the swatches. She kept repeating the formula and when I said that doesn't mean anything to me she said well the name doesn't mean anything to us.it was a blatant untruth. The names of the colors are on the swatch card. I don't understand what the purpose for the untruths. I checked the price online and it shows the price for single color $77. I feel she was trying to purposely overcharge. read more

I finally had a free afternoon on a Sunday and decided I needed a trim. I walked in, saw a couple of stylists sitting around talking as if they had nothing to do while a customer was waiting. Someone finally approached the register and asked how she could help me. I just said I needed a trim. She looked down at her "pad" and looked away, whining that they're "super-booked-up until tonight right now?" and that I should "come back later in case of a cancellation?" I walked out halfway through her speech. The lack of eye contact, the laziness, the insulting, condescending tone of voice say it all - this is "definitely NOT, like, the place to, like, be, right now?" I ended up getting my hair trimmed by an adult down the street who actually knows you don't end sentences and statements in the tone of a question. read more

I came to this location for the first time today because I needed a blowout before my trip to Charlotte this evening. My initial hairstylist elsewhere had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and I'm glad they have online self booking via Zenoti where I was able to book myself. They had plenty of availability today, and best of all, they were ready for me at the scheduled time. This location is pretty busy, as I called ahead and wasn't able to be seen earlier than the said time. Hey, nothing wrong with that -- I appreciate them trying. My stylist was sweet and friendly, and I was definitely in and out as I only needed a blowout. She offered a haircut but I didn't have much time. I figured I'd go back to my other lady for that. While I was there other stylists were super friendly and made me feel at home. I was complimented several times about the color of hair. It made my day, and I appreciate it. They also have plenty of free parking on premise, and it's shared with other businesses in the strip mall. This is definitely a salon I'd return to again, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a hair salon. read more

You're supposed to tip your hairstylist but keep in mind that's not the only service that's tipped, I used to do DoorDash and this place never tips their dasher so be mindful of that next time they charge you $45 for a haircut and dry (they get the majority of that $45 have to pay monthly for the chair but we as dashers get paid no % of deliveries and with gas at almost $5 a gallon it's crazy. Think I made like $4 last time I delivered there it was a 4.7 mile ride from restaurant to store read more

I haven't been to a Hair Cuttery in 13 years because I've been traumatized. But I needed a new hair color for the summer and I wanted to get my orange hair back. I came in here and I was automatically greeted and everyone was so nice. They ask for your phone number if you've signed up with them online. They do accept walk - ins. The stylist that colored my hair did an excellent job. She recommended full highlights instead of dying my whole head so I wouldn't damage my hair. She was really nice. I did my best to keep up conversation but I felt she didn't really want to talk with me. My session took way longer than expected. I arrived around 1 and didn't leave five minutes before 7!!!! So many workers have already left. I've had my hair colored at least two hours max before. It could also be because she was taking clients and coming up with conversations while I waiting for the color to set in. But I feel like they were keeping me there for longer than I should be so I can tip more or something. read more
