Then I go to check out and find out about their policy that if the STYLIST takes longer than an hour and a half or so, the CUSTOMER is charged an additional $30. Make it make sense. Why punish the customer, for the speed and lack of experience from the STYLIST?! That's crazy. At the end of the day, to be inclusive of all hair types, the stylists should be trained professionally on how to work confidently with all hair types.
