Shelby showed me a color idea -- a rich, darker chocolate brown -- and I trusted her recommendation. However, the end result was nothing like what was discussed. My hair came out much lighter, with noticeable yellow and orange tones, and several areas where my grays were still visible. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Shelby for coloring services, though she does a great job with haircuts and styling. She made it for the same price; which is not cheap, and it didn't last even 3 months! She promised me with 3 months at least! My hair is miserable and frizzy in less than 3 months. Even though I'm using EVERYTHING keratin friendly and avoided anything that could weaken the treatment or affect it.
