I came to her in Dec. 2019 for a consult, and she made the process super easy. She was very transparent about the process, costs, and made me feel comfortable with everything. Honestly, not very happy. I was really excited to try out Shannon- I just moved to town and had been looking for a new stylist. The prices on her website are a lie... the actual price ended up being hundreds of dollars more expensive than what is on the site. I'm talking double. Items that are usually included in a service fee are an "upcharge" here. Like paying for the color mixing, and a mix to keep your hair healthy with the bleach. These are all items that should be included in the initial agreed upon cost. This is terrible business. Not to mention that you are forced to pay cash. What kind of tax evasion is this?? The other problem though, is that I went for a partial balayage and trim, and it somehow took SEVEN HOURS. Like, I am genuinely unsure how that is possible. I am literally dying my hair back to its natural color at my next hair appointment (somewhere else) just so that I do not have to experience that again. read more

How and the hell did she still come out with dead looking ends ..aka over processed hair ! Usually stylists will trim after all the bleaching because of the new breakage. It was my first time getting my hair dyed in a salon and she made it the best first experience I could have asked for. She was great at communicating with me even before the appointment and answered any questions I had about the process.
