Beware of Debbie cutting or trimming your hair! I had my hair trimmed several times and I was happy with the results because she listened to what I liked and requested. For some reason, the last hair trim she had mentioned she had watched barber videos and proceeded to trim my hair with clippers, even though I stopped and asked what she was doing and she happily said she was going to trim it nice and clean. WELL, I was too shocked to say anything while in the chair, but when I got home I was stunned to see what she had determined for me. It is MY hair, MY requests, but she made it about HER and WHAT SHE wanted. Beware! She refused to acknowledge that what she did was very WRONG!!! read more

I would Strongly discourage anyone from trusting this place w/your hair! I asked for a haircut, long layers (trim), & instead she butchered my hair, chopping of 4 inches! I am legally blind w/o my glasses so I couldn't see while she was cutting. Besides chopping off so much of my hair, it is also a horrible job, all choppy & uneven! When she was done she said, "well you have good hair-thats the good news". Omg. When I went back, the owner said, "Everyone has a bad day". UNBELIEVABLE! After reading the reviews I thought it would be a great place to get my hair cut. I went in, was seated almost immediately. I went in with hair that was long enough to touch my butt. I had told Debbie that i just wanted my ends trimmed and that i did not want to go shorter than the bottom of my shoulders.. i left with the most disappointing hair cut ever. Debbie cut at least 12 inches off. My hair is now super short. The layers she gave me are uneven and look horrible. But to justify her job she told me its a new look and itll be great. My hair is naturally really curly so its even shorter than how she cut it.... i would NOT go back nor reccomend this place to anybody. Debbie did not listen to what i wanted and just did her own thing.... worst hair cut ever! read more

I have lived here over 10 years. Every time I stopped in I always get treated Well. Today I got Vicki. She gave me the works, it was relaxing, and I got the Best scalp massage. The haircut, and style was Fabulous. I recommend this place and Vicki. read more

Great cut, great price, great parking, great hrs,98% great attitudes, the 2% is relating to an instance when the person seated me then went to the back and grabbed a snack (10:00am) so I got up & moved to the other chair and that person did my hair. Had she mentioned the need for a break was the polite thing instead of letting me wonder how long I'd be waiting. read more

I have been going to this place to cut my hair for over 10 years now. I go to Irena, who is a very good hairstylist and will always squeeze you in for a haircut regardless of how busy she may be that day. She is very friendly and is a local business owner. Best of all she does a great job and I've always been satisfied with my haircut The current price for a haircut is $16, which is pretty standard in the Rohnert Park area, and the price has not gone up in at least a few years. read more

Had few hair cuts there, I was unhappy every time, in and out in less than 15 minutes. They use the electric hair clipper for everything.

After explaining exactly what I was wanting, I got exactly what I said, repeatedly, I did NOT want. Rather than looking edgy and stylish, I look like a boy with a bad haircut. Not to mention they pulled a chunk of my hair out to show me how damaged it was. Everyone who has it seen it has said I need my money back. I AGREE. read more

Can I give NEGATIVE stars?!? Wanted curls, they suggested A spiral perm. Thought, "OK, it will get curly when it dries.... WRONG! What I got was flat, barely a wave at the root, then STRAIGHT. SOOOO not worth what I paid. So disgusted and I'm leaving on a trip with this mess! Probably just wear in a bun while on vacation and go somewhere else to FIX it when I get back. read more

I started coming here when I was maybe 5 years old.... I moved out of the state for a while and even then I used my trips home to visit family and to also get a haircut lol. I have been getting my hair cut, styled, colored and/or trimmed for many years at this salon. Irena always does my hair just as I ask, which is a rarity with the type of hair I have. I have always had trouble, even at the so-called high end salons, but not with Irena! I tell her what I want and she either delivers, or kindly lets me know that it wouldn't work with my hair (which I appreciate!). read more

I don't know why they have such a high review, maybe they can cut and style our beautiful women of Rohnert Park but all of the stylists/haircutters except for Irina can not cut a man's hair. It's gotten worse and worse and something needs to be said. For 9 years I've been coming here and the last 3 years have just been a failure. Yes I know I should have gone somewhere else but it's right down the street from my house and I work a ton of hours, so trying to fit in a simple faded haircut is easy for me to take 20 minutes total time out of my day. Their sicors are dull and not sharp. Their clippers are full and to top it off they do not know how to do a simple fade/blend!!! Ice had to go back to have them fix it several times after I've gelled and combed my hair. Its embarrassing and they should really learn how to properly cut a man's hair with quality tools they need! I feel sorry for the owner but on the other hand at $20 for a fade and a 1/4 inch trim off the top is ridiculous. I'll go to a barber who actually shows their haircuts on social media so theirs proof! Get some professionals that know what their doing!!! I've served this country and while in the military, their haircuts were better than this! read more

Decent haircut, very little customer service. I was sat promptly, with less than an hour left before close so I was very grateful. Obe if the first comments the hair stylist made was that I had been wearing a hat all day which would make it a bit harder. I laughed it off awkwardly, stating that it was a long work day. She then started small talk with me and asked if I work in a restaurant. I let her know which one im at, expecting not much in response. However she took that as an opportunity to explain a horrible visit she'd had due to the atmosphere, and that there is a seperate restaurant she much prefers. She began to explain a food option to the point it felt like she was trying to sell me the food instead of cut my hair. This all made me feel very unconfortable since i had come for a quick easy visit and now felt like I had to argue against her points to make my employment look like a decent option. Her next transition took a wild turn to my ears. I have stretched ears, at honestly a decent size. She complimented my earings, so i thanked her of course. She then started asking very strange questions about if im going bigger and if they will return back to normal size. What really turned me off on this visit was when she asked "Do you have any other weird piercings?" Like, seriously? Your gonna call me weird as I'm your customer. And what did she want to know? If something covered is pierced?? Needless to say i used to ALWAYS tip when i went out, but I can no longer say that. read more
