Half way through he spun me around in the chair and I saw what he was doing and it looked ok but then he spun me back around. During the haircut he said "well I guess this is your summer look" and laughed. He also said "I gave you a hair cut that I know you can pull off". At the end he put gel in my hair and I didn't really get to see what it looks like without gel so I said that it looked good because it did. I'm not one to put gel in my hair. He knows he messed up cause he gave me the haircut for free. When I got home I took a shower and when I got out I looked in the mirror, I was blown away by home bad he cut my hair. I have a middle part and wanted it trimmed and the sides faded up. One side of my hair is super short and more toward the front of my head it just goes straight down. He didn't cut that long part at all (which is why I went to go get my hair cut, to get the hair out of my eyes) so hair still gets in my eyes. The other side is short in the back and then angles forward to my face. I am now super self conscious about my hair and have to wear a hat. Never going back to h barbers again. Thought I trusted them but I guess not.

When I left, I initially thought that I had what I had asked for and actually thanked the stylist, John. Her hair was fluffed up a little bit, and I didn't notice much wrong other than a little more than I asked for being cut off. After she took her coat hood off, I realized that the cut was very uneven. Bangs were very uneven. Pieces an inch long. Right side of hair did not match left. I called and ask to speak to the manager. On vacation. Asked for the owner to call. Nothing. This is my second bad experience with this location and this stylist and the owner responded last time that the stylist was trying to make a good haircut when he gave my daughter a 1.5" haircut instead of the bang trim I had asked for. I ended up spending $60 elsewhere to fix this mess and it will probably take a long time to grow it back close to her previous length. Please avoid this location and John.
